Aye, I'm back. Or Graham isn't going to be on my multi-muse account anymore for he's moving back here. xD

I actually still owe you but that was one of the replies I was going to get tonight. Schoolwork has been kicking my ass and I was sick for awhile. >.<

He smiled a little when she knew right away that he wanted some coffee. Watching his girlfriend move about behind the counter. He hadn't put much thought into what he was going to have for dinner. So when she asked him what he wanted he didn't answer her right away. The idea of having some mac and cheese did sound pleasing though. "Ah'll have some of that if yoo sit down an' some with me," Graham said as he lowered his hand. Since he had been busy with work that meant his time with Ruby was limited. To get the chance to sit down and enjoy a meal with her would be the perfect way to start off his night. Then he might be able to get her to come back up to his room and spend the night relaxing with him.

“Alrighty,” She replied with a small giggle at the end of her word. Yes, he didn’t have to do or say more than look at her like that and grunt the way he did. When Graham did anything like that Ruby knew better than to push it.

                                     “One coffee coming up.”

Ruby turned and began to prepare the coffeepot with the beverage as she looked over her shoulder after nudging some of the dark hair away with her nose. “You think about what you want —- but I hear Granny’s getting compliments all round for her macaroni cheese today.”

The moment she growled the sheriff knew that he had done something wrong. But he held his ground and was ready for whatever Ruby had in store for the person she thought had tugged on her shirt. He was certain she thought he was some random guy trying to flirtively get her attention. That spiked his own temper for a second but Graham managed to get a hold of it before it surfaced. He gave her an innocent look when she finally turned and looked at him. Technically he hadn't done anything wrong as she was his girlfriend and all he was trying to do was get her attention.

Graham grunted it a little as he cupped his chin in his hand. He was certain that was all he needed to do for Ruby to know that he did have a rough day. He was tired and right then all he wanted was something to eat, some coffee, and then an evening with his girlfriend.

*gently tugs on the back of her shirt*

“Hey!” The she-wolf’s voice growled as she turned around about ready to smack whoever it was that was touching her, “Hands of-“ She cut herself off as she saw exactly who it was that was tugging at her back.             Well, now she felt sheepish.

Coughing to clear her throat, she raised her brows before rolling her eyes. “Afternoon,” She smiled as she made her way back around the counter to prepare the sheriff’s normal order. She would have apologised for almost smacking him one, but if anyone knew Ruby, it would have been Graham.                           “Rough day?”

“You are a terrifying creature,” the Voice told her solemnly. “You do not take your place in your father’s tent, letting men make your decisions for you. You ride as a man, you fight as a man, and you think as a man —”

"I think as a human being," she retorted hotly. "Men don’t think any differently from women — they just make more fuss about being able to.”

Has read all the books and is currently rereading them.
