"Mademoiselle Cigarette"
Another cigarette related drawing... Got the idea for this after listening to "Zigaretten Shimmy-Blues" played by Dajos Béla and his orchestra in 1924

A photo of a practice drawing I made, before I got into the part that I wanted to do practicing for
Still deciding to post this because I honestly do kinda like the design I made, admittedly, but this isn't actually the finished drawing. The idea was just exactly this, but with an entirely black background that mixes in with the black tuxedo and black hair, which I tried, buuuut... That didn't go well... So I'm just posting the unfinished version instead
But it was just supposed to be a practice drawing after all, so I guess it's not that bad...

A drawing I made to practice with the calligraphy pen I got a few days ago
It's not even been a week since I've ever used a calligraphy pen in my life, so it's not surprising that I'd suck with it
But I would say that this is my first "successful" attempt at using it for a drawing
Also the drawing is based off of a fashion advertisement made in 1922 by J.C. Leyendecker
