How I entered the void in less than 5 minutes last night (If someone doesn’t shift with this, I’ll scream)
I wouldn’t be sharing this and putting myself at risk of sounding like a lunatic who posted one method, and is now posting yet another version of it, if I didn’t have a reason for it. Idk, gut feelings are hard to explain (I’m aware I sound insane right now)
But I’ve never been more excited to share something in my life, sooo that might attest to something.
This will work for everyone in some way. And I’ve never been more certain of anything ever. (Except for the time I pspspsps’d at a black kitty on the sidealk at night, which ended up being a trash bag, and I found out I had horrible eyesight—but that’s not the point here).
This isn’t anything brand new. It’s like my method people have been seeing results with, but stripped down to its bones. Simplified to the core, which I’ve learned actually makes it more effective.
(unless you’re someone who prefers something detailed and objective, then yeah, stick to my main method and ignore this)
This doesn’t care about your beliefs. Doesn’t care about your identity, your self-concept, your doubts, your contradictions. It doesn’t matter if you’re into non-duality, law of assumption, law of attraction, or don’t even have a belief system. This method does not give a single shit. And I say that with confidence, because when this worked for me last night, I was crying. Genuinely, majorly depressed. Everything I usually cling to, all my beliefs about shifting and consciousness and the nature of reality—I wasn’t mulling over any of it. I was flat out over existence itself, and it still worked.
The set-up:
• First, understand something: The screen of space you’re looking at right now—even if your eyes are closed—is the same screen where your DR, CR, the void, your dreams… all of it… will appear. That’s your canvas. Always.
• This works best with WBTB (wake back to bed), so set an alarm for about 3 hours after you fall asleep. You want to wake up just tired enough that going back to sleep is easy, but you’ll still have some control. (You can also do this as you’re going to bed, but it was 3 AM for me after I had woken up,,, so do with that info what you want).
• Now, get this into your head: You’re not entering the void or shifting from a place of calm or confidence. You’re doing it from pure exhaustion. You’re doing it from “fuck this shit, I’m doing it anyway.”
You can doubt. You can feel like shit. But the attitude that follows is “fuck it.” You’re tired of trying, and tired of being on this journey. So you’re just gonna do it. Fuck it.
What to do:
• Lie on your back. (I personally like my back, but I’ve done it on my side too, and it still works. Doesn’t matter. Don’t overthink it. This doesn’t matter)
• You can move. Just don’t care that you moved. After the next step, you won’t even be paying attention to your body anyway, and it’ll go numb naturally,, so the idea here is “fuck it, this doesn’t matter.”
• Now: Notice the black behind your eyes. Just that. The blackness. Don’t try to notice your awareness yet. Just focus on the black. Look at it. Really look at it. LOOK. Keep choosing to look at it again and again. Widen your eyes over and over again, and keep refocusing on it. This will keep you alert, but you’re not forcing yourself to stay alert, got it? It happens naturally, because you’re reeeeally looking at the black behind your eyes.
• Your body’s gonna want to fall asleep. Don’t fight it, don’t care about it, because the fact that you’re looking at the black behind your eyes will naturally keep you from falling asleep.
• You keep your mind locked on that black space, almost like you’re watching a movie screen, but nothing’s playing yet. What happens? You’ll keep wanting to fall asleep—but widening your eyes and choosing to watch the black will keep waking you up. You’ll be in this liminal place going: “Fuck it. Fuck it. Fuck it. I’m doing this. Fuck it. Don’t care.”
(What I mean by “widening your eyes” even though they’re closed is: when your eyes are closed, don’t let them go slack like they do when you're falling asleep. Keep them wide and alert, like you're trying to watch something in the dark. You're not tensing them, just holding that sense of openness, like you're staring through your eyelids).
• What happens next: Suddenly you’ll feel your awareness. You’re just awareness now. Naturally. You didn’t right off the bat try to pay attention to your awareness,, you just realized that you are it. Why? Because when you feel confined to that black space behind your eyelids like a coffin, with nothing else around you, there’s nowhere else to run to other than your awareness. Your body will be numb, and your surroundings distant, irrelevant. And you’ll think: “Wait… I’m just my awareness.”
• And then your brain might do what it always does: “Oh no. What if I’m overthinking? What if I’m messing it up?” And you remind yourself: “I’m literally awareness. I can overthink if I want. I’m awareness goddamnit. Fuck it.”
• You’ll start switching—back and forth—between two things (because there’s nowhere to run to):
1. Looking at the black behind your eyelids
2. Noticing your awareness itself
Keep flipping between the two like you’re flickering the lights on and off in a room, but don’t force this. You’ll look at the fact that you simply are, and you'll look at the black,, and you’ll think: “damn?? I’m just my awareness.”
• Then you’ll start to sink. You’ll feel the pull as hypnagogia grabs your hand and says “so where are we going, bestie?” From here, you can either:
A) Keep going as you feel yourself sink, and you’ll fall straight into the void state effortlessly.
B) As you feel yourself sink, you can choose to lucid dream, astral project, or just plain shift from here. To shift: affirm, assume, observe, do whatever you want. The way I shared that I like to do this is by observing my awareness in my DR, observing the fact that I’m aware there (just pretend you’re there, no need to try too hard).
The point is: whatever happens next, if it happens very very quickly, don’t panic.
Just to note:
If this somehow doesn’t work for you—though I genuinely believe it will work for someone—just know the reason I share so many things is because I deeply believe everyone needs different things. The core of shifting stays the same to me:
You are only awareness, and you observe your desired reality until all other options collapse.
But how you get into that is wildly personal. What works for me might not click for you, just like what works for you might not click for me, and that’s fine.
That’s why I keep offering options—not to confuse you, not to invalidate anything I’ve said before, but to give you more pathways of realizing how powerful you already are. If one method feels off, try another. My main method is still my go-to: observe my awareness in my DR, exist there, decide I’m there because where else would I be??—but I love giving variety because maybe this next one might be the one that opens it all up for you.
Edit: (this just came to mind) don’t place a time expectation on any method. This one worked in less than 5 minutes for me, but the next time I try it, it could happen in 10, maybe 20. I don’t know. So if you try this, and it doesn’t immediately work in the way you expect it to, take a deep breath and keep trying, because eventually something has to happen. Trust me.

NOTHING LEFT TO DO!!
everything will fall into place when you finally realise this.
When it comes to Law of Assumption, Non dualism and any type of manifestation, so many people ask a question, the same question: “What do I do?” “How do I do?’
I’ll say what i’ve said before: You don't need to do anything except drop the belief that there is something to do. You already have everything because you are everything, there is nothing to get because nothing is outside of you.
Like don’t you get it??? There’s NOTHING outside of you, it’s already here. NOTHING is separate from you, so that “desired” version of “you” who you see as so far above “you”, IS you. It’s all You. And I put the word “you” into quotation marks because as you know, this isn’t you. You are consciousness taking the form as “your name, your surname”.
So stop asking “How do i get into the state?” You already are in the state. All you are doing is remembering that. “How do i change my thoughts” Your thoughts are already perfect, because you are perfect, nothing to change.
Anything showing you different, are results of YOU still under the spell of the dream that you are a mere human. Any and every circumstance is generated by you; the one who still believes in the illusion that they don’t have it. The one who believe that’s they are being controlled by the illusion, that they are under the mercy of their own dream.
Drop your belief in that and all will come to you instantly. Just pick which circumstances you want to experience, all you are doing is choosing and being.
So stop with beating yourself up mentally because you wavered. What even is “wavering” until you give it meaning? If you already have what you what why would anything mess that up.
Example, because you guys know i love a good analogy: Let’s say your package that you ordered came in yesterday, let’s say you bought some shoes. You put them in your closet and you know you have them. You turn on the Tv to see news that due to certain trade conflicts, package delivery to your specific country will come to a stop for a few weeks. Are you going to worry about whether your shoes are coming, if you already have them?
No, you wouldn’t
Who cares if you have an “opposing thought” those thoughts don’t belong to you. Stop thinking that they do, observe and move on. Your word is god, so if you say that: 1. there is something that exists called “opposing thoughts” 2. These so called “opposing thoughts” are you and belong to you, and 3. That these thoughts will hinder you from your getting something, it will be true.

And we should also wake up the point that thinking things will stop your manifestation shows you are identifying with someone who doesn’t have it. But don’t worry, you have everything, there’s nothing to do but see beyond the illusion that you are separate from your “desires”.
Stop operating under the illusion that you must “get” something. You think that you are racing against some clock,
“Salem, i know time is an illusion but school is in 2 weeks and i’m still wondering where my manifestation is” ….
“Salem, I know time isn’t real but it’s been a year and i’m so frustrated!!” ….
If you KNEW that, there would be no “buts” whatsoever
You are dreaming your circumstances, you are dreaming that there is this thing called time you must adhere to. You are dreaming that you lack something therefore you need to do something to get that thing. You are dreaming that you only have a certain amount of time to “get” and to “achieve”
You are dreaming that you don’t already have what you want. You are dreaming that there are specific techniques that will save you. You are dreaming. YOU. ARE. DREAMING.
get lucid in the dream and it will all materialise instantaneously, when you are aware that you are dreaming, the dream will crumble before your eyes.
who’s to say it hasn’t crumbled already?
You don’t need to wait for night time to “do” anything
You don’t need to wait for when you’re alone.
It will happen in the exact moment you 100% realise you’re dreaming and that it’s only you here.
Whether you’re in public or private, with friends and family or alone, whether it’s daytime or night time. It will just click into place when you realise there’s nothing to but drop the belief that you are lacking something, or that you aren’t the person you want to be. You don’t have to wait for a specific time to become the void or to “get” your desires, you ARE pure consciousness, whenever and wherever you realise that is when you maintain full power. My point is you don’t have to “wait” for something you already have!
so stop with the challenges, would you join a challenge to win a Porsche if you had two in your garage? would you do this “SUPER QUICK 3 DAY METHOD” if you already had what you want?
all you must do is get excited about the fact that you have everything and that you lack nothing, you will want for nothing when you realise you can choose to experience anything in an instant based on a decision.
Your circumstances are products of consciousness = products of you. Choosing to entertain them by worrying about them, validates their existence, and regenerates the experience. But don’t be fooled, when i say this some of you start to believe your higher self is above you, but no, to find your higher self you must look in the mirror, that right there is the one calling all the shots, choosing to play the experience.
nothing to apply. nothing to learn. nothing to get up and do.
all you must “do” is choose, or should i say you’ve already chosen 👁️✨

You Already Know How to Shift To Your DR on Command, You Just Haven’t Realized It Yet (And the Proof Is Right There)






This isn’t new information, I’m saying that upfront. I’m letting you know you’ve had the proof you’ve craved all this time, and you didn’t even realize you were looking right at it. Meaning: I’m going to get you to UNDERSTAND, not just tell you to “assume and persist.”
Because understanding is enlightenment. Understanding is freedom. Once you understand, you’ll affirm, assume, persist—whatever you want to call it—because you KNOW, not because you’re trying to know.
Let’s look at the facts. You’ve tried everything, but haven’t shifted yet, right? Maybe you’ve reprogrammed your mind. You’ve probably tried subliminals. You’re using the Law of Assumption. You’ve tried it all. And you still haven’t shifted. Yet...you see other people in the exact same position as you, with the same mindset, who shift. Some people say they shift randomly. They don’t even use the Law of Assumption. Not even methods. They just decide to shift, and they do.
And yet you have poured so much time, effort, emotion, and love into this, but you still haven’t shifted. It’s weird. It’s impossible.
The Weirdness You’re Ignoring
Let’s truly pause and look at this. It’s weird, right? Especially if you’ve been trying for more than two years. It’s really weird. You should have shifted by now, shouldn’t you? Sure, some people take longer than others, but still—you know everything there is to know. You know yourself. You know shifting is real. You know your awareness already knows how to shift, and yet it still hasn’t happened. You’ve tried everything, and you haven’t shifted. You’re not a master shifter. You’re just this person “stuck” in your CR.
It doesn’t make sense that you haven’t shifted yet. It doesn’t make sense that you’re “not in your DR” or that you’re “not a master shifter.” Allow it to not make sense, because you’re going to capitalize on the absurdity.
Let’s look at this from a reality shifting perspective—as people who know there is no fixed reality, that reality is malleable, that strange things are possible. Isn’t it weird that you haven’t shifted yet?
It’s REALLY weird. It doesn’t make sense. At all. Truly pause and look at it. You’ve put all this work into it. You’ve done the research. You affirm. You assume. You persist, and it doesn’t work. It’s WEIRD. It’s really weird, right?
Weird, like a glitch you catch out of the corner of your eye. Weird, like something tastes almost right, but not quite, leaving that ghost of wrong on your tongue. Weird, like the air feels off, like you’re in the right place at the wrong time. Weird, like the street looks the same, but the sky is the wrong shade. Weird, like reality’s a little too quiet, too still, like it’s waiting for you to notice it isn’t real.
WEIRD.
Well, what if I told you that you are in your desired reality? Or that you already are a master shifter? Or that you already know how to shift instantly, that you can shift on command? And that you just haven’t realized it yet?
And I don’t mean this in the “assume it’s done and so it is” sense, nor am I implying that the simple act of choosing brioche over sourdough at brunch somehow proves you can shift realities on command — (though both are true!). I mean it in the concrete, irrefutable evidence sense.
Of course, you’re going to look at me like I’m crazy. You’re going to say, “But I’ve tried to shift so many times and it never works. I would have shifted by now if I were a master shifter. I would know because I’d be in my DR. I’d know how to shift easily. Where’s the proof?”
Ah, right, the proof...
Proof Has Been Here All Along
Look at the fact you’ve been at this for years and claim you still haven’t shifted. Don’t you think that’s eerily uncanny? You’ve done the work, bled intention, rewritten your mind over and over—and you’re telling me you’ve got nothing to show for it? It’s bizarre. And let’s be real: it’s impossible.
Why? Because you’re the creator. You are awareness. The god of your reality. Yeah, I know you’ve heard that a thousand times, but let it truly sink in this time.
Everything that is, exists inside your awareness. Creation doesn’t drip to you, it erupts from you. So tell me, as the one pulling the strings of your universe, doesn’t it strike you as cosmically absurd that you “can’t” shift? That you’re not in control?
It’s unnatural. Like placing a glass of water on the table, blinking, and it’s gone, swallowed by the air. That’s how off it is. Skewed. Unreal. A glitch in a system you’re supposed to be commanding. And you are.
Let me make this clearer with an example:
Suppose reality shifting is like a fitness journey. Someone is unhappy with their body, so they decide, “I’m going to get fit.” They change their diet, exercise, go to the gym, put in the effort, stay focused, and say, “I’m on my fitness journey. I’m getting my dream body.” And in a certain amount of time, they get it.
(Side note: I’m not saying shifting takes time and effort. This is about the mindset)
But what happens so often—and I say this from experience—is that the person gets their dream body, but they can’t see it. They’re so used to their old body that their new body feels invisible. The change was slow and gradual, now they can’t see they’re already fit, that they already look amazing. They look in the mirror, the mirror shows them their perfect body, but they can’t see it. They see the old body. Then what do they do? They turn to extreme dieting, excessive workouts, not to maintain what they have, but because they think they still need to get the dream body that’s already theirs.
And just like I don’t blame that person, I don’t blame you. Because you were born in a world that taught you you’re not the creator, that things only come from hard work, that things are “too good to be true.” So of course you’re stuck in the mentality that you haven’t shifted yet! That you’re not the creator, that shifting takes endless work! I don’t blame you!
But we need to recognize that it’s not true. You’ve put in all this work, done all this existential labor, and you’re not in the same place. You’re not the same person you were two years ago, or three years ago, or even six months ago. You’re not. Even if you chose to start shifting yesterday, and you’re reading this right now, you are not the same person you were yesterday.
You Didn’t Waste Time
From the moment you decided you wanted to shift realities, it was already yours. It was always yours. But maybe your first attempt didn’t work out, and you instantly thought “I need to work for this.” So you tried again, tried new methods, scrolled Tumblr and Reddit and TikTok, because that first “failure” made you think you had to work for it.
This is why it’s so common for shifting (and manifesting, because they’re basically the same thing) to “take years.”
And let me tell you something: You did not waste time. If you’ve spent two years or however long trying to shift realities, you did not waste your time. What you did— and this is incredible— is you created the proof you want right now.
You, yourself, created your own proof. The evidence that you’re a master shifter, or that you’re already in your DR, has been here the whole time.
Your Evidence Isn’t What You Think
Darling, and I’ll say this again later because I want it to stick: The evidence is not the end product; it’s the action you took to receive that product.
Imagine your desire—being a master shifter, your manifestation, your DR—is a dress. A dress you designed and made because you’re a fashion designer. What’s the evidence you made the dress? It’s not simply that you’re holding the dress in your hands, because anyone could have made it, or you could have bought it, or it could have been a gift. The true evidence is the work you put in: the hours of designing, sewing, crafting. That’s the evidence.
The idea that you need to ignore the 3D because the 4D is the only real reality—this also goes into that. Because what you’re seeing in your 4D is part of the evidence.
Now, here’s where it gets mind-bending:
Could you have the dress without the work? No. If you didn’t put in the effort to make that dress, you wouldn’t be holding that dress.
If you didn’t decide to shift, you wouldn’t shift.
But you have decided, so.....?????
You’ve Already Mastered Shifting
So if you’ve done all this work—and by work I mean deciding to shift, trying to shift, reinforcing the fact that you want to shift, soaking in this identity, reinforcing the belief, trying and persisting—shouldn’t you have your desire by now? Isn’t it weird that you don’t? See how uncanny that is?
The truth is, you do. You are a master shifter already. You can shift on command. You are in your desired reality already. You just haven’t realized it yet.
What is realization? It’s acceptance, it’s observation, it’s assumption, it’s attraction—whatever you want to call it. They all mean the same thing: becoming aware of and observing the reality you desire.
You haven’t been observing the reality where you’re a master shifter or in your DR. You’ve been observing the reality where you think you aren’t, where you believe you’re stuck, where you’re still “working for it.” So your awareness keeps showing more of the reality where you have to work for it.
But it’s done. Finished. You don’t need to do anything else to shift realities. You don’t need to affirm or persist. You don’t need to do a method. You don’t need to do anything right now except accept that you are a master shifter, and/or that you are already in your DR.
And I know the old story, and I’m not blind to it. I know it sucks to “act as if” you’re in your DR while your CR drains you, depresses you, makes you feel stuck. You can’t just “fake it till you make it,” I get that. I’m not asking you to do that. That’s not what this is.
I’m asking you to realize and understand.
People think it works like this: they shift/ learn how to shift on command, and THEN they can finally say they’ve shifted and they’re a master shifter.
But it’s actually the opposite. The idea that the result must come before the observation (assumption) is the act of receiving, not creating.
And you are awareness—a creator. To place your faith, power and expectations on anything that does not flow from you is to give your power away. You are in control. Whatever you observe, is.
I’m aware that the ego is hard-wired to search for clues and evidence of your desire before it finally observes it as the only true reality. But freedom and owning your power is realizing that the evidence you seek is already here. You then observe the reality that it’s already here BECAUSE you have the proof.
You Already Live Like This
How creation actually works is simple, almost disarmingly so: you decide what you want, you accept that it’s done, and as a natural consequence, you live in the end—you observe the reality where it’s already yours—because you already hold the proof within you. The evidence is there. It’s a loop, a mirror, an ouroboros swallowing its own tail, endlessly reflecting your decision back to you.
And the funny thing? You already live like this every single day.
“I’m meeting a friend at the park later,” and you generate the proof, without questioning if it will happen, by walking to the dang park.
“I’m making tea,” and you generate the proof, finding yourself in the kitchen, water boiling, mug in hand.
“I’m going to bed,” and you generate the proof: you lie down, close your eyes, and let yourself drift.
When you decide you’re going to school tomorrow, what’s your proof? Is it the moment you walk through the school gates? Or the decision you made the night before?
When you decide to get out of bed, what’s your proof? Is it your feet on the floor? Or the choice in your mind before you even move?
You decide. You accept. You move as if it’s done—because it is.
Your Attempts Are Proof, Not Failures
You’re tangled in this idea that every attempt, every assumption, every observation you make is worthless unless you open your eyes and find yourself physically in your DR. But that’s not how this works. Not even close.
(Ever since I realized this a few months ago, it’s been aching in my soul to see people—powerful creators—say they have symptoms but “didn’t shift,” or that they’ve been trying for years and still “can’t shift,” or that they’re ready to give up because they don’t see proof.
It’s so many powerful people, master shifters in disguise, who don’t know that their creation is already finished. They’re living, breathing proof that it’s done, but they believe their power only counts if they see “proof” in the form of waking up in their DR, not realizing they’ve been looking in the wrong place the entire time.
They don’t see that every symptom, every moment of alignment, every flicker of inner knowing was never useless. It was evidence. It was proof. But you keep dismissing it, waiting for your DR to validate you, when in reality, you are the one who validates your DR into being.
If you’re asking, “Well, how will I actually shift then? Is it a method? Will I just wake up in my DR after realizing this?”
First, you acknowledge that you’re a master shifter. You claim it. You accept that it’s done. Or you accept that you are already in your DR.
And then—naturally, seamlessly—you discover how you shift consistently. How you shift to your DR. What works for you. (I’ll get more into this in a bit)
It’s like you unlock it—cracking open the rock that’s been holding back the river, letting the water rush free, unstoppable, inevitable.
Like a dam finally giving way under the weight of its own resistance, the flow was always there, waiting, ready. All you had to do was remove what was blocking it, and everything moves, everything flows, everything becomes.
Recognition first, revelation after.
You don’t learn how to shift BEFORE calling yourself a master shifter. You don’t shift to your DR before you can say you’ve shifted.
This is ESPECIALLY true if you’ve been trying for a year or more. Odds are, it’s already so ingrained in your mind—your mind knows how to shift, and that it wants to shift—that you’re already done.
But believing there’s more to learn, more to figure out, more to “dwell in” keeps generating more of that and traps you in the loop. Ironically, it generates more proof that you can shift.
And yes, this has been said over and over, I know, but let me tell you: I KNOW how hard it is to force an assumption, to convince yourself of something without immediate proof, especially when your reality is showing you the complete opposite of what you desire.
It’s nearly impossible to believe you’re already in your DR when your CR circumstances suck and are actively draining you. I know that. And believe me, there’s nothing wrong with you because of it.
I know what it’s like to be caught in that mentality, trust me. You’re frustrated, feeling stuck in this endless loop: You assume you’re in your DR → you feel like a fraud because you still have to interact with the 3D every day → that reinforces the fact that you’re “still” in your CR → you crash, frustrated and burnt out → you think you ruined your assumptions and have to start over → back to square one, assuming you’re in your DR from a place of lack and dependency.
It’s because I know what that’s like that I swear to you:
YOU ARE NOT STUCK. YOU ARE NOT BLOCKED. WHAT’S HAPPENING IS THAT CREATION IS FINISHED, BUT YOU HAVEN’T REALIZED IT YET.
If you didn’t feel you needed proof, you’d accept it easily, wouldn’t you? If you had proof, you’d accept it easily too, right?
Well, here’s the thing: the proof is already here. It’s in your awareness, in the work you’ve poured in, in the fact that your awareness already knows how to shift—and there’s nothing you ever did to “learn” it, and nothing you could do to “unlearn” it.
You don’t need to assume, persist, or affirm if you don’t want to. You don’t need to force anything.
You just observe the reality where it’s done, step into the reality where it’s finished, and understand why you’re already a master shifter. And this does not involve forcing an assumption at all, because you have the proof.
Listen to me. You’re Already Done
If you’ve been on this journey for a year or more, I guarantee it’s already done. GUARANTEE. You can shift on command.
Two years or more? You’re already a master at this. Guaranteed. X amount of years with mini-shifts? That’s your proof right there, and you’re denying it.
It honestly hurts my soul when I see people say, “I feel symptoms but I can’t shift to my DR,” when you’re literally already done. The symptoms are part of the proof. You’re already a master shifter, already capable of shifting, but you can’t accept that you’re in your DR because you think the proof has to be physically waking up there, when the real proof is the fact that you already have the ability to shift, that you’ve already decided to shift, or that you already put in the work!
You changed your assumptions!
You felt symptoms!
You had X amount of shifting attempts!
You decided you were going to shift!
You dreamed of your DR!
YOU MADE A SCRIPT!
You affirmed!
Everything you did—whether it was as simple as deciding you would shift, or as layered as listening to subliminals while writing affirmations and practicing meditation—all of it is your evidence. It’s your proof. Your confirmation that it’s done.
I can’t directly implant this POV into your mind; I can only use words, which is why I keep repeating the same point over and over. But I promise you, once you realize this, EVERYTHING clicks. Once you realize it’s done, that it’s been done for ages, all that’s left is for you to accept it.
“But how long will it take? I don’t want to wait forever to shift.”
Once you accept this fully and completely, time won’t matter at all. It won’t. Once you truly accept it, you won’t care about when it happens because you’ll realize it’s already happened.
Again, I can’t force this POV into your mind, but know this: eventually, you will reach this realization. It’s inevitable.
YOU ALREADY HAVE THE PROOF. YOU ALREADY HAVE THE EVIDENCE.
Again, this isn’t new information, but it’s where many get stuck. When you solve a math equation, what’s your proof? Is it the result? Or is it the entire step-by-step calculation you did?
When you cook a meal, what’s your proof you made it? Is it the final dish on the table? Or is it the chopping, stirring, seasoning you did to bring it to life?
When you write a story, what’s your proof you’re a writer? Is it the finished book in your hands? Or the countless hours spent drafting, editing, and rewriting every scene?
You’ve been sitting on your proof this entire time. The WHOLE time.
Proof is not only the physical outcome but the creation of the outcome in awareness.
When you decide to go to school, your decision is the moment your reality pivots toward that outcome. The walk to the gates is just the continuation of that decision unfolding.
Your awareness locks in the reality you’ve chosen, and the “proof” becomes the fact that you chose it. Any work you put into it is evidence and further proof that it’s yours.
The physical experience is the reflection of what is already true in your awareness.
“Oh, but I can’t call myself a master shifter if I don’t know what method works for me, or how I’m supposed to shift.”
The How Will Unfold Naturally
Let me say it again:
The “method,” the “way,” is through realizing. Realize you already are a master shifter. That you’ve already shifted to your DR. Because once you truly accept that you already shift on command, that you’ve already shifted, that IT’S DONE AND THERE IS NOTHING MORE TO DO, the HOW will rush in like a freight train.
A method will suddenly click. Or you’ll realize exactly how to tune your awareness to observe your DR. Or you’ll wake up one day and find yourself there, without effort, without strain. Many different ways.
The how doesn’t come first. It unfolds the moment you claim your power. When you know it’s done, the path becomes clear because your awareness is finally observing the reality where it’s already finished.
That’s manifestation 101. Law of Assumption 101? When you manifest $1000, you’re not spending your time hypothesizing how it will get to you, or manifesting every single step of how it will arrive (unless you’re unhinged like me). You just know it’s yours, and then, inside your awareness, you observe the reality where you have the $1000, whether it comes as a job promotion, a bonus, etc. Why? Because you observed the reality where you have $1000. You lived in it, and there was no need to persist because you just accepted it.
It’s the same with shifting. People can’t accept it’s done without the proof, the how, the mechanics unfolding in front of them.
But my darling, you can’t watch the mechanics unfold and THEN claim you’re a master shifter. Or that you’ve shifted. Because that places creation outside of you, when it has always come from you.
You did the creation; the creation didn’t happen to you.
That’s how it works. Again, none of this is new information, but what I can do—as yet another shifting blog in a sea of thousands—is be another voice reminding you of this.
You are so damn powerful, and no, you don’t need to “stop whining” or “shut up and just shift,” but to UNDERSTAND why you’re a creator, why you’re already this powerful.
Once you realize this, once it truly and fully HITS you, you will be at peace, you will be overjoyed. You will be unstoppable. And if you haven’t reached this realization yet, I am so excited for you! Because you WILL experience it. The realization that you already have what you desire will overwhelm you in the best way.
You already won the multiversal jackpot—you just need to cash in the check. How can you access your fortune (shifting) if you haven’t cashed in the check (accepting that it’s already done)?



All of what I said should be your mentality 100% of the time from now on, BUT we’re going to turn this into a method because we ain’t shaming the use of methods around here, + I regularly use this to shift.
The Realization Method
I prefer shifting at nighttime when I’m in bed—but do it whenever feels better for you, be it during the day, on your break, in the shower, any time.
Get comfortable, then start reviewing your entire reality-shifting journey, no matter how long it’s been. Just immerse yourself in how absolutely strange it is that you're supposedly “not in your DR”, and how much work you've put into it. Even if all you’ve done is simply decide that you’re already in your DR, it makes NO sense as to why you should still be here. Sit with that a little, let the concept of being in your CR feel bizarre, because it is.
Realize, deep down, that you already are a master shifter, and you already are in your DR. It's wild, isn't it? All this time, you’ve put in the effort, and yet you’re supposed to believe you still haven’t shifted? That’s absolute BS.
Start reminding your awareness, yourself, of the proof, the evidence that you’ve been on this journey, that you’ve been creating this whole time. Keep playing that evidence on loop, and soon you’ll realize—you’re already there. You have your end goal. You’ve manifested it already.
The more you marinate in the fact that you already have the evidence, the more you keep turning it over in your mind—that you’ve already done the work, you’ve already done everything needed to shift, and that it’s done—the more you observe that reality. You’re reinforcing the observation that it’s finished with evidence. You’re now observing the reality where it’s complete, and you have the proof to back it up because you’re looking at everything you’ve already done.
You did all of that, so it’s done. It’s not “done” because you’re faking it or pretending you have your desire; it’s finished because you have the evidence to prove it.
Look at what you’ve done. There’s nothing more to do. And as your mind sits with this, it starts to realize—your awareness starts to realize—that it’s done. You have the evidence. There’s no logical reason you should be stuck in your CR anymore. You’re in your DR. You already are a master shifter. Get it?
It’s done. C'est fini. Finished. You did everything, now just accept that it’s already yours. You’re already a master shifter. You’re already in your DR. And you have the proof to back it up. You can’t decide something, observe it in your awareness, and then NOT get that desire.
It’s uncanny. It’s weird. That’s not how it works. You already have it, please wake up.

How I shift/enter the void whenever I want






There’s nothing special about this method. N o t h i n g. I think the only reason this method even works for me is because this is my natural way of thinking—meaning that if you read that, automatically you’ll see how any method works for you + you don’t even need a method to shift. You don’t need anything anymore.
This is just a little technique I’ve done since I was a little kid to dissiciate (for fun), and now I’ve learned how to translate it into shifting, so that I shift in seconds. Like an over-explained “just decide to be in your DR and live in the end.”
Having said that, I have no idea if this works for other people. It’s how I shift in seconds, and can enter the void state, but it might be because of my collective beliefs that are at this point, deeply ingrained in my being.
Maybe it’ll work for you, maybe you’ll learn to do it for fun to freak yourself out, maybe it won’t click and that’s okay. Just let go of this idea that you’re not in control. Stop hanfing over your power to meditations, methods, the void, and shifting “tips,” hoping for that one line that will “fix” you, waiting for a new method to tell you why you’re “not shifting,” handing over your power to external crap you claim you want to control.
1) Do this when your awareness is most malleable: At night before bed (hypnagogia), middle of the night (WBTB), in the morning (hypnopompia), or anytime during the day when you’re calm. It’s completely up to you, but I feel that inducing an altered state of consciousness while you’re already in an altered state is better.
2) Get comfortable in whatever position you prefer, close your eyes or don’t, play brown noise or music if you want, but it doesn’t matter.
3) Observe your awareness. If you’re familiar with the concept of natural awareness, it’s exactly that. Become aware of awareness itself, identifying only with your awareness, letting everything else drop away. This is your true self, your vantage point. The way you do this is entirely specific to you. Some people just think about their awareness, some know how to pin-point it naturally, others just focus on the fact that they’re aware and dissociate with that.
*If I just focus on this step and don’t go further, I end up in the void. That’s because if I’m just observing my awareness, I automatically know that all else is illusion inside my awareness, so my environment melts away and I “enter” the void. There is nothing complicated about this process, so please don’t think it’s some grand thing. It’s literally just:
Me, observing my awareness: “Oh look, my true self :)”
Narrator: Clover got sucked into the void through a silly straw and will have an existential crisis about this tomorrow.
4) Observe your DR from the vantage point of the awareness that’s already inside it. Not visualizing, not forcing—simply letting your awareness be there, observing your DR environment the way it naturally would.
(I’m talking in circles to prove a point, so if I’m repeating myself, that’s why).
For example, right now you’re awareness itself. You know you’re in your CR because your senses—sight, sound, touch, taste, smell—are giving you signals inside your awareness. You look around, hear noises, feel the air, etc.
But when you’re lying in bed at night with your eyes closed, sight is gone. The only things left telling you you’re in your CR are sound, touch, taste, and smell. If you’re wearing earbuds, the sounds you hear don’t confirm your CR because you could hear them in any reality. Silence or soft sounds could be your DR too. The taste in your mouth would be the same in your DR. The feeling of your bed could match waking up in your DR.
The point is: If you strip away all your senses, the only thing confirming where you are is your awareness itself. The feeling of simply existing here. The knowing that you’re “here.” This doesn’t require visualization, only awareness.
Now that you’ve located that awareness, you can shift it to your DR. Take that exact feeling of simply being aware and place it in your DR. Now senses don’t matter, because you decided to be in your DR through awareness.

You’re observing your awareness in your DR, and now you’re there. You can strip away all senses, but you can never strip away awareness. Awareness is your true self, and awareness can be moved. If you became aware of your DR, you’re already inside your DR. All that’s left to do is recognize that. Let yourself know: “This is real, this is happening right now,” and really ground yourself in that undeniable fact. It’s not about senses or visualization, or even forced knowing you’re there. It’s about observing the fact that you’re aware in your DR from the vantage point of the awareness that’s there.
5) Pair it with the obvious: You’re aware in your DR. Think about that for a second: if you’re aware in your DR, it means you’re there. Obviously. Why wouldn’t you be in your DR if you’re observing your awareness in it right now? It literally makes no sense to assume otherwise.
You’ve been observing your awareness in your CR your entire life, from the vantage point of your awareness. That’s how you know you’re in your CR—because your awareness is observing itself here. That’s the mechanism that tells you “I’m here.”
Now, when you’re doing this method and flip your vantage point to observe your awareness in your DR—from your awareness—why the hell would you not be in your DR? There’s no logical loophole your brain can pull here. If your vantage point of awareness determines your “location,” and you are now observing your awareness in your DR, then by the very mechanism that has always proven your location to you, you are in your DR.
You’re no longer “here” in your CR. You’re in your DR, because that’s where your awareness is observing itself. It’s not complicated. It’s not wishful thinking or “pretending.” It’s the exact same structure of reality that’s always been running—now applied to your DR.
And yes, your brain will glitch out, scramble, grasp at straws, telling you “but but but” because it’s conditioned to assume your CR vantage point is permanent. It’s not. The vantage point is flexible, and you just proved it by moving your observation to your DR.
So let it sink in. Let it feel too real, like reality cracking open. Let the glitch happen, let the discomfort hit, let the confusion swirl and keep standing your ground:
There’s no logical reason you would still be in your CR right now. You have to be in your DR, because that’s what you’re observing.
Your vantage point has shifted. You’ve done it. Now, hold it.
It’s not done because you’re “faking it.” It’s done because you have the vantage, the evidence, the awareness, and the logic to prove it to yourself in real time. You observe your awareness in your DR. You let it be there. And it is.
The method is just:
1.get comfortable, 2. dissociate by observing your awareness and only identifying with it, 3. observe your awareness in your DR from the vantage point of being in your DR, 4. “If I’m aware in my DR, how the hell can I still be in my CR? Isn’t that the whole point? If I intended to shift, doesn’t that automatically mean I shifted? I can’t perform an action and not get the outcome of that action. It doesn’t make sense for me not to be in my DR. dafuq”
That was the simplified version. But for the people who still feel like they don’t get it, or aren’t sure how to locate their own awareness, read on.
Disclaimer: We will be using dissociation intentionally. If that's something you struggle with, have trauma around, or if it negatively impacts your mental health, be cautious. Don’t do this. No shifting method, technique, or “reality” is worth sacrificing your health for. Ever. Your well-being comes first. Always.
How to Become Aware of Your Own Awareness (and Control What You’re Aware Of)
At first glance, it sounds like a paradox: how can you be aware of being aware? Isn’t awareness just… happening? Isn’t it passive, like a window things pass through? That’s exactly the point. Most of the time, awareness is transparent. You’re so focused on what it’s pointed at—your phone, your thoughts, the itch on your neck—that you don’t notice it. But once you learn to turn awareness back onto itself, it’s like noticing your breath for the first time: you realize you’re the one controlling it.
Let’s break it down with the breathing example. We don’t usually notice our breathing; it’s automatic, subconscious. But the moment you read this and become aware of it, suddenly you’re controlling it (sorry if I made you notice ߹𖥦߹). That “manual” feeling is the moment consciousness turns inward. The invisible becomes visible.
Now let’s apply that same logic to awareness. For this, I’ll give you three techniques. All of them work the same, but you test out each one and see which of them fit you. And I mean really try. Don’t just passively try one and then speed through the list, because that’s how you’ll reach the end feeling disheartened that none of them worked for you. (And they all do) (that’s why I’m giving you three)
What I’m sharing now is a technique to help you identify purely with your awareness throughout your day. We’ll translate them to shifting later. This is a way to become your true self—pure awareness—and to see through the illusion, recognizing how flimsy its construction really is. The crucial point in all these exercises, whichever one you choose, is to focus entirely on YOUR AWARENESS. This focus is essential because the goal here is to learn how to become pure awareness at will.
Some people might have already done this before, especially when they were kids. And if it’s something that you can already do at will regularly, you’ll read this and go “ooohh I know what you’re talking about. That thing.” Yeah, that thing asdfghjk. So if you already know how to do it, just skip to the shifting part.
#1 The Fixed Point Method
Pick any fixed point—your phone, a book, the wall, a banana, a floor tile, a cup, literally anything around you. Stare at it without shifting your gaze. You can blink, that’s fine, just keep your attention anchored there.
As you stare, quietly repeat in your mind: “I am aware right now.” Keep repeating it while letting your awareness settle on being aware as you stare.
Over time, you’ll notice the room around you begins to blur or fade. Your body may start to feel distant or unreal, sounds will become muffled, and you may feel like you’re sinking inward, floating behind your eyes.
This happens because your awareness is locking onto a single point while withdrawing from everything else, similar to how the Troxler effect makes your peripheral vision fade when you fixate on one spot for long enough. Except, unlike the Troxler effect, this isn’t just a visual trick. It’s a shift in awareness itself, pulling your focus away from the environment and into the raw, pure fact that you are aware.
Stay in this state until you feel hyper-real, detached, and clear—like you’re seeing the world from a layer behind your thoughts. Congratulations, you now know what it feels like to be a toddler who’s just gained consciousness :)
#2 The “This Is All Happening Right Now” Method
My personal favorite and the one I use all the time. Sit or lay down comfortably. Focus on the fact that you are alive and aware right now. You. Focus on you. Look at your hands, your feet, your body, and repeat out loud “This is all happening right now. This is really happening right now.” The point is for you to become hyper-aware of the fact that you are alive and experiencing reality right this second.
Each time you say it, feel your aliveness, your awareness, your existence. The glitch will kick in, the present moment will feel dreamlike, everything will feel too real, like reality is cracking open.
Let yourself fall into that glitchy hyper-awareness until the environment feels like a lucid dream.
And that’s the fun part, because it DOES feel like a lucid dream. It’s freaky.
#3 The Reality Check Method
It’s the exact same method from above, except this time you pivot your focus away from your body and existence, to the environment around you. Sit or stand and look around your room.
Observe everything: the walls, objects, lights, shadows.
Say to yourself: “This is really happening right now. This is my reality.”
Let yourself feel how strange it is to exist, to see, to hear. Keep repeating and observing until the environment starts to feel detached from you while you remain aware, like you are observing a simulation. Stay in that dissonance until you slip into full dissociation, where reality starts to feel like a lucid dream.
(*If you tried these, and you realized they all rolled into one single method !! it’s okay !! It happens !! it’s actually better if you tailor it to fit what works for you)
When you become aware of your awareness, your mind pulls back from the movie screen and sees itself projecting. Reality starts feeling hyper-real, sharpened, dreamlike, like colors are popping, air feels thick, and your thoughts get quiet. You feel dissociation, but it’s not emptiness—it’s clarity. It’s like a glitch, because your awareness is detaching from the illusion of continuity you’ve been fed.
You feel like you’re “behind your eyes,” watching yourself watching. The longer you stay here, the more you feel how reality is mediated through you. All sights, sounds, sensations, all of reality—filtered through awareness. It’s eerie to realize that everything is happening inside your consciousness, not outside of it. And that’s because it is.
For the people who want to enter the void with this:
Just take the method that worked for you during the day, and instead of your CR environment or body, replace it with awareness.
1) The fixed point should be your awareness OR the black behind your eyelids.
2) “Oh my god this is happening right now” should be as you observe your awareness instead of your body—freaking out like “I’m just my awareness, this is really happening right now, I’m just my awareness.”
3) And instead of a reality check while looking at your surroundings, you’re going to observe the black behind your eyelids while you say, for example, “This is really happening right now. I’m in the void, this is real.”
And that’s it. The rest of this post is for people looking to shift realities (or manifest tbh), sooo happy diving into the void <3
Applying this to reality shifting
When you say: “I am aware of my DR,” you are observing your DR within awareness. But because awareness is the vantage point, if you are observing your DR within it, then you are already ‘in’ your DR as far as vantage and experience go.
There is no separation between: “being aware of DR” and “being in DR,” because all experience is happening within awareness itself.
In simple terms:
You are always “aware of.”
But because everything you are “aware of” is happening within awareness, you are “in” it from the vantage of experience. The reason “aware of DR” = “aware in DR” is because you can only ever experience your DR inside awareness, and awareness is the vantage point of being “in.” The illusion is thinking your body is the vantage point. It’s not—awareness is.
You’ve trained yourself to identify as your awareness using these methods. Now, to shift, you simply do the exact same methods with your DR as your vantage point.
#1 The Fixed Point Method → Shifting Version
What you did: You stared at a fixed point until everything blurred, letting yourself become only awareness.
How to shift with it: Lie down, close your eyes. Let your awareness itself become the fixed point. Not the wall, not an object; your awareness. Don’t visualize your DR, don’t try to see it. You can if you’d like, and it might boost this, but it’s not necessary at all.
Lock your focus onto your awareness and know: “I am aware of my DR right now.” “My DR is here.” “I am only awareness.” Just like you did before, except now the vantage point is wherever you’re waking up in your DR.
Let your CR blur out as you tunnel your focus onto awareness, with your DR as its location. Let everything else dissolve. That’s it.
#2 “This Is Really Happening Right Now” Method → Shifting Version
What it was: You repeated “This is really happening right now” while focusing on your body, your entire being, becoming hyper-aware that you are alive and here.
How to shift with it: Lie down, close your eyes, get still, yada yada yada.
Now, instead of focusing on your CR body as your vantage point, recognize that your awareness is always inside a body—and you decide which body that vantage point belongs to. Your DR body is this body, right now, because your awareness is what makes it so. Your DR body isn’t somewhere out there in another location. It’s here, now, because you are observing it.
So instead of focusing on your CR body by looking at it, you’re going to focus on your DR body by being aware of it. By shifting your awareness vantage point to the one that’s in your DR body. This could include visualization if you want, but it’s not necessary, because the visuals are not the focus. The awareness is.
*If I tell you to just “be” in your body right now, you just are. You know it, claim it, a firm “yes, I’m in my body right now.” You don’t call it your “CR body”, it’s just “your body.” That’s because you’re in the vantage point of your body always. To shift it to your DR body, it’s the same thing. There’s no rationalizing, just “yes, I’m aware of my body, I’m aware in my body right now” from the vantage point in your DR.
*If that sounds too complicated, it’s just like “pretend you’re existing in your DR body while being in your DR” just stronger.
Start repeating:
“This is really happening right now.”
“I am in my DR right now.”
“I am aware in my DR.”
Don’t say these as if you’re hoping for it to happen; say them while letting your awareness claim the vantage point of your DR as your here-and-now.
With each repetition, let it hit:
– Your vantage point is now your DR vantage point.
– Your awareness is your DR self, right here, right now.
– This is not pretend. This is your perspective now.
Allow that hyper-real, glitchy feeling to bubble up as the illusion of separation collapses. You are not waiting to shift. You are becoming aware that you are already shifted.
That’s your shift. That’s it.
#3 Reality Check Method → Shifting Version
What it was: In your CR, you’d look around and repeat “This is real, this is happening” to become hyper-aware of your surroundings.
How to shift with it: Lie down, close your eyes. Become aware of your awareness itself. Let it locate in your DR vantage point, just like you would in your CR when looking around.
Without visualizing, know your DR is right there, like the room you’re in when you close your eyes. You aren’t trying to see it; you know it is there, and your awareness automatically knows where it is and begins to move within it.
Repeat: “This is real.” “This is my reality.” “I am here right now.” “This is happening right now.”
All while moving your awareness around your DR environment, letting it sink in that you’re here, in your DR, because you’re aware in it. Let yourself notice how strange and obvious it is that your DR is right there, right now. Let yourself feel how your awareness is already aware there, scanning your DR the way it would scan your CR.
This isn’t forcing, and it isn’t visualization. It’s allowing your awareness to take its natural place in your DR vantage point, observing that it’s there, because it is. Let that glitchy, lucid feeling stabilize.
In my opinion, observing your awareness is the root mechanism behind how you manifest things, even unconsciously. When you decide you want something, you automatically begin observing your awareness in the outcome—whether you realize it or not. That act of observing places your vantage point in the reality where it’s yours, and your awareness “renders” the experience.
Examples:
• You decide you want a specific text, and suddenly you find yourself checking your phone, aware of the possibility of it arriving—and it does.
• You decide you want a specific item, and you find yourself daydreaming about having it—and then you stumble across it on sale or someone gifts it to you.
• You decide you want clear skin, and you find yourself observing your reflection as if it’s already clear—and your skin improves rapidly.
You aren’t “forcing” these things to happen; you’re shifting your awareness toward the reality where they already are. That’s the real mechanism behind manifestation: awareness observes, vantage aligns, reality reflects.
I’m not sure I did a good job explaining this, but I don’t even know how to explain this to people. That’s because shifting is not some grand ritual or complicated checklist for me. It’s just something I do, without ceremony, without second-guessing, without spiraling about whether it’s “working.”
I decide I want to shift, so I lie down, let everything go quiet, and simply observe my awareness in my DR. That’s it. It happens.
But it’s not random. It works because it’s the natural culmination of everything I believe:
• I know that awareness is the only real vantage point. I know that “aware of” and “aware in” are the same, so if I observe my DR, I’m already there.
• I know reality is an illusion built on continuity, and I don’t need to “cross over” physically to get somewhere I already am.
• I know action = outcome no matter what, so if I take the action of observing my awareness in my DR, there’s no logical reason why I wouldn’t be in it.
• I know that desires manifest instantly when I observe them as done, because vantage determines experience.
• I know I don’t need to convince myself while doing it, because the proof is already there. Proof of the desired outcome is the decision you already have it.
It’s not something I “try.” It just is for me, because I trust the framework I’ve built. That’s why I don’t overcomplicate it. I don’t wait for a sign, a feeling, or for something to “click.” I don’t spiral over whether it’s “working.”
I just become my awareness, observe that awareness in my DR, and it happens. Because there’s nowhere else I could logically be.
Even if you don’t find this helpful as a shifting method, you can still incorporate pieces of it in whatever works for you. WHY?

There’s no difference between being aware OF your desired reality and being aware IN your desired reality



*(Consider this a preliminary before I post my full method tomorrow, because my dumbass forgot to share this before)
When I say: “become aware of your DR,” what happens? Instantly, you think about it. You picture your DR world, your friends, your significant other, the places you’ll go, your DR self, your desires, your entire life there. It’s automatic.
But the moment I say: “become aware in your DR,” your brain glitches. It panics. It starts grasping at straws: “Wait, I can’t be aware in my DR. I’m not there. I’m here in my CR.”
Okay, let’s flip it. If I say: “become aware of your CR,” what happens? Instantly, you’re aware of your current reality. You look around, you notice the room, the air, your body, your thoughts, your desires, your beliefs, everything.
Now if I say: “become aware in your CR,” what do you do? You shrug, “Well, duh, I’m here.” You look around, you observe your awareness in your current reality, and it’s obvious.
But that’s the trick: there’s no difference between “aware of” and “aware in” when it comes to your CR, right?
I say: “become aware of your CR”—you look, you’re aware of everything. I say, “become aware in your CR,” same thing. You’re aware of everything, from within.
Now watch how your logic crumbles:
I say: “become aware of your DR,” and you instantly observe it; your DR house, city, life, desires. I say, “become aware in your DR,” and suddenly you freeze, thinking there’s a separation when there isn’t.
There’s no difference. If you can be aware of it, you can be aware in it, because vantage point = location. Your brain only freaks out because it’s clinging to the illusion of separation. Let it go, and watch how naturally your vantage point clicks into your DR.
Why is this true? Because of who you are. Or rather, what you are.
If you shove your thumbs in your ears and cover your eyes with your palms, the world goes dark and silent. You can’t hear. You can’t see. Sure, you might still feel the chair under you, your feet against the floor, but… can you really? You can’t see your feet. You can’t hear the room. All that’s left is your awareness.
Even if you lie down with a blindfold, drowning yourself in white noise, how can you know you’re still here? What makes you so certain you’re in this reality at all? What if it's an illusion? Strip away vision, sound, touch, taste, scent—what remains? Awareness.
But can you get rid of that? Can you escape it the way you can shut your eyes or plug your ears? Try it. Right now. Try to get away from your awareness.
You can’t. It’s the only thing that never leaves you, never changes, never flickers out when the lights go off. You may be unconscious while asleep, but you’re still aware in dreams and liminal states.
Your awareness is the last frontier, the only constant, the unmovable observer behind every single illusion you take for “reality.” You can play with illusions, poke them, dance with them, but you will never, ever outrun your own awareness. That’s why it’s your power. That’s why shifting is inevitable. Because awareness goes where you observe, and where you observe, you are.
You can trick yourself into thinking you are your reality. That you’re your thoughts, your sight, your hearing, the way your skin feels against the air. But take all of that away. Silence the sounds. Close your eyes. Still your body. Strip it all down until there’s nothing left to sense, nothing left to grab onto.
Now what are you? Who are you? All that’s left is awareness.
You are not your thoughts. Not your sensations. Not the room around you. You are what sees the thoughts, what notices the sensations, what observes the room. That’s all you’ve ever been. That’s all you’ll ever be. The unkillable, unmovable, untouchable observer that remains when every illusion of reality is peeled away.
Your beliefs, your religion, your views—Law of Assumption, non-duality, Neville, philosophy, anything. What’s observing them? Even the idea that there’s a “you” who observes them, that there’s an ego, a thinker, a personality—what’s aware of that?
Awareness.
Awareness is the constant through every concept of existence you can possibly imagine. It is present in every state, every identity, every ideology. It’s the constant in the ever-twisting kaleidoscope of everything else you think you are and all you will ever be.
If you believe in other universes, how will you live them, move in them, know you’re there? Awareness.
If you think about other dimensions, alien physics, or realities we can’t yet imagine—what is it that would let you experience any of that? Awareness.
What could tell you something is real, if not the fact that you are aware of it? Strip it all down, and what are you, if not only awareness?
Nothing else remains, and nothing else can be proven to remain. You can lose your thoughts, your sight, your sense of touch, your sense of who you are. You can lose your mind. But you can’t lose awareness. It’s the one thing you can never get away from.
Which begs the question: If awareness is the only thing you can never lose, the only thing you cannot disprove, then what does that make everything else? What is everything else, if not illusion?
And most importantly: what are your abilities as awareness?
Awareness is the only thing you can control completely. I say: “Become aware of your phone,” and boom, your mind flicks to your phone. Even if your phone isn’t in the room, you still know where it is. You feel the concept of it.
I say: “Become aware of your bed,” and your awareness drifts there, no questions asked. “Become aware of your heartbeat,” and suddenly you notice it hammering away, even though you weren’t aware of it a second ago.
But the moment I say: “Become aware of your DR,” you start crashing out, spiraling, choking on the idea that you “can’t see it.”
But let’s break your brain again. When I told you to become aware of your phone, you didn’t need to physically see it. You knew it existed, you knew it was yours, you knew you could call on its presence internally, even if it wasn’t in your hand.
When I tell you to become aware of your lungs, you can’t see them, but you know they’re there, working for you, right now. So why is your DR any different?
Awareness does not require proof. Awareness is the proof. If you can become aware of your DR, even if you “can’t see it,” it doesn’t matter. You just became aware of it. Which means you have it.
Just like it’s impossible to intend to do something without that action producing its outcome—it’s impossible to observe something and not see it. Observation is seeing.
The only reason you believe you’re not in your DR is because you worship your senses as gods, forgetting that your senses themselves exist inside your awareness. Awareness is the canvas; senses are just brushstrokes.
You’re stuck because you think “awareness” means “I can physically see, touch, hear it.” No. Awareness means you know it’s there, because you decided to observe it. You don’t “see” your liver, but you know it’s yours. You don’t “see” your thoughts, but you know they’re there. You don’t “see” the air, but you breathe it.
So let’s take this further: Your DR is exactly like your phone across the room. If I say, “Become aware of your DR,” you can do it, because you know it’s there. The glitch comes when you realize:
If you are aware of your DR, you are aware in your DR.
The only thing stopping you from experiencing your DR fully is the illusion that “proof” needs to come first, when in reality, awareness is the engine that generates experience.
Remember: the proof is not the outcome, it is the intention (action) to have that outcome.
It’s something you can never escape, in my opinion. The law that action produces outcome.
Every action you take produces an outcome. Always. Even if you were in a universe where action didn’t produce outcomes, the outcome of your action would simply be that it had no outcome—
which is still an outcome.
There’s no loophole here. So what does this mean? What you are aware of as awareness produces. What you observe, is. Assumptions, attraction, Law of Assumption, Law of Attraction, every system and model of manifestation—these are all just different methods of observing.
Because when you observe something, you are taking the action of observation— and that action must have an outcome. And that outcome is: What you observe, becomes.
You’ll come across methods, laws, rules, recycled views, repackaged pathways, endless “new techniques” in your shifting journey— all of them wanting the same thing: to live in another reality, to be aware in another reality. But pause. Look deeper.
Even if you believe in infinite universes and timelines, or that everything is consciousness, there’s a constant: awareness. What lets you observe, what lets you experience life in another universe if you’re a multiverse believer? Awareness.
What lets you experience life itself if you believe all is consciousness? Awareness. So why are you trying so hard to “become aware” in another reality when awareness is always constant, always present, always here?
All sensations you crave—sight, touch, taste, sound—exist inside your awareness. They do not exist outside of it. Why are you trying to get it so desperately by repeating “I am aware in my DR,” when the fact you are aware is already enough? The only thing telling you you’re not there, that you haven’t shifted, that it’s not working—is illusion.
But illusion cannot hold you hostage. Illusion is malleable. And the instant you become aware of the illusion, recognize it as illusion, the illusion dissipates. It has no power over awareness. It never did. And it never will.
“Aware of” = “Aware in” because the field you are aware of is the field you are in.
If you’re aware of your CR, your awareness is observing CR. Where is your awareness located if it’s observing CR? Inside CR. To be aware of a system is to operate within that system’s parameters. If you weren’t “in” it, you couldn’t be “of” it. There is no separation between observation and participation in awareness.
Awareness is both the container and the content.
Everything you think of as “external reality” occurs within your awareness. Your body, your room, your surroundings—these are in your awareness, not the other way around. Therefore, “awareness of” = “awareness in.” You can’t be aware of something without being in it experientially.
In sum:
If you can be aware of your DR, that awareness is occurring in your DR, because where else would the observation take place? “But I don’t see my DR environment.” Sight is not the indicator of being in your DR—sight is just one sensory stream within awareness. Your observation of the DR is happening within the DR context because awareness is the substrate of reality.
• You believe “aware of DR” = separation, and “aware in DR” = presence. But there’s no mechanism proving they’re different:
• “Aware of DR” requires you to have a vantage point where the DR is observable.
• “Aware in DR” simply acknowledges that vantage point.
I’m pulling a little bit from non-duality here, but if you believe in reality shifting and instant manifestation like I do, I’m sure you can follow along when I say that: the perceived separation between observer and observed is an illusion.
The perceived separation between the person who wants the desire and the person who has their desire is an illusion.
Once you accept that “aware of” = “aware in,” the illusion collapses.
It all falls back to how you can only want what you already have.
Try to “watch” a dream without being inside the dream vantage point. You can’t. Try to “observe” your DR without your vantage shifting there. You can’t. Even if your mind says, “I’m not there,” your vantage point is there, or else you couldn’t be aware of it at all.

Saying "anything is possible" is an understatement.

Q: Because it is dream-like, anything is possible. So there’s no actual problems, right?
A: Yes, anything or any situation is possible. There is no actual restriction or limit. But it seems to the Mind that there are full of restrictions and limits. Yes, no actual problems, but just like in a dream, there seems to be full of problems. This is the magic that only SELF can appreciate. Saying "anything is possible" is an understatement.
Human language can't describe this magic. It's infinitely more magical than you can ever imagine. It is so magical that it can appear to have no magic. It's so magical that insubstantiality can appear substantial.
It's so magical that space-less and timeless can appear as space and time. It's so magical that absolute perfection can appear as if it is imperfect. That's how magic works. The Mind complains that there is no freedom.
But this is exactly how unconditional freedom appears to be. So, "feeling in bondage" is indeed an illusion projected by the Mind. The Mind complains that everything is hard and solid and there are so many hardships to overcome in life. Although such feelings of hardships may appear to be very obvious, it is an illusion projected by the Mind. This is exactly how the magic functions, illusions always appear very real.
Otherwise, illusion won't be illusion. If you don't get what I am talking about, just remind yourself how real a dream plotline feels until it pops. Through continuous noticing, your innate sensitivity will automatically increase, there will come a moment you will discover this magic while the current plotline seemingly continuing to proceed.

Non Dualism Basics + Manifestation (for people who want to be freed from limitations)

Non-dualism is the recognition that there is no separation between you and reality, awareness and experience. There is only awareness, appearing as all phenomena: thoughts, sensations, perceptions, what is called the external world.
The person you believe you are is not a fixed identity, it is merely a pattern of thoughts and memories experienced by awareness.
In non dualism, your true nature is consciousness or awareness. Everyone's true essence is consciousness, and it makes up everything you see: the ego, the physical world, the imagination, everything. This all exists because consciousness let it exist, meaning you, as the creator, expect it and allow it to be.
There is no authority higher than awareness, yet awareness is not a being. It is not human, not otherworldly, not a force, not a person. It is everything and it is nothing. The “power” to shift, change, select is not owned, but it is simply the fact of identification. Whatever awareness identifies with, it materializes. Whatever is taken to be “I,” becomes experienced in the external.
You are simply awareness identifying/living as a human, which means you aware of a ego. An ego is simply the human you are aware of: their visual field, 5 senses, thoughts, emotions, feelings, all of it!
The ego is not an entity, it is the illusion of being a person, the thought “I am this.” It is simply a cluster of sensory data and thought appearing in the field. The sense of “my senses,” “my thoughts,” “my experience,” arises only through misidentification. Drop that, and what remains is pure being: awareness itself.
You’re not a human trying to reach awareness, you are awareness appearing as a human. The only limitation is believing you are the ego: the thoughts, the personality, the sense of being a separate self in a physical world. That belief filters your experience to match it.
The ego isn’t the one manifesting anything. It’s just the appearance of a character in the dream (the physical). What’s actually manifesting the dream is awareness itself. The moment something is fully accepted as true, it appears. Not because a person made it happen, but because identification shifted.
Everything is consciousness. Imagination and "real life/3d" are not different from each other, they are the same appearance, made of the same thing. When awareness identifies as the ego, the ego’s world plays out. When that identity drops, the experience shifts.
You don't become awareness, you just realize you never were anything else. Theres nothing to fix, nothing to get, because as awareness, you have everything already, you just need to decide/select it and it is done. There is no desiring when you already have it. You just refuse the old and accept the new.
Selection is not a doing, it’s simply no longer denying what is already true.
Ok but get to the burning question, how do I "manifest" something?
You don’t. Not really, but hear me out.
You dont "manifest" as a person. What’s called “manifestation” is just awareness identifying with a new version of reality.
Because all possibilities already exist in awareness, nothing needs to be created. You’re not making something happen, you’re dropping the identity that says it is not already so.
What you are being = what you are claiming as “I am.”
Not what you say.
Not what you visualize.
Not what you feel.
Only what you be.
There is no gap between desirer and desired, as both arise within awareness. The “thing” and the “one who wants it” are the same illusion.
Drop the self who wants the thing → The thing appears because there is no one left to need it.
You can’t lack anything if you are the source of all of it. Lack only appears when you think you’re a separate self (ego) who has to get. If that identity isn’t claimed, neither is the feeling of want or desire or need.
From non-duality, there’s no “manifesting” something outside of you, because nothing is outside. There’s just awareness appearing as whatever is identified with. That’s it.
It’s not about making it happen. It’s about not identifying as the one who lacks.
So:
Drop the story of “I want it.” Ignore the ego, do not claim its thoughts or feelings or external world as yours.
Be the version where it’s normal, obvious, already here. Decide what it is the ego "wants" and claim it to be true now. Identify as the ego (person) who has it, rather than the ego who doesn't. As awareness, both those identities hold equal weight, so pick the one that suits you best.
Don’t wait for it. There’s no waiting in being. If you’re waiting, you’re still wanting.
That’s literally it. "Manifestation" is not doing. It’s being.
But how do I become a new identity???
Identity is not built. It’s selected. You don’t need to feel like it nor think like it. You only need to know: This is who I am now. And you refuse to claim anything else.
Think about it like choosing clothes, you dont need to "become" a new outfit. you put it on. done. no waiting, no steps, no convincing.
You are awareness, you can be anything and have anything. So select it and in that moment, it is DONE, it is now your truth. Stand firm in that decision and ignore anything against it.
Wait Evangeline...but what about thoughts or affirmations??? Arent they what manifests???
If you are coming from a loa perspective, this might be what you are thinking.
Well its not the thought or affirmation themselves, it is the stance behind it. They don't create reality, the identification does.
If you identify as the version who has it, the experience reflects that. If you identify as someone trying to get it, then trying is what shows up.
Think of it like this: When you open a door, you don’t have to affirm “I open the door” over and over. You just open it, because you know you can. You already identify as someone who opens doors. It’s natural.
Affirmations can help if they express what’s already true for you. But if you’re using them to convince yourself, then you’re still not being it, you’re still trying. I find that affirmations are often not necessary, as if you know you are something, you don't need convincing. The only thing that needs convincing is the old ego, but you aren't that anymore so ignore it.
Like, if you have a car, you don’t affirm it 10k times daily to keep it. You just know it’s yours. You are the version who has a car. That’s the only reason it's there.
Same with anything else. You have it when you're not trying to get it. You are it when there’s nothing left to prove.
Doubts from the ego don’t matter. Ego doesn’t choose. Ego has no part in what is identified with, nor what is "manifested." Awareness does. The one watching the doubt (awareness) isn’t doubting. Ignore the ego, don't claim its thoughts and doubts as you. It is not the real you, you are the observer.
Now for the big guy in question... the 3d:
The "3d" is not real in itself, it is simply a mirror of identity. The external world is not separate from you. It is a reflection of identity, projected through awareness. It appears “outside,” but it is arising within consciousness, just like imagination. The 3d does not exist independent of awareness.
You don't change it by pushing on it or screaming at it, you change it by dropping identification with what it reflects.
The "3d" is not a cause, not a source, and definitely not a judge. It is a reflection of what's being identified with (not what's being thought, affirmed, or forced by the ego).
There is no need to worry about the external because:
It is you projected as form, it is not separate from you
The "3d" is not the source, it has no authority to determine what is real. You do.
It has no power, so it cant show anything that isn't being projected by you as the creator.
It always has to mirror who you are being, it has no choice
No need to worry. The 3D follows you. Always. Because it is you.
If it’s showing something unwanted, it’s because identity hasn’t shifted yet. That’s all. But do not get caught up in this, as time is not real to infinite awareness. Choose to stop observing the "3d" of the old ego, choose to stop giving it attention, and it will cease to exist.
If you get doubts from the ego, ignore them, remind yourself that it is "not me" and "not mine." You are the observer, the one who has everything, so don't pay attention to the ego with lack. It is not you anymore.
Be indifferent to the old ego's "3d," be indifferent to its lack. If you see it still, just observe, and know it is not yours.
Do not think this means you have to abandon the old ego's life if you still "see" it. You can still do things in the old 3d without identifying with it or claiming it. Simply know it is no longer you.
How to know you are the new identity:
You no longer ask "Am I doing it right." You no long chase proof and you no longer entertain the old storyline. You stand in: "This is what I am. Nothing else matters.”
It is not about effort, it is simply refusal + knowing + indifference to all else.

LIVING IN THE END



“Living in the end” means your desire is no longer a possibility, hope, or future goal, it’s your reality now, and you’re mentally and emotionally living from that place, even if nothing around you has changed yet. It’s not about acting or faking or pretending to be someone you’re not, it’s about fully identifying as someone who already has what they once wanted.
In your inner world, it’s not something you’re working toward it’s something that has already happened. You’ve moved past the wishing, asking, and hoping stage. You’ve stepped into the final version of yourself who already lives that life. And now, everything you think, feel, and do is naturally flowing from that internal state of already having it. You're no longer looking to the world for confirmation, you're letting the world catch up to your assumption.
Let’s break this down with example — you want to be in a healthy, happy, secure romantic relationship with someone you deeply love. “Living in the end” in this case doesn’t mean texting them over and over or constantly checking if they watched your story or wondering if they still love you. It doesn’t mean you visualize for hours trying to force them to appear. It means you’ve decided: “I am already in this relationship. I am already their partner. It’s already done.” And now, from the moment you wake up, you carry the energy and the inner experience of someone who is in a loving relationship even if, in the 3D world, you’re physically single.
So how does this look in your daily life? You wake up in the morning and feel calm, secure, and loved not because you’re trying to force feelings, but because you’ve mentally moved into the version of you who is in that relationship. You’re not checking your phone in panic, you feel stable, because you know you already have that love. When you make your morning tea or coffee, you might smile as you imagine how it feels to share it with them. Not as a daydream, but as something that’s already part of your life. You don’t question if you’ll be loved — you are loved. That’s your reality. You start dressing like someone whose partner admires them, because they do. You go out into the world feeling chosen, appreciated, and emotionally fulfilled, not empty and searching. You’re not desperate, you're decided.
Now maybe something happens in your day, maybe they don’t text you. Maybe they even say something that seems opposite. But because you’re living in the end, you don’t spiral. You don’t let the 3D world make you question what you already know inside. You gently remind yourself, “This is already mine. I am already in this relationship.” You don’t beg the universe. You don’t look for signs. You’ve become the version of yourself who already has the love and from this place, you naturally stop doubting. You’re not hoping anymore. You’ve become the result. That’s what living in the end means: you don’t need proof, because you already are the proof.
You go to bed that night with the same calm certainty. You might even lie down on one side of the bed like your person is already beside you. You don’t do it to make it happen, you do it because you’ve already decided it did. You don’t cry because it’s not here, you feel peace because you know it’s yours. You don’t watch relationship videos wishing to be chosen, you feel chosen. Your self-talk has changed. Your emotional baseline has shifted. You don’t need to do techniques to feel better, you’ve already moved in mentally. You are living in the end.
And the most powerful part? You didn’t do all this to “get” something, you did it because you’ve claimed who you are. That’s the truth about manifestation: it’s not about convincing the world. It’s about deciding who you are and staying there until the world has no choice but to reflect it back.

I can't take it anymore I'm falling apart now I don't even know how to tell you but tomorrow something is going to happen that will decide my fate and it's the worst and I don't know how to ignore it I also know that 3D is just an illusion and it's not real and time isn't real either but as soon as I remember tomorrow everything falls apart plus everyone reminds me of it too I've been trying to enter the void and change everything but it hasn't worked I've been trying all the time I know you'll tell me that I shouldn't rely on what I see and that manifestation is instant and I should give in and make the decision but I know all this because something happened 3 months ago when I was reading one of your posts and I suddenly realized that everything is my imagination and it's my only reality after I realized that I felt happy and safe I don't know what happened but all my doubts disappeared and I told myself that I don't need the void and I don't need to manifest everything is already there and I own it I don't need it to exist in 3D and it was around 11 pm so I went to sleep I didn't set an intention or anything and I wasn't planning anything but when I went to sleep I woke up in the void and it was amazing but I focused on my symptoms I was excited Because I realized it was the easiest ever, but when I woke up, I felt frustrated because I focused on my symptoms and the doubts returned after I woke up. But I also realized that manifestation is instantaneous and that imagination is my only reality and that once I surrender and realize I own it, nothing matters anymore and I don't even need a decision because it's all inside me. But I tried to reclaim this, but it didn't work, even though I know all that, and I've been trying ever since. I tried to ignore my circumstances, but it's hard because today is my last chance and I can't ignore it because I've been trying to change this for months, but it hasn't worked. I know the power is within me and only I can change this. But it's no use. I'm asking for help. What should I do? I'm crying my eyes out as I write this. I have no one to complain to or tell how bad my condition is. I lied to everyone and told them everything would be fine, but they'll find out the truth tomorrow. I'm really scared. I have no one but you who can help me. I need your advice and encouragement. You're the one who made me realize my strength at that time.

first of all i’m so so sorry you feel this way, and i hope you feel better as you are reading this.
I know what that’s like, i don’t talk about my old story as much but before i manifest everything i had all the odds against me so i know what it feels like to have your back against the wall. But what made me get out of the situation was realising the wall was not real, and even the body that was up against it was not.
You keep wavering, and that’s the problem, and i know that this is so frustrating to hear. But it’s the truth. Reality is 100% mental, there is nothing but you here, you are the one keeping this life, because you choose to be aware of it. I would just say go within, but that’s easier said than done.
You say you believe in time, but you’re telling me you didn’t induce the void state. How do you know that? it’s because you’re referencing the past, that which does not exist. You have this story for yourself, and you are so powerful that you have created this story on the fly every single moment.
That you:
Try and induce the void and it doesn’t work
You have this really dire circumstance that will ruin you (which you talk about as if it’s inevitable)
Everyone keeps going on about it
Let go of that story, you are not the body and these things or not happening to you. If you were able to step into the POV of god you would lack nothing and your “desires” would come to you in a matter of seconds, even seconds is too long actually.
Imagine what you want to experience. congrats it’s done. The only reason you are not seeing it is your deep belief that this “reality” is real, that it’s solid, some way somehow you still view what you want to attain as some dream.

you are dreaming up these circumstances as week speak
You are dreaming those tears,
All you must do is observe the new dream. And don’t contradict yourself. Perception controls reality, change your perception and you change reality. If you were to perceive yourself as god holding views such as: your orders are instantaneous, nothing can contradict you, and that this is all your creation by the mind,
Then you would be able to have anything, actually you would realise that you already ARE everything therefore you cannot lack, and it would all materialise.
Infact, you must realise that you are already looking at life in the POV of a god, and your pov is the only one that exists.
Change who you are identifying as, you are not the body with things happening to you. You are a creator, consciousness and things are happening through you.
You need to collapse the duality between 3D and 4D, there is no 3D vs 4D it is all just the mind. there is no difference between the image and the mirror reflecting the image. When the image moves the reflection moves to match instantly. Change the Image. And you know how to do that because the Image is you.
And immediately drop the assumption that changing thoughts take time and saturation, those two concepts are illusionistic. Imagined it? Cool it’s yours. There’s no wait for catch up, it has caught up.
I say this to so many but once you realise that you are beating some sort of clock or racing against time, is when the dream comes crashing down and you are now able to control it. You don’t have to do Anything, realise it’s already done. Don’t rely on your senses and drop the idea of the “3D” Know the outcome you wish to experience is a reality now without any blockages.
Please breathe, my lovely and realise you are afraid of your own imagination. Release yourself. Relax the mind.

࣪ ִֶָ☾. Shift Now (<10 minutes) .𖥔 ݁ ˖
I actually swear on this, it doesn't matter who you are, how much symptoms you experience during each attempt, how you assume, also this post won't have any fancy or heavy words, to make this accessible for everyone.
I've hinted this before in my previous post. I named this "melt, mold and rise" method. This post will be in depth detail, covering every corner and doubt. It will feel like me walking you through shifting.
As the name suggests, this method is divided in three phases.
࣪ ִֶָ☾. Melt. .𖥔 ݁ ˖
If you're a shifter, you're already familiar with what this entails. I just put a weird word to it, read ahead and it'll make much more sense.
What am i supposed to do in this step?
Shift in this reality. Don't reread that. sorry for the random cut off, but here is some important background you have to read before we move forward:
"If we were to ever talk about diagnosing the root of shifting "blockages" the first topic I'll bring up is that you almost always, attempt shifting here. So what happens is that shifting is no longer considered a multiversal travel in a snap but rather a ability this reality possesses. This reality is not your base reality but you sure do treat it like one. Sleep methods, dependent on sleep here. Awake methods focused on symptoms here. Subliminals, reprogramming your mind here. Without sounding like the biggest asshole for having shifted, all of these "precautions", "locking in", "robotic affirming" is the biggest most useless waste of time which only wears yourself out here and makes you lean into the hollow and grounded directions of this reality. This reality is not special enough to put it on this high of a pedestal. Are you telling me you can only shift if you please the terms and conditions of this reality? Let's save ourself the years of wait, seclude this reality, and your desired reality. Only you can grant mere realities the right of existence, through the key that is your consciousness.
Instead of satisfying realities, satisfy yourself. Instead of serving realities let realities serve you."
Tldr: the reason you're unable to shift is that you try to shift in this reality.
Why would I add this step if we are not supposed to do this?
We do have to get away from this reality. We simply move past this reality by adopting and completing the activities that we would do mindlessly while in desperation to shift, here.
What is the course of action in this step?
Affirm normally. Set an intention that you've shifted to your dr and make your brain go blank here. You can do this by focusing on the blankness behind your eyes. You can choose to repeat a mantra.. all the things you've heard and done before.
An important note to take: at this point, you've shifted out of this reality. Intention are direct instructions and firm decisions made by the consciousness. You can't argue with your consciousness.
Right at this stage you will feel resistance from your brain and body here. Do not get demotivated when your brain starts checking for symptoms, or when it demands proof.
With an intention you have certainty. Lightly rehearse the intention in your mind with confidence. Observe the struggle turning into acceptance. It will give in, once you don't give up.
This entire phase is only supposed to last for 3 minutes. You won't be keeping track of time. Time would have disappeared for you. For the sake of this post we are timing it.
This entire process would have last 3 hours. You shortened it by accessing your consciousness.
Now that you're not here...
࣪ ִֶָ☾. Mold. .𖥔 ݁ ˖
Your awareness needs an outlet. Now that you've stripped it of the previous reality it was in its the perfect time to plug it in your desired reality.
You are there, but you will become aware of it in this step.
What is the course of action in this step?
Affirm, think, realise in whatever way you can:
"I have gained awareness in my dr."
Softly and gently guide your awareness to this reality. You don't force it because you have no reason to. At this point you're still in your dr, remember and hold onto that.
5 senses. Light visualisation. Adding context to how you ended up where you are currently in your dr. Twitch your fingers and toes as your dr self (< this is the premise of the "puppeteer method"), get ready to start your new day in your dr. You pick up your dr self from here. It's your territory now. You can drop the hyper vigilance if you'd like. Get comfy. It's alright if you acknowledge or excite over being there, just don't let that translate to excitement regarding almost touching the ground in your dr. The only logic that's valid in the multiverse are the actions your consciousness performs. We've intended we are in our drs. Don't invalidate logic.
You can start thinking like your dr self. It's up to you to determine if you're even thinking or you are just waking up groggy from sleep. Don't berate yourself or ever stop yourself when you think things aren't going according to plan. There is no plan. There is just plain and simple existence.
This phase should take you around 5 minutes.
࣪ ִֶָ☾. Rise. .𖥔 ݁ ˖
Reality will trigger for you.
If you have a "feeling" that you're not in your dr, bring up the intention with force, like how you would recall any other truth of basic nature; like how grass is green. so that doubts feel stupid for doing their job.
You can also have a conversation with your consciousness, as strange as it sounds, your dr self can be made aware of the shift by your consciousness therefore solidifying the shift in your dr.
You can also have a conversation with your spiritual guide or ... God.
It will all tie together when the idea of the previous reality feels more unreal. You don't have to get overly celebratory, overly emotional. When the intention bounces along the walls of your consciousness, the previous reality has no power against it, considering you don't let doubts strip you of your right to be in your dr.
Any other figments of negative emotions and circumstances will dissappear.
Once you get clarity of your own command, you'll realise:
You brought yourself here, and you'd realise here that all you needed was yourself to shift. Literally.
Since you've shifted here, we are not keeping track of time even on text because your time in your dr is indefinite and up to you... duh.
.𖥔 ݁ ˖Conclusion.
The code to shifting is intend through your consciousness (not through your brain), the brain has no role in shifting. Your awareness is the turn of the key to your dr. You don't even have to properly align with your dr, simply because you are already aligned since before you were even born.
Utilise consciousness and awareness, that's all you need to do. Now let's stop the discourse of how to shift, at least I'll stop from my side.
I highly recommend lengthening the method if it suits you, just whatever keeps you comfortable.
Also, go try this out right now in the bathroom. On the contrary you can even shorten it up.

How to actually manifest/reality shift, and how it works
Disclaimer: this is NOT a method, technique or a new trend. It is a way of life! And is the reason behind why manifestation and reality shifting even works in the first place
Who YOU actually are
Awareness, consciousness, the observer, imagination. That is the TRUE you. Not who you “think” you are, not your body, not your identity. All those are imaginary made up concepts, and are not who YOU truly are. If you were your mind or your body or your “identity” you would not be able to be aware of these concepts.
You can hear your thoughts, you can feel your emotions, you can feel touching a table, you observe these things, and you therefore cannot be them. If you can be aware of something, observe something, how can you BE it?
Are you a table? Or are you aware that there is a table?
Are you your thoughts? Or do you hear your thoughts?
That shows us that we are something more than this human body. But that “more” can never be explained or understood, for as long as we are in a human body, because there is nothing to understand, it just IS. YOU are everything and anything. And nothing. Nothing would exist without your awareness of it.
What was before this person?
there just was
What was before this physical world (imaginary human world)?
there just was
What was before doubts and negative thinking?
there just was
it all just IS
It CANNOT be explained!
This is the reason a thing like “manifesting” and “reality shifting” even exists. They are imaginary concepts made up to try and understand and explain being awareness, imagination, the limitless creator. They “work” because they are METHODS to become aware of something.
Awareness of something = it’s real
No awareness of something = it’s not real
Things cease to exist when we focus our awareness somewhere else, which is why things can change and feel like they have been “undone”. The imaginary concept for this is revision.
But as we covered, anything and everything is JUST imagination, it is imaginary, it is not something outside of you, it IS you.
As a limited human, we believe that the world we live in is something outside of us, we then discover reality shifting and manifesting, and find out we can change this outside world.
But the whole point is to realise that there IS NO outside world, it is ALL within awareness/consciousness/imagination. It is IMAGINARY it exists because we are aware it exists.
We are human because we are aware that we are human.
So then is nothing real?
Not in the sense that we used to believe about the word “real”
How we used to view something as real, was something outside of us. “Imagination is just that. It's not real '' I know a lot of us have been told this growing up, and we believed it.
But the thing is there is NOTHING OUTSIDE OF US.
So yes things are real, when you become aware of them. If not, they just exist as a thing we cannot understand.
But the second we become aware of something, it becomes real, because it was given awareness, it was given attention.
So no nothing is real in the sense we used to think. But that was a made up limited idea. There is nothing but awareness/consciousness/imagination. Anything you can think of, is imaginary and made up.
We have always been aware and observing, if you were your thoughts, then wouldn’t you cease to exist when you didn’t think? What is that pause between your thoughts? Awareness. Observation. It has always been there. Sit in silence and reflect on everything i say in this post, and i promise you, you realise how limited you have always been.
How do you “manifest” and “reality shift” with this you ask?
First, There is no such thing as manifesting or reality shifting. They are made up concepts as I said. Manifesting and reality shifting implies a process to go through, when in reality you are just observing, becoming aware of something, and then it exists, and you as a human body can experience it.
But because you are truly imagination/awareness/consciousness, you are everything, because nothing would even exist without you. There is nothing to “get” or be. Because you already are / have that thing.
awareness/consciousness/imagination is everything, and there is therefore no such thing as “time” ONLY in the imaginary human world. Time is a made up thing. The past and future only exists in thoughts, and thoughts are something imaginary, that means that time is imaginary too. So anything and everything you could ever imagine or think of, exists right at this moment, and is ready to be observed / given awareness/attention to.
This makes this imaginary human life, your playground. Your video game. your dream. You can do absolutely anything and everything
And since this is the case, and what actually changes the imaginary human life, is not affirming, or states or any other method, it is awareness that changes it. That means that whatever you DECIDE is true. Is true.
Want to affirm? Do that. Want to get into a state? Do that. Want to fulfill yourself in imagination and let the “3d” reflect it? Then do that. Want to simply observe something? Do that.
It ALL WORKS, because AWARENESS is what changes your surroundings.
Something important to really understand, is that no matter what any state person says or any affirm person says. Pretty much any law of assumption person says. There is absolutely NO difference between what you see/hear/say/imagine with your eyes closed and with your eyes open.
There is no 4d or 3d. It is just IMAGINATION. The imaginary human world does not “reflect your imagination” how could it when it is only here BECAUSE IT IS imagination. THERE IS NO TIME LAG!! Whenever you become aware of something, it is INSTANTLY real.
Affirm / affirmation = becoming aware
Getting into a state = becoming aware
Deciding / observing = becoming aware
Wanting = becoming aware
You see how it all boils down to the same thing? AWARENESS.
The second you become aware of something it exists immediately like i said, the reason you may not see it show up in the human experience, is because you are aware that there is a time lag, or even aware that you cannot change anything.
Doubts = only real if you are aware of them, you can decide they do not exist.
How it really should be is:
Manifesting -> observing, becoming aware, and things will change because it is just imagination, there is no such thing as manifesting, this is how it normally works!
Reality shifting -> becoming aware of ex. Hogwarts exists, and it does, become aware you are there, then you are. You are NOT shifting to a different “place” because all is imagination.
And lastly, don’t EVER be fooled by what someone else says. YOU DECIDE what is true for you, others don’t. If you want to experience a bunch of things, it's okay to do so! If you just want to be and let things unfold, that is okay! If you want to think, that's okay to do. Never let anyone else tell you what you can and can’t do. It's your imagination after all

Bro I'm just very anxious and scared rn and overconsumed too. Atp idk what do I do. Basically here in my country an exam (jee main) result came out and I didn't scored well. There's a lot of family pressure I'm crying every day just feel horrible. What do I do now?
I have read almost every single manifestation post on tumblr and recently found nd through 4d barbie....and tried to understand what they are saying. I found this blog yesterday and spent all night scrolling and reading your posts. It's Been 6 years since I found this side of reality. Law of attraction -> law of assumption-> affirm and persist-> states and ed art-> nd.
Anyways I read your post and what I understood is... that whatever situation rn is happening, happening because I'm aware of it happening. Or I can say that It's not happening to me but I'm awareness, aware of a person "me" to which all of it is happening and that "me" is hating it and sending this ask. It all is because I'm aware of it. And my real nature or the real me is That/knowing/awareness " ". All is one. All is that/knowing/awareness. Now with this understanding I noticed or yk imagined a complete opposite situation where this person "me" cleared this exam with good grades and slept. And when I woke up nothing changed. Ikik I'm the one noticed/ being aware of the fact that nothing changed but still..I hope you're getting what I'm trying to say. Do I keep noticing what i want or give up and run away to some forest 🥲 helpp
Hello! First I wanna thank you for reaching out, I know how hard it can be when we’re going through these frustrations, it can take allot for us to even ask for help so thank you for trusting me 🫶🫶, alright let’s get into this.
I’m going to tell you my approach at this first and explain your options, etc.
People come up with fancy words like “revision” and will just tell you to revise it, okay, let me explain what revision is first , your not actually changing a past because the past is not a place, neither is it a moment that is taking place right now, in the same way that you don’t change the future, because it’s not a place, there is only the moment we exist in, and the experiences of now and here are quite literally, the perception of our own activity.
The idea of revision is only you activating something that you end up experiencing, there’s no past that you teleport to and experience, it’s all just moving forward.
What you are, is conciousness, knowing itself, to give you a better way to understand this I want you to imagine ALL THE DETAILS that you go on and on about , “my test scores are always perfect”, “my teeth never stain”, “my hairs so healthy”, “I think that guy likes me”, “I never have to worry about money”, like ALL OF IT, imagine that, but remove the senses. What’s left?
All of this is conscious activity, it’s the things that are know. The source for all that’s ever known is of course you, because nothing else ever activates these things does it? Of course not it’s always you. And knowing you exist never requires senses, it doesn’t matter what state/condition the body is in, because regardless, knowing remains the same, it’s not something done on purpose, it’s your identity.
No emotion, no situation, no feeling, person, scar, or physical aspect ever intrudes on your identity, it can’t, because conciousness/you, are present regardless, it’s the thing that experiences, but also what all experience COMES FROM.
Understanding what I wrote above, also Segway’s us into the next point, nothing can determine what conscious activity is, but you.
Imagine all details and aspects that you know about life, like the color of your teeth, how money is, how success looks like, and notice that you always arrive to know an idea. “Why do my teeth look white” this is what you, as concioicness, activate yourself as, this is it, this is what reality is, this grand idea of manifesting and altering the world is this damn simple.
Now do me a favor and conceptualize, “why do my teeth look white” through the filter of perception (seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, smelling), and what do we get?
Oh, a “world”.
What was at first, only known, and was concious activity, is then percieved by the very thing creating the idea in the first place.
That’s what the world is
You, perceiving, your own activity
The world is not a seperate entity, or space, it’s the RESULT, or the SIDE EFFECT, that occurs when reality perceives itself.
The part we get mixed up is, we think the world is something we are trying to change, but this makes no sense, it always us, at no point does it stop being us, so what is there to change but self??
Theres only this, here, now, creation doesn’t stop because it’s the natural state of reality. Creation is what’s being perceived. And here’s the part where people get confused. Reality does not begin with perception. This part just makes no sense but I get why people are so frustrated.
Ask yourself, if reality and knowing is dependent on what’s seen and heard and felt, why don’t our problems disappear when we don’t see them?
Why doesn’t let’s say, someone’s medical debt disappear when they aren’t looking at their bank account? Why are they capable of knowing that they have medical debt? Right because the source of “I have so much debt” doesn’t come from anything but source, and that’s you, it doesn’t matter if your were underwater or skydiving, it’s still you. If seeing was the giver of “I have medical debt” you should only be able to know this when you’re looking at your bank. And never at any other moment.
It’s not memory, it’s knowing, and it doesn’t stop, so you going to the same idea over and over again is only its continued creation, because that’s what you are.
For your situation, personally, Id leave what’s already happened off my mind and relieve myself of the stress, if you continued in a story that was favorable, that’s exactly what you’ll perceive, but I need you to understand that your not changing something, whatever you claim to be is exactly what reality is, and that’s exactly what will be percieved. The world is the byproduct of you perceiving what it is you know. It can only unfold and continue in that respect.
I would say, gain some confidence in this first, bring to attention random things that you don’t really care about like blue butterflies, angel numbers, a pink turtle, and just randomly whenever you remember this, just give it a little bit of attention, and watch how these things suddenly begin to “show up”.
I’m not telling you that you can’t experience exactly what it is you want, but it’s hard for us to be patient and objective about our knowledge when we have something so stressful on our mind when we first step into this side of reality.
Especially if you don’t have things you can reference back on as say “oh wait but I know I was thinking about green snakes, and that’s exactly what I saw” and it reinstates your confidence in the truth.
Take it easy on yourself, you don’t become creatjon at some point, it’s just the natural state of this entire experience, it’s what you always will be, continue forward knowing what you prefer and don’t worry about anything else, allow yourself to win by choosing what is is you like, instead of what you don’t like.

hey y'all! it's me barbie, long time no see ;) it's been one year since my first manifestation post and since my beliefs and my advice have evolved, i wanted to make an anniversary version of "life is your creation" ! i also am planning on making a part two so stay tuned !

remember who you are (god)
remember, you are god. the creator of your world. and you have full absolute control over everything. god is limitless, god is capable, and god can do it all. you are the creative force and the operant power. and god can bring their imagination to fruition without the aid of any outside force.
and by external source, i mean that god does not need methods, god does not need techniques, and god does not need anything like that to manifest. you are everything you need.
you want to manifest fame ? you can do it. you want to manifest an sp ? you can do it. money ? you can do it ! a big mac, large fries, with 10pc nuggets with a large drink on the side ? ab-so-lute-ly.
you can manifest anything, anything, because you are a limitless masterpiece - an imaginative being that is a force to be reckoned with. who cares if you don't see a success story about what you want ? be the first. you think that god was watching to see if anyone else had manifested light ? no, he just did it because he was god.
you are the source of everything. so if you want something to happen in your reality it can certainly happen. start accepting and realizing that you can have everything you've always wanted since the only thing standing between you and your goals is you and your thinking.
start changing your perception of who you are and what you are capable of manifesting. you are capable of achieving your dreams because you are limitless and unstoppable.
the power of your imagination
as i said before, everything and anything is possible and there is nothing stopping you from getting your desires. nothing. your circumstances don't matter. if you want it you can have it.
the law of assumption is a law. it must conform, just like the rule of gravity. see, if i dropped a coin from a building it would fall, right ? so my reality would reflect my assumption if i assumed i was the person i wanted to be and stayed true to that idea.
don't underestimate your imagination. all you need is you. you don’t need methods. you don’t need techniques. you are enough already — all you need to do is assume you are the person you want to be, or that you have what you desire, then do nothing. creation is finished.
imagination creates reality. what are you imagining then ? who are you in your thoughts ? do you imagine yourself to be a nobody who only hopes their dreams come true ? or are you a god that already knows they have everything they want and that the 3D will reflect that ?
all the success stories that people have sent into blogs, or success stories by celebrities and famous people have all come from imagination. do not underestimate yourself or think for a second that it's impossible for you to achieve your goals. instead of comparing yourself to others and their successes, start applying the law to see for yourself that you are capable of manifesting your desires and more.
last year i was absolutely shit at math class, and i despised the thought of doing anything with math. this year i retook the course, and decided to change my assumptions on math in general. and i aced an entire worksheet that i thought was difficult, all from changing my assumptions and mindset.
i had a terrible time in math class last year (a shitty teacher too, oh it was horrible) and despised the idea of working with math in any way. i retook the course this year and made the decision to change my assumptions of math in general. changing my assumptions and mindset allowed me to complete the same worksheet (that i thought was challenging last year) with flying colors.
math has become actually pretty fun for me to do and i didn't stress about it at all. now i'm looking towards my next class (with a much better teacher i manifested) !
see, if i can do manifest something that i once thought was possible, so can you. trust me on this !
forever, life is your creation
again, life is your creation. you can manifest anything as long as you put your mind to it. so stop giving power to external things that don't matter. don't be so critical of yourself and overcomplicate every step of your journey. everyone manifests differently, so figure out what feels natural and fun for you. and remember, creation is finished. decide that you're doing everything right because your desires are already yours.
all of your dreams can come true, and i am fully confident that all of you can do it. i love youuu <3

What you can point out as 'this' or 'that' cannot be yourself. Surely, you can not be 'something' else. You are nothing perceivable, or imaginable. Yet, without you there can be neither perception nor imagination. Identity or Ego is merely a pattern of events in time and space, which are also just concepts belonging to the world of ego.@4dbarbie-backup YOU are life. you are life itself. you are all. you are how this all works. "me? this body? this mind?" not the body, mind, ego or thoughts. not even the feeling, beliefs & emotions. i'm talking about Self. Infinity. God. You can't become something you already are! You keep forgetting you are not the body-mind (ego). The body-mind lacks things, the body-mind takes it's surroundings to be real. Everything you see and experience is only a mental condition, a dream-like state, easy to dispel by questioning its reality. Both sleep and waking are imagined.@4dbarbie-backup Dreams are just "materializations" of whatever our consciousness is aware of while the body rests. You can touch it, you can interact with it, your senses become active when you're dreaming at times. there's even a phenomenon where people actually thought their dreams were memories or something they legitimately experienced.@piercedblunt "But I am not conscious of myself when sleeping?!" You are aware of something though, being unconscious, which manifests instantly, you are sleeping. Let's now take a look at this so-called physical world. The apparent solid outer world is just an illusory world. We created it mentally, which is also backed up by human science. But, and that's the catch, it is not external and so the only way to control the outside world is to step out of the world. The ego IS IN the world, and not you. When 'you' desire something, you [Consciousness] already have it. How do you already have it? Your true self is everything, it can't desire anything if it's already being anything. Everything that your ego desires already exists within consciousness. Where you imagined what it'd be like to have it, what it'd look like or how it'd make you feel? @cheryawa It is not instantly visible to you because you identify with the body and not your pure being. NON-DUALISM

Let's break the word down first. “Non” of course means “no” or “not.” And “dual” means “two.” So, non-dual means not two. It says there is only one. This is referring to you, awareness [or consciousness], that there is only you, [...] the only thing that exists. You are the true reality. The only purpose for awareness is to observe, to oversee, to be. Nothing more, nothing less. For example, awareness is human, it can take on a human form, but human is not awareness or defines awareness as a whole. A human is simply a temporary form, but awareness is always free to be aware of any other form @itzalizeyyy
Whatever you imagine is the same as seeing it in the physical world, because both are still being an observed experience by the awareness, and therefore both are the same, as one (imagination). @itzalizeyyy
Helpful metaphors: When you watch a movie, you know it is a movie bc you are outside of it. you are observing it. now what about the characters in the movie? they dont know its a movie bc they are not outside of it. they think they are just regular ppl and they dont see the truth, their true selfs: which is just characters in a movie. @msperfect777 The ego is like your character in the game (of life), it's already a "manifestation" so it can't manifest (just like a book can't write itself or another book). You are aware of a character you go through life with. @consciousnessbaddie
Ego Death is then the disappearance of the egoistic sense of Self. You feel that your are no longer that.You don't disappear; you don't lose anything. There's no reason to fear losing your body, or losing anything. Yet, most of us are fearful that we're going to lose our body and be nothing. That's a serious error. You could be a hundred bodies! When the idea 'I am this body' dies, the witness does not. Death is merely the idea 'I have lost my body'. What you think yourself to be before death continues to be after death. Your sense of Self survives. @4dbarbie-backup
In Non Dualism, the goal is to stop identifying with ego and realize who you are.You see there's no seperation between you and anything so that means everything you once "desired" is already who you are. You never feel the sense of desire again because of this. Any "physical materialization" that happens after will not seem like such a big deal, since it was already who they were to begin with. @iamthat-iam

The mind is doing a good job actually, because it bites you and kicks you and teases you, because if it doesnt do that, then you'll want to make this limited feel your home.@lains-reality
Every thought is a thing of limitation. Therefore when we quiet the mind, we still these limiting thoughts and this infinite Being that we are becomes self obvious to us. We have convinced ourselves over the millenniums that we are these limited bodies, and we think it takes time to let go of these concepts of limitation. But time is a thing of the ego, it's a thought. @4dbarbie-backup

It's a kind of surrendering but to me, truthfully and honestly, it felt more like a giving up. Even if it makes you miserable, accept the person you're identified with until you no more fear it or care if you stay the same. @4dbarbie-backup

Detachment

As Buddha taught, the root of suffering is attachment. It is not having the emotions and thoughts [...] but resisting or supressing them, and resisting the transitory nature of life and all things. Emotions and thoughts pass. No big deal. It is holding on to them when they are just coming up to leave or pass through that causes suffering. @lains-reality You need not stop thinking. Just cease being interested. It is disinterestedness that liberates. If you say, “There's no problem,” they won't vanish because you're saying, “There's no problem.” You're mentally holding onto the problem and therefore sustaining it. Erase the problem from your mind means to know (be aware) that everything is perfect and then the problem is necessarily non-existent. Basically, let go of it, because the problem is just an illusion. @4dbarbie-backup
You then ask how to stop being "Vanessa" ? - the reason you can't stop is because it's ALL YOU THINK YOU ARE. For example: You're driving a car. "I AM" is the car. You know how to drive it because you're already driving it by being Vanessa. Vanessa is something you add to the "I AM" and not you. You can't stop being Vanessa while being Vanessa! I think that's what everyone keeps asking: Vanessa wants to be Lara, not awareness [first]. @4dbarbie-backup
To talk of re-uniting the person with the self is also not right, because there is no person, only a mental picture given a false reality by conviction. Nothing was divided and there is nothing to unite. You are That. @4dbarbie-backup Nothing can remove your being. Nothing has ever stained your being.@lains-reality You think you have to do this and that because you think you're it, and you should act from it. That is not the case. There's nothing to do except disbelieve. But disbelieving and denial are not the same thing. Denial is when you deny reality to something you're already giving reality to. @4dbarbie-backup
Detachment is not lonely. It's freedom and it's real love. Needing is selfish, it's self-centered. The self has no preference and it's because of that that it can be everything. @4dbarbie-backup
Some of you are on this path for a while but to some extent still are identified with ego and that's OK. Don't get caught up in "your" expectations of what self-realization is supposed to be like. The expectations are making you turn this into a task, when it is supposed to be effortless. Yes, we have talked about feeling peaceful once you've realized yourself, but you're going to need to drop the expectations. It's okay if ego isn't completely grasping it, ego isn't real and it isn't who you are. @iamthat-iam
Fear is an invitation to remember who you truly are. Acknowledging fear doesn't make you any less worthy of or further away from what you truly desire. Similarly, acknowledging your shadows does not dim the Light that you are. The shadows you battle against are simply the seeming absence of you. Becoming entangled in the world of shadows is simply the forgetting of your Self; and Light casts shadows that come and go only to remember itself. The truth is that Light knows no opposition or enemy. Shadows have no separate existence from Light. Your fears are made of you. @lains-reality
The more I detached from ego, the freer I was to imagine what ego wanted without interference from conflicting thoughts/thoughts that "oppose" the desire. @iamthat-iam In fact, abandon all imaginings and know yourself as you are. Self-knowledge is detachment. All craving is due to a sense of insufficiency. @4dbarbie
To anyone who also wonders "how am I still picking this ego?": how many times have you thought about tomorrow? next week? future plans? there's your answer. and the worries about "life" come from them too. "if I don't prepare for/worry about this event that'll happen, I'll have to deal with the consequences of this action" you're telling yourself you will keep waking up as this exact same ego over and over. @glitterdoll888

I think, that what we call 'manifestation' is life itself. i do not mean life in the way that you live A life, like its happening outside of you. i mean it as: it is natural & normal to manifest, its existance itself. it is not something you have, it just is. The similarity between ND and LOA is in the fact that What you’re aware of, is. LOA’s inner self is still ego. To talk about fulfilling self means fulfilling ego. There is nothing to fulfill if you are the Self and the only one that needs to be fulfilled is an ego, you’re still catering to an ego. @adadisciple
Please, please, understand that you don't have to DO anything! You are always awareness,you will never lack anything. Please stop worrying about the "physical" world and stop trying to materialize things within it! Non Dualism isn't a "new manifestation method" to "get what you want," you are realizing you never lacked anything this whole time. @iamthat-iam
The way the sun rises up in the morning, in the same way Vanessa happens to awareness. It is natural. Do you try to make it happen? It comes by itself (because you choose it as you).@adadisciple For example "I am a body" is a thought that runs automatically ("subconscious), because we do not look at it/know it, we have just accepted we are bodies and that's why we "see" a body. @4dbarbie-backup
You just need to allow something else to happen, not try to make it so!! You cannot help being what you are: Vanessa is the absolute to you now. But if she can be TO YOU, if she happens TO YOU, who is YOU? Your Vanessa "I" runs on autopilot, she is a symbol. She has no free will. To the Self, she is only an idea. She has been conditioned and programmed to think the way she does, it’s the only way she knows how to function. And that’s fine, let her be. Just don’t pick her as you.If she were a random stranger on the street, you would have no concern about her life. If you were Lara now, where would Vanessa be in your thoughts? That is the behavior you should strive for in your thinking, dispassion, disinterest, detachment. Let the thought of being her go. Just let them BE. The way you let Vanessa be. And you let Vanessa be by thinking that’s all you are, that’s what is true. @adadisciple
If you want a "method", then the very best method of all methods is to quiet the mind to see the Being that you are. Pose the question: “Who am I?” and if other thoughts come in, ask, “To whom are these thoughts?” The answer is “To me.” “Well, who am I?” and you're back on the track, seeking to see your Self. @4dbarbie-backup I sit in the feeling while focusing on something else in the present moment, and it usually goes away. @iamthat-iam
Non Dualism does not believe in “affirming” or “persisting” because if awareness is already everything, then it does not need to affirm or persist for its desire if it already has [or IS] its own desire. @itzalizeyyy Like repetition, it keeps you in lack. Do you need to remind yourself that you are a man or a woman? That experience, that form, is already being observed, is already being aware of. You know 'your' gender. @4dbarbie-backup
The truth is, there was no "3D" or "4D" in the first place. there is no imagination VS reality. nothing is real, it has always been illusion VS illusion. If anytime you get thoughts like "why is it not here" "why don't i see it" "why hasn't it manifested yet" you are immediately identifying with your human self. [...] Relying on the human senses will always be our downfall. @iamthat-iam
If you don't have the discipline to at least cut off all this excess of knowledge of information, you'll only be making it tougher on yourself. After you do that, stick to it until you're ready to let go and rely on yourself. Until you start behaving like the teacher and one is needed no more. You create the teacher because you think someone is more knowledgeable than you. That's fine for now, but trust the teacher, listen and apply.@4dbarbie-backup
I have Psychiatrist & doctors appointments, work, still need to eat, want to commit suicide? Psychiatrist appointment. What is that for? To correct your thinking, isn't that right? Reconditioning, changing, or even eliminating patterns of the mind. Now, I'm not telling you to stop going/stop working and or eating. That would be irresponsible of me. Leave your mind alone, that is all. @4dbarbie-backup
DO NOT ACTIVELY INTERFERE in ego's life or try to stop living that life while still being very attached to it, i.e. still identifying with that ego. Let the person continue to live it's life and fulfill it's obligations like studying, but maintain the knowing that it's not who you are. @iamthat-iam
But what about random things that I wasn't even aware of before they came? It's very simple, really. You are aware of being Vanessa and with Vanessa come specific beliefs. Characters have their own beliefs like certain weather can give you a cold, certain environments have insects etc. Thoughts dominate you only because you are interested in them. By resisting evil, you merely strengthen it. If you are "I AM", it means you are not the person experiencing the 3D world/thoughts/circumstances, you never were. The problem is excessive interest, leading to self-identification. Whatever you are engrossed in you take to be real. @4dbarbie-backup
