Tomi lives with his parents in a huge five-story mansion located in the heart of Aoyama's rich district. It takes him and others approximately 20 minutes to get to his house by car.

His room is suited on the fourth floor and is filled with various decorations that he either purchased on a whim, or his father brought him from his many travels. Some of them are precious to him, while others he contemplates why he hasn't discarded them yet. His servants have to spend up to two hours a day polishing each and every ornament in his room.

His parents live on the top floor of the mansion. His father is rarely at home due to work, so his mother is often the only one in the room at various times, unless her job at Chuohku hasn't called her away.

His brother's former room is located on the same floor as his. After his brother left the household, the room went into disarray as the servants were ordered by Tomi's parents not to clean or fix it up, signifying that they cut him out of the family. Tomi often goes in there, either to get away from it all, or to reminiscence about the good times he had with his younger brother.

As the head butler, Hino has his own room on the third floor, far away from the servants. He keeps his place neat and tidy, as befitting a butler of his status.

Many of the servants of the Chōten household often decide to stay with the family, rather than return to their own adobes. Their quarters are located on the second floor. It is unknown how they all manage to get along well with each other in such tight spaces...

The living room is where Tomi often spends most of his time when he is not out and about. It is located on the first floor and is the first room people see upon entering.

Like the living room, the kitchen is also located on the first floor. Various meals and such are cooked here by the Chōten family's professional chefs.

The pool, surprisingly, is rarely used by Tomi and his family, though it is cleaned daily. The main reason for this is because the family owns a beach house that they prefer to go to if they need some relaxation or sunshine.

Karada lives in a modest two-story mansion that he inherited from his grandfather. Because he wasn't of age when his grandfather passed, he was unable to move in right away. In his will, he stated Karada would inherit once he finished high school. To this day, Karada still doesn't know how or where his grandfather got the money to purchase a mansion.

His bedroom is filled with several exercise equipment that he utilizes when he wakes up every morning. He doesn't mind the equipment, but he can get a bit annoyed when he happens to stub his big toe on one of the dumbbells at night when he has to get up to use the bathroom.

His grandfather's room is still the same as it was when his grandfather sadly passed. Karada has the room locked so no one can enter it. He goes in there several times a year just to tidy up and remember how dumb he was as a kid.

Though he called it a "guest room", this room was mainly used by Karada whenever he had female friends over. However, since getting together with his current girlfriend, Lola, he now has no real reason to use the room and it is just there if anyone needs. The room's color is red, because it invokes excitement and passion.

In the very back of the bathroom is a gold statue of Karada, himself, that he had molded after he won his first gold medal in a weightlifting competition. He often poses in front of it.

The sauna/steam room is located next to the gym area. Karada goes there after each workout. He often stays in there for 5-10 minutes before leaving to take a cold shower in his bathroom.

The gym is Karada's favorite room in the house and where he spends much of his time. It is filled with a variety of equipment and machines that the bodybuilder uses daily. There is also a small pool outside, but he rarely uses that.

The living room is where most of Karada's awards and trophies from bodybuilding and weightlifting are located. He rarely uses the room, unless he has friends over. Though the room is filled with books, it's quite obvious Karada hasn't picked any of them up, as they are all covered with dust.

The kitchen is surprisingly tidy, but that is only because Karada rarely uses it. The bodybuilder has little to no cooking skills, which is why he often buys food from Luis's restaurant, or just orders take-out.

Luis lives with his parents (though he prefers living with his grandmother) in a three-story mansion. The house was bought by Luis's father, who, after becoming a decorated war hero, used the money to purchase and decorate this mansion.

Despite the two of them being married, Luis's parents do not live or sleep together, preferring to have different rooms on both side of the mansion. His father's room is located on the top floor on the west side. It is decorated with medals he's earned and pictures of famous Japanese war heroes.

Luis's bedroom, formerly, was on the third floor. However, he requested to move to the second as he didn't want to be caught between his parents and their inane arguments. He now lives beside his grandmother's room. A lover of his heritage, his room has a certain Hispanic taste to it.

His mother's bedroom is located on the top floor, along with his father's. However, while his room is on the west, her room is located on the east. It is filled with priceless and tasteless ornaments meant to showcase her wealth and status.

His Abuela's room is located on the second floor, beside his. She doesn't stay over at her daughter and son-in-law's house often, but does when she wants to see her grandson, Luis. Her room, like Luis's, has a Hispanic taste to it.

The den is where Luis's father often spends his time, conversing and partying with some of his old war buddies or women who are interested in him. The room often smells of cheap cigars and old whiskey. Luis doesn't go in there as he has no reason too.

The kitchen is located on the first floor and is where Luis spends the majority of his time, apart from his bedroom. Unlike in his restaurant, Luis doesn't feel pressured here because he can make whatever he wants with no expectations.

The living room is the parallel of the den, only there is where Luis's mother spends her time, conversing with her friends and acquaintances. She often tries to get Luis to join her, but he always refuses, not having the time nor the patience to entertain any of her little friends.

Like Tomi's house, Luis's family also has a room for their servants. When he was younger, Luis spent his time here, conversing with each one of his family's servants. He has known many of them for years and is thankful to them for showing him some semblance of care when he was younger.

To say that Tomi was shocked at the announcement that he and his fiancé, Miho, were the overall winners of the pageant still didn't complete resonant with him. Though he wasn't at all complaining about the adoration and being above all of these peasants, he had to wonder just who the hell voted for him? He knew that he wasn't the most popular contestant in this contest, even if he did have his lovely bride-to-be with him. He couldn't recall if he and Miho were in first, second, or even third place in any of these rounds. Hell, that American diplomat and his girlfriend did better than him in the third round.

Still, he certainly wasn't going to complain about being named 'King'. And how fitting that he had his lovely partner, Miho, right beside him. Though he had no love for the Party of Words, he was certainly thankful for this moment as the cameras were flashing and rolling.

...The cameras... In all the excitement, Tomi hadn't even realized that this pageant was being broadcasted around Japan. He wondered how his parents and his servants back home in Aoyama were reacting, as well as his brother, Kunio, in Kumamoto. All of the cities were watching him: Ueno, Saitama, Edogawa, Niigata, Shizuoka, Toyama, Shinagawa, and...

...Shinagawa. As the name of Miho's city crossed his mind, Tomi was reminded of Miho's rebellious and inconsiderate niece, Sumire, who was probably beside herself seeing him sitting beside her only living family member. ...Hearing that, a small smirk appeared on Tomi's face as an idea came to him.

Standing up from his throne, he turned to his partner and the love of his life, taking her by the hand, who stared at him a bit confused. With a smile on his face, he suddenly put his hands around her neck.

"I apologize in advance for this, my love."

That was all the socialite said before he pulled his wife down and planted a kiss on her lips as a hush and a gasp erupted throughout the Tokyo Dome. Miho's eyes grew big, surprised at the abruptness of her fiancée. After a couple of seconds, the camera began flashing again as an applause erupted throughout the Dome. After a couple more seconds, Tomi broke the kiss, smiling at his wife. He then turned to the crowd, bowing at them several times before taking his seat once more.

As he did, he gave a casual smirk and wink to one of the cameras. Everyone assumed that this was just the typical arrogance of one of the richest people in Japan. But only one person knew just who he was doing that for...

In Shinagawa...

...And as she watched the kiss replay on her T.V. screen, a certain purple-and-black haired anarchist had to be stopped, both the head family servant, Goro, and her younger sister, Aiko, from destroying the living room flatscreen with a baseball bat as the socialite that she hated so much continued to sit on his throne, a smirk still on his face...

After many showstopping performances and breathtaking fashion showcases from our wonderful contestants, the time has finally come to announce our winners for the first annual Mr. and Mrs. Hypmic Pageant! We’ve gathered all the votes each and every one of you have sent in and tallied them all together for each contestant, it was a very close race but we are honored to announce that the first annual Mr. and Mrs. Hypmic Pageant Winners of 2024 are…

Let’s also give congratulations to the rest of contestants who worked hard and gave it their all during this pageant! It’s been one hell of a ride but we couldn’t be more pleased with the turnout and as we concluded this event, we want to thank each and every one of you for participating and we hope you look forward to next year's pageant!

“I absolutely agree with you, I have wasted enough time entertaining these fools, I can just imagine the pile of paperwork at my desk. I have have a mind to sue these people regardless.”

“Well said, my beloved but don’t waste any more of your time with these peons. How’s this? When this ridiculous pageant is over, how about I treat you to a fine dinner at my mansion?”

“That sounds absolutely lovely, dearest. I would love that, I just have one condition.”

“Hm? And what’s that?”

“You keep wearing that suit, it looks absolutely ravishing on you.”

*Chuckles* “Is that all? Well, consider your wish granted, in return, you continue to wear that dress.”

*Smirks* “Deal.”

“Kinda sad that it’s over but it was so worth it to team with you, Lola! I wouldn’t mind doing this again!”

“Aww, that’s sweet, babes. This was pretty fun, I’ll admit, would I do this again? Ehhhh, I don’t know, I’ll think about it, right now, I’m more concerned about when we’re allowed to drink, I’m starting to suffer from withdrawal.”

“Yeah same, I’m getting kinda hungry, I hope they hooked us up with some food, yo! I could eat a horse!”

“I bet, big guy. So, prom, huh? I really don’t get it, I mean, why make so much hubbub about one day to party where you can basically go to you nearest nightclub and fucking rage?”

“Hell yeah! I mean, it’s pretty cool that they’ll let kids have a night to let loose, but that’s nothing compared to a night out at a sick club!”

“Couldn’t have said it better myself, honey! So, Ka—“

*Stares shamelessly at Lola* “…”

“You have got to be fucking kidding me, this has happened every fashion round, sweetheart, I know I’m hot as fuck but please, try not to make it obvious!”

"You look... spectacular, Aoba-san. Sorry, I'm... I'm not exactly the best in these types of situations. Although I did go to high school, I didn't go to my senior prom, despite many people asking as a +1. Despite how I may look now, I... I wasn't exactly the most confident in myself. I regretted it later on after I graduated, so... I'm glad I have a chance to go again. ...And if I may say so, there's no one else I'd rather go with."

“Well fuck me, that was unexpected. Who would’ve thought the white couple cosplaying a decade old internet ship would give them the win?”

“It’s all good, Lola, the competition isn’t over yet, we can still show everyone that we’re the better couple!”

*scoffs* “…Yeah, okay. To be honest, I’m not really worried about that, I’m not really worried about winning either, I only entered this pageant for the exposure.”

*Frowns* “Wait…really? But I thought…I don’t know, I thought we were having a good time together…”

*Winces* “We did! I mean, fuck, we are! This…actually turned out to be a lot of fun, and that was because of you!”

*Voice Crack* “R-rEaLlY?! I mean- *clears throat*..Really?”

“Yeah, I was seriously prepared to go in this pageant hating every second of it but you made more bearable, don’t get me wrong, I’m still not into all this lovey dovey shit but…I don’t know, thanks for being with me.”

*Grins widely and brings Lola into a hug* “I’m really glad to be with you too, Lola! I don’t care what happens next, whether we win or lose, I’m happy as long as I can be by your side!”

*Hesitantly hugs him back and smiles* “Yeah, you’re right, big guy. *Pulls away and winks* God, have no idea where that sentimental shit came from, c’mon babes, we got a show to do! Plus, it’s our song too, I picked it because I know it’s your favorite.”

“Hell yeah, it’s a good one! A word to the crowd, if y’all know the lyrics, don’t be afraid to sing them, yo!”

*Sighs* “Thank God, this ridiculous pageant is coming to an end soon, I’m not sure how much more of this insanity I can take. Especially after losing to…whatever the hell that ambassador and his little girlfriend were dressed up as.”

“Agreed…but as much as it pained me to admit this, I…did had a little fun, would I do this again? Absolutely not and if someone dares to enter me in another pageant I will have their ass in court so fast.”

“We can both agree on that but I’m glad you at least enjoyed yourself, my dear, and if I may be honest myself, I have been looking forward to this round much like the talent portion, the song you choose was quite beautiful and suits us both perfectly.”

“Of course, like I would ever make us do anything but the absolute best, that includes performing, plus, this is more of treat for me since I get to hear your lovely singing voice.”

*Chuckles* “My, you flatter me, my love. But if you don’t mind, *holds out his hand for Miho to take once more* I quite enjoyed our last dance during the talent show, would you humour me again and dance with me once more as we sing?”

Plus, if it weren't for this pageant, I don't know if I'd be able to sing this in a normal setting. ...But there's no one else I'd sing this duet with, so... if you like it, then it's good enough for me."

Luis looked at the little box that Aoba gave him when the librarian was in his restaurant

A little box with a cupcake and a card

"happy valentine Luis"-Aoba

Luis looked at the simple card and Valentine gifted to him by his friend, Aoba. Giving a slight chuckle, he bit into the cupcake, which was very sweet and good. Truthfully, Luis was never really into Valentine's. The whole concept of the holiday made little to no sense to him. Why did you only need one day out of the year to tell your betrothed how much they meant to you? Shouldn't you be doing that everyday? If you need one day to remind you to tell your significant other 'I love you', then shame on you.

...Still, it wouldn't behoove him to do something to thank Aoba for this. Finishing up his sweet treat, he dumped the wrapper in a nearby garbage can and headed to his kitchen.

A couple hours later...

Aoba looked as a package had arrived for him wrapped in blue and pink. Unwrapping, the young man's eyes grew wide at what was inside.

It was a Valentine's Day cake covered in blue icing with a short but neatly-written message to the blue-haired model. Along with it came a note that said,

'To Aoba,

May this day of love and kindness be a good one.

Sincerely,

Luis.'

Later in the day, there was a present sent to a certain bodybuilder in Aoyama.

Inside the beautifully wrapped present were two things.

The first was a box of chocolates.

The second was a cute teddy bear.

'Hey there, gorgeous!

Happy Valentine's Day, hope you like the gifts!

Karada, upon discovering that the gifts were from Lola, grinned a toothy grin as he took both inside his house into his bedroom. Truthfully, he wasn't big on teddy bears and the like, but considering this was one from the woman he had a thing for, he could make an exception. He then realized... he needed to do something for her before Valetine's was over. And there were only a few hours left!

Grabbing his phone, he quickly punched in a sequence of numbers.

"Tomi? It's me. I need a huge favor..."

A few hours later...

Upon coming down from her penthouse apartment after being told that there was a "very" large package for her, the model, Lola, sighed as she walked off the elevator to the main lobby. Who in their right mind would send a gift an hour before Valentine's Day was over? Her answer came in the form of a crowd who was gathered around a painting that was currently covered up with a sheet.

Noticing her, one of the several men dressed in butler suits that had the emblem of the Chōten family on them, nodded to the other. Asking her to please come to the front, the model obeyed, though she really wanted to know what was going on. Nodding once more to each other, the men grabbed one of the sheet covering the painting and pulled it off for Lola and the crowd to see. What was shown emitted 'oohs' and 'awws' from the people.

It was a painting of the Goddess of Beauty and Love, Aphrodite, herself, holding onto the mythical and beautiful golden apple. Lola looked in awe at the painting; it was beautiful. Normally she didn't go for these sort of works of art, but even she had to admit, this was very nice.

She would have continued looking at it had not one of the men tapped her on her shoulder, handing her a letter, which was addressed to her. Unfolding it, she cocked an eyebrow and looked at it. It read:

'In the story, Paris had to choose between Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite over who was most worthy of the title, 'Fairest of Them All'. Despite being offered the world, knowledge and wealth, he instead chose to take the hand of the most beautiful woman in the world, which doomed his city and his people. But if I were in his place, I'd choose the Goddess of Beauty, every time. Because like her, you are worth more than any wealth or knowledge I could possibly ever get. Happy Valentine's Day.'

Later in the day there was a special present delivered to a certain socialite of Aoyama.

Upon receiving and opening the elegantly gift, there were two items.

The first was a luxurious box of chocolates.

The second was a beautiful bouquet of roses.

'Happy Valentine's Day, my dearest.

I wish I can be with you but I must take care of my responsibilities but just know that I'm thinking of you, always. I know it's not as extravagant as my usual gifts but I hope you enjoy them all the same. Best wishes, my love.

- Your fiancé, Miho.'

Look at the arrangement of roses and the candies, the socialite gave a soft chuckle upon realizing they were from his bride-to-be. Knowing he had to reciprocate, he ordered one of his servants to take gifts to his bedroom before making his way to the kitchen where his head butler, Hino, was.

A few hours later...

In front of her mansion in Shinagawa, the CEO and businesswoman, Miho Kobayashi, looked in shock at what was placed on her front yard by several servants of the Chōten household.

It was a large array of pink-orangish roses of various sizes shaped in a heart. If that wasn't impressive enough, it seemed that there were diamonds located around the sweet-smelling flowers. Underneath the roses was a message, no doubt written to the woman in question, which read:

"The perfect flower is a lot like a wife: it is a rare and beautiful thing. A man could spend a lifetime searching for one, and not find either. For those that do, they are a truly fortunate man, indeed. How fortunate am I that I found the perfect flower in the most beautiful woman ever."

Round 3 — Fashion Show

Theme: “Cosplay Round”

“I’m afraid that I am completely out of my element here, I don’t understand what exactly “cosplaying” is and to be honest, I find this a waste of time. Honestly, what can be gained by dressing up as fictional characters? I much rather stay in reality with all of the normal people than be delusional in some fantasy world.”

“It will never cease to astound me what idiotic things these peons will do to entertain themselves but as much as I still hate to be in silly pageants such as these, I refuse to upstaged and luckily I came up with an idea on what we should dress up as.”

“Your idea is very good, dearest, these outfits are very elegant but I am surprised you suggested…I believe their names are Joffery and Margaery? I wasn’t aware you were into shows like that.”

“Believe me, my dear, I’m not. I truly only got the idea because of my brother, he was obsessed with that show and the books, there wasn’t a day he wouldn’t talk about it. But enough about that, the only that matters is how lovely you took, blue is a good color on you.”

*Chuckles* “My, such a charmer, as always.”
