Morning workout: 15 minutes Pilates

Fucking binge of corn nuts, dried mango, and chocolate granola (upside is that it wasn’t ice cream/candy I guess but still I can’t keep snacks in the house)-260+520+690
Total= 2105 FUCK. This is before dinner even. I guess I can’t have dinner. I may just have an artichoke or nothing at all I’m not even hungry I’m just angry.
I’m taking vyvanse tomorrow.

Wild!!! It was all veggies and chicken today, for health I did nothing wrong, maybe too many fingerling potatoes but it didn’t feel like too many. For the sake of calories though, I fucked up I guess. So interesting to know how caloric potatoes are. And artichoke can be a great filling alternative. Stick to the greens over the white! Good thing I ate most of the potatoes we have. Not buying those anymore unless I’m entertaining, so easy…
Also! I’m gonna be tracking as much as possible my CICO- calories in and out.
Today I was sedentary so we can assume I lost about 1700 today. So I ate around 100 more than I lost. This was not a bad day but also not successful. Just means I need a good long workout tomorrow.
Wake up as early as I can and do Pilates and light cardio. Additionally hit 9k steps.
