Zoho Recruit integration with Zoho Sign

Zoho Recruit provides end-to-end recruitment software for the fastest and better hiring. It is an automated hiring software for the entire journey of the candidate. With Zoho Recruit, you can search for candidates with job titles, skills, locations on different job sites and match your preference, and can list the candidates. The Zoho Sign extension for Zoho Recruit will allow to send job offers to various people/candidates and get it signed right from within the application.
This is divided into three parts: ~Install Zoho Sign ~Get documents signed using Zoho Sign ~Uninstall Zoho Sign
1.Install Zoho Sign
You can install it from Zoho Marketplace or from Zoho Recruit Account. Steps to install it from Zoho Marketplace:
Follow the link:https://marketplace.zoho.com/recruit/zoho-sign-for-recruit
Press the Install button.
If you’re already logged in to any Zoho service/account, your details will be fetched directly still if you want to edit your details as per your requirements you can edit that.
There will be a checkbox stating: Select the tick box if you wish to be contacted regarding product offers and promotions.
Press Continue.
Confirm the installation details, accept the terms and conditions, and Press the Submit button.
Press Continue to Install.
Select one of the following options: Install for admin only, Install for all users, Choose profiles.
Press Confirm.
Install Zoho sign from Zoho Account:
Follow the following steps: Settings > Setup > Extensions & APIS > Marketplace.  All the installed extensions are listed. Under All Extensions, you can view all the extensions supported by your Zoho Recruit.
Click on All Extensions, search for Zoho Sign, and click it. Extension details will be available there.
Install Now.
Agree on terms and conditions and click Continue to Install
Choose one from the following options and click Confirm. ~Install for admins only  ~Install for all users ~Choose profiles 
The extension will be installed automatically for the user.
2.Get documents signed using Zoho Sign
On the candidates and contacts page while installation there will be a button named Send for Zoho Sign. This button can be used in order to send documents that need to be signed by contacts. In order to send documents for digital signing:
Click on the Candidates or Contacts modules.
Click on record to which the documents need to be sent.
On the record’s details page, click Send for Zoho Sign.
The following options will be present in the new tab:
Click Add Document button and select whether you want to upload the file from your desktop or from the Documents module in your Recruit.
Under the Recipients option, choose the module that your recipient belongs to. Then, click the magnifying glass icon to select the recipient.
To add another recipient, click Add Recipient and choose another contact in the same fashion.
You can also add a recipient who you need to just view, by clicking on the Set Signer Role button and then selecting the Receives a Copy option.
Zoho Sign also provides an option to specify the sequence in which you want your recipients to sign.
Click the Set Signing Order radio button and assign a number to each recipient to choose what sequence they want to sign. If the set signing order is checked, the document will go to the next recipient in the queue only after the preceding recipient has signed the document.
You can leave the recipients a note if there is any extra information need to be shared.
Click the More Settings button to set: ~ Automatic reminders. ~ A deadline to sign by. ~ Time until the agreement will be held valid.
Click Save.
Click Next and it will redirect you to Zoho Sign page.
Make the necessary changes, after that click Continue.
Drag and drop the fields you want in your document and click Send.
Click Confirm and you will receive a message confirming that it has been sent.
Each record will have a related list where the agreement details will be listed.
3.Uninstall Zoho Sign
In order to uninstall the Zoho Sign extension, Please make sure you save r extract the necessary data as at the time of uninstalling all the data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
Steps to uninstall the extension:
Follow the following: Settings > Setup > Marketplace > All.  You can see here all the listed extensions. Under All Extensions, you will be able to view all the extensions supported in your ATS.
Search for Zoho Sign and after you get it click the corresponding Uninstall link.
Click Okay to confirm and uninstall the extension.
