awwe thank you dear !! i love ouran host club lol , i used to watch this with my sibling all the time when i was younger haha . i decided to go for a bit more of a sickfic-ish vibe, no emeto, just stomach cramps. but i hope you like this anonnie :^)

kyoya and tamaki were the last two left after club. thankfully all the other members had helped with the cleanup, but they still needed to tend to some of the office-work-like tasks as the president and vice-president of the club. 

kyoya sat at one of the tables, filling out some mandatory club papers, while tamaki laid sprawled out on the couch, ignoring his duties.

“i don’t get why we have to fill out these stupid papers every year, they’re pointless. can’t they just use the same ones from last year?”

“i’ll give you the right to complain if you actually start helping. come over here, and finish this and go home”

kyoya was used to doing most of the behind the scenes work for the club, like filling out useless forms, but today he really did not feel in the mood to do this. his stomach bothered him all throughout club, gurgling and tumbling.

all he wanted was to go home, take some medication and go to sleep.

“you want to go home? imagine how i feel kyoya! i had so many patrons today, i feel exhausted.” tamaki complained.

before kyoya could reply, his stomach turned, and a gurgly belch rushed up his throat. 

“mmhurrrRRRRRrrrrp”

kyoya’s eyes went wide and he stared at tamaki as his ears reddened. 

tamaki’s eyes widend, arguably even more than kyoya’s. “dude did you just burp?”

kyoya flushed, “what? no. i just cleared my throat.”

“no i swear you totally just burped!” tamaki insisted.

humiliated, kyoya ignored him and attempted to continue the paperwork. he should’ve known better than to just leave tamaki hanging.

the blonde host rushed over to the seat across form kyoya, “i can’t believe this is the first time i’ve ever heard you let one loose in all the time we’ve been friends!”

kyoya slammed his pen down, “i did not burp!”

then, since his body just loved to mess with him, kyoya’s stomach cramped, causing him to wince. he rested his hand on his stomach, and let out a soft belch, trying to ease some of the pain.

tamaki’s mood instantly changed. “are you okay? do you need me to take you home?”

kyoya looked at him with pained eyes, “no, i’m fine. just a little stomach cramps.” he admitted. 

his friend’s brows furrowed, “no, you’re not fine. come on, go lay on the couch, i’ll make you some tea.”

“tamaki it’s really not that bad, i’ll just finish this real quick” kyoya tried, but tamaki already began helping him up and over to the couch. 

as he laid down, another burp slipped out of him, 

“uu–UUUrrRRRP” he let out, right next to tamaki. kyoya blushed immesely, “e-excuse me. i’m sorry”

“it’s okay kyoya, you’re sick” tamaki spoke with care, “i’ll go make you some tea. just try to rest for a bit.”

kyoya sighed and let his friend take care of him for the afternoon. although embarrassing, he’s glad to have somebody there with him to make him feel better.

You got any headcanons for Kyoya Ootori burping?? ❤️❤️❤️

-i feel like kyoya naturally isn’t a very burpy guy. like all his burps are those quiet ones that come under your breath. 

-when alone, he might burp a bit louder, but like i said, i don’t think he’s the gassy type tbh. 

-he does not like burping around others tho, even his small ones embarrass him. so sometimes he’ll leave the room, or go to the bathroom, just to let out his little soft hiccup-like burps

-greasy foods would destroy him, everything i said before is completely irrelevant. his rich little tummy is not built for anything cheap and greasy.

-probably at one point, haruhi took him to a mcdonalds or smth and he was just pushing out muffled closed mouth belches for hours.

-anytime he burps, he feels legally obligated to say excuse me, or if he’s too embarrassed he’ll just try to play it off like it was something or somebody else (usually blames it on the twins)

-when he’s sick he belches a lot more and they come out very gurgly and deep, like a rolling grumble from the pit of his stomach.

I have a hc that Kyoya Ootori gets those cute little indigestion burps. Where every 3-10 seconds he raises a fist to his mouth and a smallish burp reverberates in his chest. He hates them so much. He finds them horribly embarrassing and Tamaki thinks it’s absolutely hilarious. Spicy foods tend to cause him to get indigestion burps but the problem is he loves spicy food.

aweee that’s adorable annonie ! imagine tamaki rolling in laughter everytime kyoya does his little urrps, and kyoya just regrets all his life choices up to that point. and honey finds them so adorable and coos at kyoya.

Could you write one of the twins from Ouran with Haruhi, and they go out to eat together but the food doesn’t sit well with him and he starts to feel really burpy and holds it all in until Haruhi realizes what’s wrong and makes him let it out (it’d be cool if you could some how add that long burp thing you were talking about also I don’t care which twin I love both lol) 

ah thank you for requesting this, i loved writing this one. i wrote about hikaru bc he is my favorite twin haha, and also like my last fic, i’m just gonna age them up bc we don’t write about minors in this house.

Ooooh if you’re okay with writing for my hero academia can you do aizawa burping in front of his students in the dorms.

i’m about to go to bed , but i don’t want to live this one hanging . i’m too tired to do a full thing so i’ll just do a headcannon/scenerio for this

- aizawa has those disgusting deep belches that sound like they come from the depths of his stomach . like the mildly concerning ones . but these just come from all the air hes accidentally swallowed throughout the day , so usually at night or in the morning , he feels uncomfortable until he lets out the monstrosity

- extremely nonchalant about it , sir does not give one single shit . after realeasing all that pent up air , he gains so much relief , he doesn’t care if he grosses out his students

- the first time the students heard him , all of them were completely shocked , but after a few times , it honestly just became a part of the norm . they hear this giant belch from down the hall and everybody just assumes it was aizawa’s
