• hot girl walks in autumn weather
• drinking tea in a cute mug, early in the morning
• study dates with the girls (library, cafe, so cute)
• meditating outside, breathing in that fresh autumn air girllll
• reading/book shopping
• gua sha + skin care routine + lash/eyebrow serum
• working out like a pink pilates muscle mommy
• journaling + self improvement/healing
• long soaks in the bath, epson salt, bubbles, essential oils, candles, everything girl
• manifesting/daydreaming (one of my favs)

let me put you onto a new safe food of mine:
frozen berries with a tiny bit of honey.
it's delicious, not high in cals plus you HAVE to eat it slowly or else your mouth will freeze up lol
you might think why not just eat the berries with yoghurt? it has less cals than honey.
i have a fear of eating full meals, and a yoghurt bowl is a full meal for me, so this variant is a good compromise which doesn't stress me out as much:)
