I feel like good ideas for prompts might be general categories of things, like: creation myths, mythical creatures, gods of underworld/death, etc., because the sheer number of myths and legends and lore around the globe (myths from Oceania, Africa, Asia, Native America) means we probably won't be able to touch on a region's myths if we're just limited to a specific "creature/person/object" ig,, since lots of things from European lore (eg dragons) don't have the same meaning in other places 1/2

2/2 and different regions might not have the same mythical creatures/opinion on mythical objects/symbols, idk this is just a suggestion and I'm sorry if it sounds really pushy! I just hope there'll be an equal opportunity for legends/myths from all regions to be showcased equally? I hope you get what I mean and that I'm not being rude

You're not being rude at all and I absolutely understand where you're coming from! For prompts I was planning on leaving some days that you can focus on your regions/countries/religions myths, but also some days with more specific prompts for the people that feel a bit more comfortable with having specifics (so kinda like a 50/50 split between specific and non-specific, non-specific will probably have more days though). Suggestions right now are for specific prompts but I'm also thinking of general prompts for the event and suggestions for those are open too.

Here's some ideas for prompts: Vampires, Werewolves, Witches, Wizards, Greek Mythology, Roman Mythology, Fairies, Mermaids, Ghosts, Elfs, Unicorns, Pegasus, Dragons, Giants, Phoenix, ...

These are good ideas! I might have to get a bit more specific with Greek and Roman mythology but that's fine

There are currently 150 votes on the poll and the vast majority of voters want to or might participate in this! And so with that being said I am currently working on an info post, then after that I plan on doing prompt suggestions/voting for the people that want specific prompts to be used in the event!
