italian-seeking missle
time to cook: 15min ease: 4 stars taste: decent, kinda cheesey, very savoury
ingredients
dry pasta (boil to create wet pasta)
pasta water
your favourite butter (margarine is fine)
your favourite almost empty milk
normal mustard (adds a sour+cheesy flavour. you can also use cheese here if you have it)
soy sauce (adds salty+savoury kinda like bacon, miso paste, nutritional yeast, extremely diluted vegemite also have the same effect)
onion (any amount, adds texture and sweetness as well as onion flavour)
herbs from your cupboard
salt and pepper, or not
add a protein if youre scared
method
cook the pasta until no longer crunchy (usually 7-8min) save the water and set aside the cooked pasta
melt butter/margarine/oil if you dont have those in your cooking vessel, then add your onions and cook until clear. if you're adding a meat or firm tofu protein, add it here to fry it off
add a splash of your pasta water, boil until your onion mixture becomes gloopy. keep splashing pasta water, boiling it off, until you're satisfied with the amount of gloop present. this will thicken up your sauce, so more sauce or thicker sauce you want to make, more gloop you need.
add the amount of milk you want to make your sauce, mix until the gloop and the milk until they;re kinda. mixed you know.
now you have to make it taste like something. we're going to add soy sauce and mustard - add each of your flavours in small amounts (like, half a teaspoon) until you feel you're satisfied with the taste. if you go too far with either, a pinch of sugar will bring it back to earth. you could also use tomato/barbeque sauce to add sweetness if desired without sacrificing on the savoury flavour
add herbs and pepper. this is also your taste, add as much or as little or as none as you want. i used an italian herbs premix thing but literally anything in your cupboard will probs work, the only flavour it has to work with is Savoury(tm)
add frozen vegetables (i used frozen spinach and corn) or whatever you've got, if you're adding a bean protein, soft tofu, or something not-meat and soft and cooks fast, add it here
chuck your pasta in to heat it back up again and coat with the sauce. put in your bowl. that's food babey

is it good?
yeah its fine. 3 stars.
why would anyone make this?
I only had pasta (not even flour or rice) in my house and very limited sauce ingredients and Zero fresh fruits or vegetables, this was good enough and easy
