After graduation from college and years in the Atlanta building material business, Annette H Bratcher moved to Middle Tennessee in 1995 where she became involved in the real estate/residential construction business. Initially, as a financial resource, but then moving into the day to day activities becoming a licensed contractor and Realtor. Annette H Bratcher prides herself on being a good mentor to those entering either of the above mentioned fields and is grateful for the number of clients that have chosen her and determined her success in this arena. Annette H Bratcher has been active in the communities that she has lived in; becoming a Director and then President of the Chamber of Commerce, a director in Kiwanis, a member of the Economic Development Board, and a founding director of The United Way. Annette H Bratcher believes in giving back to her community where she supports the Rutherford/Cannon County Child Advocacy Group and First Shot Basketball.

Middle Tennessee is one of the fastest-growing areas in the country, fueled largely by businesses and individuals moving into it from other regions. Many of those moving are from the North, where customs, speech and lifestyles differ from Middle Tennessee.

A recent Zillow survey says Nashville will be the country's third-hottest housing market and the hottest on the East Coast. Nashville's home prices are expected to increase about 5 to 6 percent on average, says Middle Tennessee Realtor Annette H Bratcher.
