Francis & Tonio were friends longer than they have been with Gilbert, and share a lot of memories of things from then. Sometimes Gilbert gets sad and fears they're closer to eachother than to him. They aren't though.

Francis' place used to be more of their social hub, but in more recent years, (since the EU formed.) it's become Gilberts house. Francis and Lidwig can manage their work together with running the EU, while Tonio & Gilbert make sure they dont over work. Elizaveta, Feliciano, Lovino, and Kiku also frequently visit, though normally not all at the same time.
