i think it's interesting how shinigami eyes has now been utilized against transfems. like, i've seen multiple transandrodorks say they're marking as many "baeddels" as they can red on shinigami eyes, that homunyas person pretending people are already marked red on shinigami eyes when they aren't in her pathetic bigoted blocklist, or shit like this

like even if you believed the doc accusing plaidos of shit, that "still wouldn't warrant being marked red on shinigami eyes. "hates trans men. Mark red in shinigami eyes." shit is tacked on in such a transmisogynistic way. there's even transandrodorks talking about making their own shinigami eyes alternative so they can freely mark "baeddels" red with impunity.

It's just interesting to me how a tool meant to help trans people not interact with transphobes and terfs and know what sites are fundamentally transphobic is getting turned against tma people. Like, it doesn't exist to protect trans people from transphobia, it's meant to protect everyone from transfems. back when shinigami eyes was first introduced I refused to use it cuz I assumed this would happen, and now that I'm using it and I'm seeing outright terfs marked green and seeing people defend trans women marked red, i'm just like, what was even the fucking point?
