Coping with the anxiety of being left behind

Fear of missing out (FOMO) is the feeling of anxiety that one is missing out on acquiring knowledge, information, or experiences that could lead to a better life. This fear can lead to feelings of regret in various situations, such as missing a wedding party, not investing in stocks, lacking social connections, or not keeping up with popular TV shows.
Dealing with FOMO is not necessarily a difficult task, but it does require addressing people's self-confidence issues.
Some strategies for dealing with FOMO include:
1. Practicing mindfulness techniques
2. Limiting social media use
3. Engaging in proactive activities
4. Regular meditation
5. Practicing yoga
6. Embracing a realistic perspective on life
7. Pursuing hobbies and interests"
1. Mindfulness Techniques: This involves engaging your senses, such as sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell, to focus on the present moment and become fully aware of your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations.
2. Limiting social media: Set a specific time frame for social media use and focus on collecting valuable information that can enhance your life, rather than mindlessly scrolling."
3. Engaging proactive tools: Utilize strategies that help individuals prepare for future challenges, opportunities, and changes while avoiding clingy and unproductive habits. Examples of proactive tools include:
- Time management techniques
- Goal-setting frameworks
- SWOT analysis (identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats)
- Risk management
- Decision-making models
- Mind mapping and brainstorming
- Feedback and reflection tools
4. Regular meditation: Meditation is a practice that helps individuals overcome negative thoughts, cultivate self-awareness, and tune into their bodily sensations. Regular meditation can help connect positive thoughts, reduce envy and FOMO, and increase emotional regulation.
5. Practicing Yoga: In today's fast-paced world, yoga is essential for maintaining a calm mind and body. By incorporating yoga into your daily routine, you can harmonize your mind and body, leading to greater balance and well-being.
6. Embracing a realistic perspective on life: It's essential to focus on what's genuinely important and real in life, rather than getting caught up in virtual or superficial aspects. By embracing a realistic perspective, you can gain a deeper understanding of life's true value and prioritize what truly matters.
7. Pursuing hobbies and interests: Engaging in activities you enjoy can help alleviate FOMO by focusing on personal growth and fulfilment. It's essential to maintain and nurture your hobbies and interests, as they contribute significantly to your overall well-being and life satisfaction.
If we positively keep our mindset, neither FOMO will disturb our harmony nor will other challenges. All capabilities and potentialities are implied in our mind; we just have to be concerned with the positive sensations in our body and mind."

October is my favorite month of the year. Especially my parents also got married October 12th and I also born on 25th of the same month. Moreover, the festive season begins this month and we all celebrate Gandhi Jayanti, Durga Puja, Lakshmi Puja, Kati Bihu and many other festivals. Similarly, I love this month because this month has wonderful mix of summer and winter. In the end, I would be a joke to say that we also get a lot of holidays during the festivals in this month.
One important thing is that this month gives us a good opportunity to make our mind beautiful as well as make our body more attractive.😍

'Life'
Life is a phenomenon of survival,
Where the experience of bitterness and sweetness is reflected.
Life is a phenomenon of education,
Where the attainment of knowledge is established by ups-and-downs.
Life is a phenomenon of emotions,
Where the values of sorrow and happiness are seen.
Life is a phenomenon of struggle,
Where the ray of new facets is born.
Life is a platform to represent new events,
Where latent talents come to the fore.
Life teaches us the arrival of new phases,
And we learn to deal with new experiences.
Life is just for survival ,
Where we have to consider certain measures
to avoid any errors.
And it is called 'Life'.

'The Reality of a Blogger'
As long As it takes to make a video,
Instead it takes more time to invite people to our blog.
As long as it takes to prepare for the video,
Instead it takes more time to get likes, comments and share on our blog.
As long as it takes to edit our video,
Instead it takes longer for our video to become popular.
Hence, we need your value and support,
Because we try to help you by getting support from you for the well-being of your life.

'Elder Brother'
Elder brother is a beautiful accent,
Which we can't buy anywhere.
The elder brothers are the shadow of our parents,
Who can sacrifice all their needs for our happiness.
Elder brothers protect us from any evil,
So we don't have to be afraid of anything bad.
Those who have lost their brother,
They only know what it means.
Whenever brothers live, their grace is always there.

'Happiness'
Happiness comes for a moment,
The moment we have it in our hands.
Happiness brings a beautiful ray of heart to our face,
How to hold on, it's in our hands.
Happiness spreads the rays of joy into our lives,
How to hold on, it's in our hands.
I promise myself, I will never let the rays of happiness go again.
And It's only in my hands.
