Derek loves all Aus in general, he finds something to study in them and it fascinates him! You could say that he doesn't have a favorite.

Except for Sirius: the only aus he enjoys are Horrortale and Underfell. Although... if he ever gets the chance, he'd check out Xtale or EpicTale.
