eh lost followers over 2 very simple posts. might as well make this very clear:

black lives matter.

people stating “all lives matter” are purposefully just trying to drown out others speaking up. when a specific group of people is being murdered for no reason other than their skin tone, we NEED to point it out and fight it.

white people don’t experience racism.

white privilege is real.

target is a million dollar corporation, the store will be rebuild but lives cannot.

if you’re “neutral” in situations of injustice, you are on the side of the oppressor.

i understand this is a very scary issue but it’s also very REAL. don’t ignore it bc it makes you uncomfortable. the least you can do is reblog/retweet/whatever some of the fundraisers.

keep in mind this isn’t an american only issue. racial profiling and outright violence against POCs, especially black & brown people happens EVERYWHERE.

this shouldn’t be just a one day thing. we shouldn’t be promoting black lives matter for just one day. it should be everyday. remember the innocent lives taken because of the color of their skin and and know that things should change.
