literally What do nondysphoric ppl who call themselves trans have in common with dysphoric ppl? why is it so important for nondysphoric ppl who call themselves trans to be part of the trans community when that suits literally no one's needs? like even if u believe that the only requirement for being trans is to say "im trans lol" you have to admit that dysphoric and nondysphoric ppl have different needs from their community. why would having a community specifcally for ppl with dysphoria be bad?

Because get this: dysphoria is a western concept that negates a lot of cultural revelations revolving around gender. Why do you pretend that these historical genders that still exist today are somehow nowhere to be seen?

What do nondysphoric people have with us dysphoric trans folks? That we are all trans and share a similar trans experience. Cis people will seek that we are pitted against each other when the real problem is systematic transphobia implemented by these people. Yes, I believe that we have different needs but we can share our stories within the same community, with one another. Monica Helms, the creator of our trans flag, intended for the white stripe to include our nonbinary brothers and sisters. Like? It’s trans 101, and more importantly, it’s having a perspective that isn’t so restricted to western medical standards. We don’t need to split up, we need to stick together
