Update

As you may have noticed, I haven’t updated in quite some time. This is for many reasons, one of which being that for some reason all of my previous MKV converted to MP4 videos no longer want to import into Sony Vegas. It’s specifically just the ones I converted.

And VLC, what I use to convert MKVs, always pops up with an error when I try to convert using my usual audio settings. So the end result is all of my previously converted videos no long import into Vegas because of reasons I can’t figure out (the audio, most likely) which means I have to reconvert it WITHOUT the audio.

This also means any MKVs I haven’t converted now how to be converted but lacking audio. It seems that Vegas doesn’t want to accept any type of audio format... oh except all the MP4s I got from other sources import into Vegas just fine. UGH. It might be Quicktime related but I don’t know, I just don’t know, but it’s irritating.

So because I use these videos for my AMVs I just convert without audio now, meaning I have nothing new I can put up here. I’ve got a few things I haven’t posted yet so I might go ahead and do that but after that I won’t be adding anything new. I’ll make sure the DL links stay up tho, but let me know if they’re not working.

Update: 6/7/16

So in case it wasn’t obvious, I’m taking another hiatus again. The reason for this is I’ve got a lot going on, primarily that I’m working on a comic and that means I work 6 days a week now and Sunday is my only day off.

So I had set up a queue before but that ran dry and now I have to upload more things before I can post them here.

If it wasn’t for the looming fear of a sudden Win10 update occurring while my laptop was on but I wasn’t paying attention then in theory I could set things to upload while I was working on my comic. But also I don’t trust myself to have the willpower to resist the internet when I have work to do.

So I’ve still got plenty to upload, it’s just a very time consuming process that not many seem to appreciate. Seriously, I know it’s a little pathetic to ask but is it so hard to reblog if you download what I post? It’s all I ask of people really and it lets me know my time isn’t being wasted.

But regardless, updates will happen but they will be slower.

Sorry for the late reply, I’ve been extremely busy lately. Anyway, I’ve never seen it before so I wasn’t planning on it, but it looks like I can acquire it easily enough.

Mod Note: 4/29/16

I’ve deleted the Bakemonogatari subs from the host. I needed the space and I haven’t gotten the raws converted yet so please be patient while I work on them.

In other news, my BD rips are turning out decent! I’ve managed to downscale them to 720 and have save a lot of space as a result! I’m only ripping the dubs, so you know, but for my first time I’m rather happy with the quality of them. I’m even looking into starting up some torrents for my rips.

Some bad news tho, SolidFiles, my prime upload site, just lowered the amount of storage space for free users to 15GB whereas before it was 50GB. And so long as you logged in, they didn’t delete your files. Plus, they allow you to keep track of how many downloads something has - unlike Mega. Even with the file size cap being at 500MB, it was still the best. The sad part is even now with less storage space it IS still the best.

But I can’t find any other site, other than Mega, that allows you that much storage space and won’t delete it after a certain amount if time if it hasn’t been downloaded. Also I like seeing how many downloads something has. Anyway, the good news it on my first account I still get to keep my 50GB of space but any new accounts will only be 15GB. And that’s gonna fill up quickly, trust me.

FYI, generally speaking, I use SolidFiles to upload my anime under 500MB per file (assuming all episodes in the series are under that), and anything above 500MB is uploaded to Mega (even if only one episode of the series is over 500MB, I like keeping it all together).

But I’m too broke to afford the premium stuff, although I suppose $60 a year for 1TB of storage and the files are stored forever IS a way better deal than what most sites have. It’s almost tempting. But I already put too much effort into doing this for free and out of all the downloads my files have gotten, the amount of reblogs is utterly pathetic so it’s not like my hard work is shared or noticed.

Some days I wonder why more serious providers do this shit. lol

Hopefully the files won’t be fucking massive. Wish I could alter them to be 720 but if ripping the episodes doesn’t pan out well, I’ll be sure to grab the creditless op/ed’s.

Update: 4/22/16

The Monogatari Series Creditless Packs, which contained subs on them I never noticed, have been removed. They’re ready to be replaced, with ones that don’t have subs on them, and will be uploaded by 4/24/16 at the latest.

Following that, the Bakemonogatari and Nisemonogatari subs will be removed for download and replaced with raw versions. So if you want them, get them now.

After that the rest of the Monogatari Series will be uploaded in raw.

Update: 4/14/16

Ah geez, I can’t believe I never even noticed that the Monogatari OP/EDs had fucking subs on them. I’m so used to sub groups not subbing those that I didn’t even bother checking. My apologizes.

But I’ve found new sources for the Monogatari Series NCOP/EDs, which I’ll have to convert one at a time. They should be smaller in size too.

So I’ll be deleting the previous packs to make room for this new one. Sorry for my oversight. With how many downloads they all got I’m kinda surprised no one has mentioned it yet, to be honest. Please, tell me if I’ve overlooked something, guys.

On the plus side, where I’m getting the new OP/EDs from are all from sources that have the BD episodes with them in the same torrent and they’re all MKV files which means I can also convert the episodes... which means I can have the entire Monogatari Series in raws now! But that’ll take some time so until then the subs I have up will stay up.

Update: 4/12/16

Just as a quick update, I have recently discovered why sometimes the audio doesn’t show up during the conversion process for some of the videos I work with. Turns out it was a simple fix.

So I’ll be re-converting Blood-C: The Last Dark and Gyo: Tokyo Fish Attack later on. I’ll also probably remove the subbed version of The Last Dark from my uploads in order to make space. So if you want English subs of The Last Dark, get it in my “Mixed” section now.

That said I won’t be going back and re-converting the NCOPED’s that don’t have audio because it’s fucking monotonous converting these things one-by-one (which is what I have to do) and I just don’t want to mess with them right now. So as of right now, they’re staying audioless. Maybe down the line I’ll go back and remake the packs with files that have the audio. I’m keeping the MKVs for this reason. But right now I just don’t want to mess with it.

Okay so there you have it, I’ve been working hard the past few days to convert and upload shit so there’s gonna be a few more things coming soon enough.

Princess Resurrection [Kaibutsu Oujo] [DVD] (OAD 1 - 3) [Complete]

Hiro Hiyorimi moves to a new city to be with his older sister, but dies before he can find her. Then he awakens to a new life as a servant of a princess of the Monster Realm, who just happens to be employing his sister. Monsters soon appear to attack or pester the princess since she is in line for the royal throne, and Hiro must protect her with his life (and repeated death). 

Based on the manga, Princess Resurrection, these OAD’s are different arcs from the manga that got animated. Not to be confused with the TV series, which has the same source but is different.

I’ve always had a huge soft spot for this series and I loved these OAD’s which is why I uploaded them even tho you basicall need to read the manga to know what’s going on exactly. Although the first OAD rehashes the beginning of the story. Highly suggest checking out the manga, I’d avoid the TV series (although they got a kickass ED).
