Water being splashed onto his form, the phouka immediately froze. Emerald eyes lidded with frustration as he stood still for a moment, he never did enjoy water much, especially when he came in contact with it without doing it himself. Slowly, his head turned to look towards where the splash had come from, seeing the girl there that was most definitely the culprit.

“.....Is there a reason that you are splashing random strangers?” He asked in a low, even tone as his hand moved up, brushing his now dripping bangs from his features.

“Actually do you have any shops or vendors you recommend? I’m not really sure what I want to buy so I think having an opinion from a local would help me out a lot if you don’t mind!” It would definitely be appreciated if he did. And despite their very recent meeting she felt like he was a trust worthy person.

It was then she noticed what he had been carrying. Looks like he wasn’t here to simply browse.“O-oh wait you already bought yourself some food! I’m sorry I didn’t mean to hold you up I hope your food hadn’t gotten bad.”

“Well, for clothing and other accessories, theres a stand right down the way at the end that has a lot of nice items and good quality for the prices too. Food, all the stands have some nice spreads, it all really depends on what you want, so for that, I would just wander around to look at each of them. A decent place to get weapons and metal jewelry would be at my shop, though it’s closed for today.” Mamoru explained to the woman, hoping that his information would help her out at least a little.

Blinking slightly, he looked down to the items in his arm before looking back to Cygnus and shaking his head slightly. A smile upon his lips, the dragoon shifted to assure her. “Don’t worry. I didn’t buy any perishables this time. Nothing has gone bad at all.” Looking at her through ashen bangs, his smile widened a bit more as a brow raised. “Did you need help looking around or getting somewhere?” The male asked after a moment, oddly interested in her.

Opening the door to the training room, the womans eyes were met with the skill of the Hand inside. She watched in silence until the spirit was knocked back and defeated, causing the priestess to look on in a bit of amazement at the other womans power.

As Abaddon turned towards her, the woman smiled, raising a hand to wave at her after giving a light bow of her head, causing peach colored tresses to fall over her shoulder. “I apologize for intruding. I actually was curious about something and wanted to come speak to you.” Akemi answered in a soft tone as a cheerful smile pulled at her painted lips. “You are Abaddon.. correct? I was wondering if it were true that you know a man, Kanda Lucretz?” She asked after a moment, still standing in the doorway.

“Yes I am! I’m just checking out the town and seeing what the market has and maybe buy something.” Now that she was focusing on the man before her she couldn’t help but sense something off about him. It almost reminded her of Greygnarl… But he was a dragon and this was clearly a man. Maybe she was mistaken.

“Oh it’s Cygnus, it’s nice to meet you! And your name?” She asks while holding out a hand for him to shake.

Shifting the items into one arm, the male reached out a calloused and scarred hand to take hers, giving it a light shake. The smile upon his lips unfading, he gave a slight bow of his head. “That is a very pretty name, Cygnus.” He uttered in a light tone. “My name is Mamoru.”

Watching her with a bit of curiosity and interest, the dragoon blinked slightly before slowly retracting his hand to not seem odd by holding on too long. “Do you need any help finding anything? I could help you if you want. I know where nearly everything is around here.” The ashen haired male offered, wondering where a girl such as her could have come from.

“Shut up and stand still!” He growled as he tried to get to the trap. This wouldn’t be the first time he had to help out with removing it and he wouldn’t leave the other with it either..

He bit into the contraption once more and began tugging, trying to pry it apart as wide as possible. It was sturdy and the silver was burning his gums but he only needed a few more seconds..

When it was far enough, he waited for Roku to slip his paw out so he could let go of the trap and let it snap shut again. A while longer and it might have taken the other’s leg… 

Roku flinched slightly at how Bandit reacted to his words, not quite expecting that at all. Standing as still as he could, not even his tails moving, the feline tried taking slow breaths to calm himself. Quiet as he could be, he watched the wolf in silence as he began to try to open it, causing the panther to hold his breath at the burning pain.

As soon as the trap was opened a hiss of pain left him though he wasted no time removing his foot so that Bandit could let go of the trap already. Moving back with a limp, the foot was held above the ground. Emerald eyes watched Bandit as his head lowered. “Thank you...” The male uttered lightly before looking back down at the trap. 

“...You don’t think they’re around here right now.. right?”
