In my theory, I don’t believe Rayman and Bullfrog would become friends.

Bullfrog may be a pacifist, and a bit childish, but I don’t think he would be friends with someone who spent years being a loyal pet to a fascist megacorp. By that one scene they shared together, Bullfrog acted very indifferent towards Rayman. Just because he offered him a juice box, doesn’t mean anything. It’s certainly not the start of their BL route. Even though he recognizes Rayman as a victim of propaganda, and the corruption was out of his control, he’s still responsible for his involvement with Eden.

It was his voice, influence, and entire brand that got people hurt and killed. It has been occurring since Bullfrog was a child. Rayman didn’t intend for it to happen, but what he did was still unforgiving. Not to mention, Bullfrog’s friends were murdered because of him. Sure, he’s turned over a new leaf now, killing off Eden’s Board Of Directors and saving Bullfrog’s life, but that doesn’t mean Bullfrog will have a change of heart towards him. …unless Rayman knows how to turn back time. You can still redeem yourself, and face consequences for your actions.

I can say, for sure, that Rayman and Bullfrog’s “friendship” would perhaps be one-sided. Ramon would attempt to make amends with the frog, and try to be nice, only to get shunned in return. Bullfrog isn’t willing to forgive Rayman, but he’s wise enough to understand that he holds benefit for Team Ghost, so he decides to keep him along anyways. Ramon and Bullfrog would be those allies that don’t have to like each other. As with Dolph, him and Ramon would probably form a one-sided rivalry.

Or let’s say Ramon and Bullfrog don’t reunite. Burdened by all his guilt and shame, it’s possible that Ramon would prefer to go a loner, anti-hero arc. He’d work alone, and isolate himself from any company. Not only feeling he isn’t deserving of any friends, but knows nobody would want to be friends with “Rayman” after all his dirty deeds. Despite his disguise, people are bound to recognize him, so he’s better off hiding in the shadows.

For Polokus sake. Bullfrog is not a substitute for Globox. He’s his own character. The two have nothing in common aside from being amphibians. Not everything in the show should be tied to Rayman.
