They're allowed to feel that way lmao, it's just a small issue they have with the headcannon. They can feel this way and still see the vision (though I admit that I, myself, can't really see it but it's a PERSONAL interpretation).

From your tags you sound really defensive but it's okay to have different interpretations of the same character.

You don't have to come for how they like Mad Mew Mew either. Yeah she she's the angry voice in the ghost house but they probably mean like an actual appearance where you can talk to her properly? Talk about least charitable interpretations.

I'm not gonna act like that isn't a valid trans experience, but Ralsei is so unabashedly nonconforming that it almost feels like holding him down to the same gender norms that he subverts, just in a more roundabout way

My favourite theory I came up with is that they know that the prophecy will result in something horrible in order to save the world (We don't know exactly what it is, or at least I didn't in my playthrough) so maybe they're trying to achieve a different outcome that benefits everybody? Could be doing the wrong thing for the right reason type of deal.

Or they're trying to help someone and need the dark fountains to do it.

Either way, Kris is doing double trucies again.

But it's not that, they just slap the evil label with no proofs, and some people even dare to act dumbfounded when others disagree with them, going like "How can they NOT be evil, I mean, just LOOK AT THEM", and then it's literally just Ralsei acting cute, or Dess (yes, just Dess, nothing specific of her because WE HAVE SO LITTLE OF HER), like, come on

New candidate for chapter 3's boss true identity that I've seen no one talking about

I believe that the knight could be Kris' original soul

When chapter 2 came out, I've hated the KrisKnight theory as it had a lot of problems. This theory solves all problems it had. It makes sense story and gameplay wise

Kris and the knight are working together, would make sense if they are technically the same person. You can see when the knight's chest opens up, an eye is where the soul would be. Both Kris and the knight are knights with swords in the dark world. It would also be a good parallel between us and the knight: our soul is possessing Kris and Kris' soul could be possessing our vessel. And because Kris soul is in the vessel, that's why the dark world form has hole's in their hands; our vessel is a goner. It also makes sense why the knight would be a secret boss, a character heavily associated with freedom. The soul is trapped in the wrong body. When the knight dodges Susie's rude buster in chapter 4, the knight turns into a ball, kinda like how we dodge with our soul.

I thought of this part later, but in the weird route of chapter 4, Kris screams just like the knight does

but this argument doesn't work with dess because the average player doesn't know shit about dess! Most players probably only know that noelle had a sister and maybe recal a few comments about her. A lot of players might not even know she's missing

The average player however does know a lot more about Carol because Carol has actual screen time in a way dess did not (not counting her presence as the knight)

The average player sees the phone calls and sees the knight with reindeer horns and thinks its Carol

I still see some people nowdays hating on them, but also saying that they are aware that Chara didn't cause the genocide run and that was the palyer, yet I never see them saying why they hate them

I have tried going over everything we know about Chara, but I can't seem to find a reason why someone would hate them

Important, I don't mean dislike them, I mean hate them, which are two very different things. I can see why some people might not like Chara, but hate seems a bit extreme taking everything into consideration
