I do think the summer heat take a lot of fun out of the gang.

Boring? I don't think the tour looks boring at all. I wish I could have been able to see it live. And it's almost over so June, July and 2 wks of this month seemed to fly by to me. And I think they've been alot more active on SM recently. But also, this tour did a lot of cities where not a lot to do so not a lot to show anyone live.

Yes boring.  The tour itself isn’t boring, the people are.  Last tour they were always storying backstage and doing tour bus musicals and just general shenanigans.  Now all we get is Esha shopping at markets…..sigh.

I was rewatching when Harry met Sally. When the song “it had to be you” came up, I thought of J&S. When Sally said to Harry “I hate you” at the end, I thought of J&S. Geez, I was watching this moving so I wouldn’t rewatch all J&S dances again. And still I couldn’t escape!

Look at his face. What kind of bittersweet happysad angst is this? He missed her so much, and he was so happy to finally see her again, that he is tearing up. And they have that moment where they are just exchanging looks and he is speaking Sharna and he is speaking James and they have to KNOW.

Who is going to write the fic where J realizes he loves S and wishes he would have pursued something but she’s already found happiness with someone else?

I still think she doesn't want to come out publicly dating yet cause it is early still and for other obvious reasons (the haters) and why he uses 'friendship'. When the time is right, and been together longer. I think we'll all get the sign they for sure together. For now we have to settle on their friends giving us sneak peaks.

Maybe the hottest pit crew (aka Sharma and Jenna) will be there together.

I really wonder if Sharna will go to the Indy 500 by herself, will bring a friend, or Pierson. Actually don't think she should bring Pierson (maybe unpopular opinion) b/c might take away from the day being about supporting James and Indycar with the attention they might get. Also, not sure if they are ready to come out as an official couple. Just hope if she doesn't bring a friend that folks there are nice to S (like James's family & other friends).

I’m good with whatever makes her feel comfortable. J will be busy much of the time and we all know B isn’t going to be the best hostess so if she wants to bring Pierson or someone else I am good with that. I don’t think it will take anything away. Or maybe she can hang with J’s brother Chris. He seems like a sweetie and a fan of hers. 😉

So these “new” TPTBs, how many seasons have they taken over the show? 3, 4 or 5 I don’t remember. May be they are just trying to see how far they can push the line before the riot starts... And also, people forget as well...

What do you think about how so many of this seasons contestants have reportedly not been happy about being apart of this season? I think the tptb took their Normani/Val manipulation way to far this season and ruined it for the other celebrities. But what do you think?

I actually was gonna talk about that last night. But I decided I was gonna save the post for after the season ended because I needed to see if Simone was eliminated. And welp. Here we are. So yes, I think this is the first time that half of the contestants have shown some sort of displeasure with the show (or a lot). Chris, Charo, Erika, Nick, Bonner and Simone all showed they were extremely unhappy with the show at one point or another. And did Heather have an issue with the fact that they highlighted her dance experience so much while conveniently hiding the fact that Normani has 17 years under her belt and it is more recent? That adds to it. Anyway, I actually think that all of them (except for maybe Charo) have a real reason to be extremely upset. And tbh David and Rashad have reason to feel upset too. TPTB really did take things way too far this season and that is saying something. It has ruined the experience for so many celebrities and for many longtime viewers. The manipulation was so blatant and transparent this season. I have never seen it this bad. I’ve been watching this show for a while and you all know that I’m not afraid to call them out for this stuff. But this was enough to really make me question whether or not I’m gonna come back and watch next season. When you have more than half of your celebs irritated with your show, you gotta take a step back and think about what you’re doing wrong. I mean they threw Simone Biles under the bus. Simone Freaking Biles. The biggest celeb this season. Why tf should anyone wanna come on this show at this point? If the greatest gymnast of all time is not immune from being completely disrespected, then who is (unless your partner is Val)?

To be honest, if I’m J, I wouldn’t give any fuel to those crazies on SM. We have all seen what can happen when it was managed badly. So he might as well not like anything to protect S and to protect himself. It is the right thing to do. Take me for example, I only like things here in Tumblr. I don’t like anything on Facebook and IG. I don’t need them to track what I like. There are just too many crazies out there.

My issue with J is that he never likes any tweets or IG posts about his partnership with S, even the posts just about their dancing (e.g. incredible freestyle, awesome AT, etc, especially not ones with pics or videos of J & S. Recall he has liked a few tweets about the Suicide Squad # with Jenna (S didn't dance this) & one about their trio months ago. Feel like purposeful. Do the others u mentioned like Nick, Niah Jana never like these types of posts? Part 1 of 2

Part 2 of 2… Recall Noah posting quite a few throwback pics lately of him & S & even Antonio posting pics dancing with S. Do think J&S are good friends but have always wondered about his SM. Think there is much more going on behind the scenes

I don’t think there is anything inherently wrong with him not liking those things. He mostly likes things related to sports and racing, which is his job. He has to market himself too. I just don’t think social media is an accurate depiction of a relationship, especially theirs.

in retrospect, I am glad that J&S did nothing about their “feelings” to each other if there was any. Can you imagine the crazies and bad press that they would have gotten?

It's so over the top now, I mean the age thing was silly, the publicity angle was stupid cause if it was for publicity we'd see them...you know in public. But now the digs at them are just getting worse. I don't know if she doesn't see them all or just doesn't want to get into on SM with fans cause then people would be like "She should have just ignored them, etc" Maybe she thinks it will stop once S24 is fully over. If it doesn't, I think at some point she'll reach her breaking point.

Yeah I think she will eventually also. But she got so much heat from her rant after handgate she might just be like I’m not going to do anything right now you know?

What’s happening today in my imagination and perhaps just a little bit of wishful thinking thrown in for good measure. 

James didn’t call her until Tuesday night. He knew she would be busy until then and wanted to give her a second to catch her breath.

“So, how are you feeling?” he asked a little cautiously. They had discussed plenty about this season and he was a little unsure about where she would stand on the whole experience now.

“Should I be lying across a couch for this?” she asked.

He could picture the look on her face and it made him smile. She was still just the same as she was before.

“I guess if it helps you.”

“Honestly, I just feel relief.”

“Yeah?”

“Yeah. Just like I’m breathing again finally. It wasn’t an easy season for me. I enjoyed getting to know him and working with him and he’s a friend now, but it was a rough road. Plus, it was time, you know? His body was just giving out and so was my mind I think. It was time. I’ve made peace with it.”

“Well, I’m glad to hear that,” James told her. It was good to know that she wasn’t overly upset or hurting. “So, who am I supposed to vote for now?”

But he does like all of GF's pics and seems to comment on them when they're apart (that seems to be the pattern). And he goes back and likes her stuff. Note that J did like S's best of luck post on race day and her other unrelated post posted the day before, so possibly on her page, because he didn't like any other pics before the race except for GF's and Jenna's of their reunion. IDK, just fear something has changed b/c SM habits have changed a little.

TBH I think you are really reaching here. BWTGH is his GF, plus she posts a ton of his True Love Lou. Of course he will like and comment on those and will check her things. That’s not at all surprising. Don’t forget during tour, he would sometimes go back and like S’s pics later. He seems to be more of a Twitter guy anyways. I just don’t think him not liking her things is an indication that they are no longer “family”. All is where it should be
