Exceeded My Limit.
It was a very unexpected experience happened to me last May 5th, Tuesday, while having my night shift at our work place. Just before that duty, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and encountered abdominal pain, a feeling of nausea and headache. I slept all day and ate in intervals. And by 6pm, I felt quite good compared to what I've felt that morning. So I still managed to come and work that night. At around 2am, while doing the nursing stuff during night shifts, again I felt that severe abdominal pain that gave me cold sweats so I asked my junior duty to gave me some iv drugs for pain. After a few minutes, no more pain in my abdomen but I can't barely breathe and my both hands gave me muscle cramps. That immediately caught the intention of my dutymates so they wheeled me to the nursing office because I said just a short rest will help me recover. But my nursing supervisor said I should be brought down to the emergency room the moment she saw me. She described me pale and needs immediate intervention. When the nurses and doctor examined me,80/50mmhg o2 sat of 85%, 110bpm and 28rr. That really shocked me. Just after 5mins with o2 support, muscle cramps dissapeared and I can breathe normally. The laboratory results showing hypokalemia and the impression of the er doctor was neurocirculatory aesthenia r/o electrolyte imbalance. It's hard for me to admit, but I already gone beyond my limit. I was so abusive with my health this past few days without considering this very humid weather. I am sorry Lord, I totally forgot to take care of your temple. Even nurses need some rest.

16 things I learned by age 16 1. One bad grade won’t ruin your life. 2. Crying, ice cream, and Taylor Swift is the perfect remedy for a breakup. 3. You’ll have lots of temporary friends. Don’t take it personally when they leave you. As people grow older, they grow apart. 4. Don’t just wear makeup or certain clothes for the sole purpose of impressing people. The only person you need to impress is yourself. 5. You don’t need to fry your hair everyday with a flat iron. Leave it natural every now and then. Your hair will thank you later. 6. It’s okay to stay in your pajamas all day. 7. Embrace your inner child. Watch Disney movies and cuddle with your favorite stuffed animal. 8. If it’s midnight and you’re still awake stressing about homework, just go to bed. You’ll feel a lot better in the morning. 9. People will say things about you behind your back. This is because they’re too afraid & insecure to say it to your face. Let it go. 10. Go ahead and eat that piece of cake you’ve been eyeing. You won’t gain 500 pounds from one piece. 11. Hell, eat the entire cake if you want. Weight is just a number and it doesn’t define you in any way. 12. Develop a good relationship with your parents. You’ll be glad you did in years to come. 13. Always apologize even if you don’t think you did anything wrong. 14. If you’re ever feeling down, try and force yourself to smile. It may feel fake, but studies have shown that smiling can help. 15. Do what you love to do, regardless of what anyone says or thinks. 16. Don’t waste time searching for love. It can happen in the most unexpected time, or in the most unexpected place, or with the most unexpected person. Let love find you.

Being a true God/dess in current times is not only desired, but in my opinion mandatory. The understanding of what a God/dess is emerges from the simplicity and authenticity of our divine nature. As we return to the things that connect us to the real and remind us of the things that truly...

The wonderful thing about falling in love is that you learn everything about that person so quickly. In true love, you start to see yourself through their eyes and it brings out the best in you. Its almost like youre falling in love to yourself. Two entities becomes one. 💌💋 #dailylovedose
