#it’s a huge bummer to me how the term was meant to cover how autistic trans people were isolated from both groups#treated like they had rabies thus the name#and then the jokes started and now nobody takes it seriously#it’s hard to fit in with a lot of the queer community because so many of them are able bodied neurotypicals#everyone’s obsessed with being the mean gay especially at the expense of disabled folks and they don’t see a problem with it#seeing a bunch of people in here call it ableist because it’s not a deadly disease missing the entire point#it’s how we’re treated#not how the disability works#so many queer people want us to pretend we’re just queer and if you can’t hide it you’re annoying or weird or a loser
