First Movement

Drift has his first movement alone in the middle of a hallway on his way to the medbay. It’s the first time he feels the bitty, and the first time in a long time he doesn’t feel so lonely anymore.

First movement is Separation, which is when the sparkling detaches from its carrier’s spark and enters orbit. This isn’t painful so much as very uncomfortable and weird. I imagine it’s kind of like when you had a lot of pressure on your ribs and then suddenly it’s gone.
