Let's classpect more military aircraft! Here's the Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II, or simply the Warthog.

The Air Force wants to kill this thing but congress and the Army won't let them. The Warthog is a subsonic close air support (CAS) platform that carries a 30mm rotary cannon in the nose responsible for its iconic "BRRRT" sound. Revered for its durability and loved by the infantry, this thing gets a reputation boost due to how visible it is to the boots on the ground. You'll always know you're getting support from a Warthog because you'll be able to see the thing and hear its gun loud and clear. Other planes fly high up and do not make inspiring BRRT noises usually, so who knows if that guided bomb was dropped by an F-15 or a B-2?

I declare thee, Rogue of Hope! Because of how easy it is to identify a Warthog in the area, this thing either inspires hope or terror depending on which side you're on. So, it steals the hope of the enemy and gives it to its allies.

Also, given Hope's association with belief and conviction, it's fitting that Congress still believes this thing could be effective on the modern battlefield against a peer threat.
