After working at two legendary West Coast record shops, Fingerprints in Long Beach and Open Mind Music in San Francisco, Jacob Peña aka Guillermo has accumulated quite a collection. But before you call him a "record nerd,” Guillermo is more than just a collector. Whether it’s dropping an 80's boogie set at Sweater Funk, the Sunday night staple Guillermo co-founded, going all Brazilian at his monthly Gostosa! at Casanova or playing the main room alongside the likes of Onra, Dam-Funk and Peanut Butter Wolf, Guillermo is a versatile deejay who can rock many styles. Listen to the mix that started it all… The Sweater Funk promo mix by Guillermo and Jon Blunk given out to friends and family on a road trip to LA in June 2009 as guests at DAM FUNK's FUNKMOSPHERE party. Be sure to catch Guillermo play a healthy dose of boogie, disco, house and beyond at AOTA this Friday at Mercer! ~Marky

Wax digga, mixtape killa, and party rocka DJ Jerry Nice made the move from his hometown of Seattle, down to San Francisco after going on a digging trip over 6 years ago. Since then he’s made quite a name for himself, steady spinning throughout the city, playing sets that include a healthy rotation of hip-hop, disco, funk, boogie, house, & soul. You can catch him at his residencies “Straighten It Out” & “The Groove Merchant Party” at Madrone Art Bar.
Catch DJ Jerry Nice at AOTA this Friday at Mercer and listen to his latest mixtape “Knee Deep” made exclusively for Frank151… You can get it you can get it you can get it! ~Marky

Back in 2010, KM/FM dropped a DISCO MIX inspired by Larry Levan's Paradise Garage. This mix celebrates & embodies what Disco music itself is all about – from raunch and sleaze, to style and soul – from the basement to the nightclub. Enjoy the forgotten gems, classics, and exclusive edits for yourself or with a dancing partner. DISCO MIX by KM/FM 2010

AOTA Guest: DJ Kero One + DJ Mix
It's strange to write about a guy you've known for so long that insulting each other mercilessly is totally excusable, but, hey that's Kero One AKA DJ Kero One AKA All Of The Above's 4th of July guest.
Kero has been wearing many hats: label guy, rhyme spitter and, as of late, an architect of a damn good party. Right outside of his Downtown L.A. doorstep, where the gluten and trade free organic vegan iced coffee flows and Skrillex really is your neighbor, he's been flexing his DJ muscles. One week it's at the thumping Uptempo's How We Keeps It party and the other is the hi-hat and 808 bounce fest that is Trap Love. Staying true to the All Of The Above sound we'll hear high swinging grooves and low end tones through Mercer's grander than grand Turbo Sound system.
In anticipation of that make sure to take a disco nap after day drinking and 4th of July grilling, but do not snooze, it's All Of The Above time.

@DJBluz does All Of The Above
Since the party is pretty open in terms of format the most exciting thing to me about AOTA is the opportunity it gives the DJ to spread our wings and take the audience on a journey.  I think a good performance of any kind, DJ or otherwise is all about controlling the energy.  Open format gives us a wider arsenal to do that.
Since it's not necessarily about any single genre my hope is that there's more freedom to express ourselves through a range of styles and tempos.

Soul, Hip-hop, and House. Jewelry, clothes, and food. Thinking about it, there is a clear relationship between both groups. The former and the latter are both created by the same type of people: makers who get that kick of inspiration out of thin air and allow that creative high to run crazy in their minds. But, it’s not just that connection in particular, it’s that both groups can be also found at The "All Of The Above" party next Friday at Mercer.
While KM/FM fuse countless genres together to form the AOTA sound, Black Market S.F. links the Bay Area’s cuisine and craft world for a special pop-up shop. People like to eat and people like to dance, so there is no reason you can’t have both.
Black Market S.F.pop-up from 9-12 at the next All Of The Above party featuring KM/FM plus special guest DJ Bluz. 21+ • 9-2AM • No wallflowerin’ All Of The Above (Facebook RSVP)
