Moving back to LA had complicated Taylor’s life drastically more then she thought it would. It had started following her troublesome little brother, and trying to fill the pit her had dug himself in. She thought it would be simple and easy, where she could avoid the places she broke her heart in. Now it was a tangled mess of emotions and ghosts haunting her footsteps. The one thing Taylor didn’t regret was the beaches. There was nothing in the world that was quiet the same as sitting in the sand and watching the sunset on the LA beach. Taylor propped her chin on her knees and buried her bare feet into the soft sand. “I’ve never seen a sunset this color before”

Being from Iowa, the beautiful beaches of California were absolute magic. She adored getting a chance to go into the water, or even just admire it from afar. Ever since her eldest child was a few months old, she frequented the beach with her little family. That particular evening was no different, except her husband couldn’t make it due to his filming schedule. Nevertheless Ariane enjoyed the time she was sharing with her little ones. “Really?” She inquired curiously, turning her head to very briefly look at the other person, all while bouncing her baby in her arms and keeping an eye on her five year old who was building a sandcastle ahead of her. “It’s certainly beautiful though. This is one of my favorite spots in LA. Are you new to the city?”

“A dry cappuccino with oat, extra hot, in a large cup but only size small.” Imogen ordered at the boutique cafe, Aroma, as she inspected the nail of her middle left hand finger. Going to the valley for casting calls was never ideal but at least if she could inject some sort of caffeine into herself before hand it might be palatable. Only a small one mind you because no one went to a fitting bloated, that was a rookie move. Hearing the barista behind the counter she looked up, genuine concern clouding her eyes. “What do you mean you don’t have oat milk? It’s on the board behind you, I’m literally looking at it written there.” A red tipped nail pointed to illustrate her point before her whole expression turned sour. “Fine, no, I don’t want another kind of milk just give it to me black. Still extra hot and in a large cup.” Tapping her contactless card on the reader she muttered to herself. “This is why I stay the other side of Mulholland.” The model muttered. @lahqstarters·
As she tapped away on her iPhone, Ariane’s attention had been caught by a minor tussle over some milk ahead of. Being the shamelessly nosy person she was, her gaze shifted over to the young woman and the cashier, the customer had a point. It was blatant false advertising, but it did occur to Ari that they could have run out, but honestly? She didn’t really care about that factor. “Right? I’m here for a meeting and it’s painful enough.” She quipped, rolling her eyes at the thought of having to sit through a meeting with the one person she couldn’t stand. Sighing, she moved forward to collect her coffee, all while completely ignoring the barista behind the counter. “Plus, there’s literally a mini-mart across the road. They could have just sent someone over there to get it.”

i swear i just saw ROSE BYRNE out on the streets but it turned out to be ARIANE VALMONT. SHE was born on DECEMBER 16TH making them only 40 years old. They’re known to be +CHARMING +INFLUENTIAL and -SELF-INDULGENT -VAIN. They spend most of their time being a CASTING DIRECTOR. Rumour has it they’re HETEROSEXUAL, and can be found in BRENTWOOD. You know you’ve found them when you come across CRYSTAL GLASSWARE, 6 INCH STILETTOS, AN IRRESISTIBLE POUT.
Ariane Valmont was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. She’s the middle of three children: two boys and one girl. Being the only daughter, she was absolutely spoiled throughout her entire childhood and teen years, even into her twenties. It contributed to the way Ari is now, which is a spoilt brat.
Growing up she always had a sharp mind. Had to be the queen bee in every situation. Not being in control is something she absolutely HATES.
By the time she turned 18, she couldn’t wait to get out of Iowa and go straight to Los Angeles. She could see herself having a career in Hollywood, initially she considered acting but decided she’d rather be the one calling the shots.
Once moving to California, she went to college to study Film Production, and that was when she met her future husband (a current WC): a budding actor with more talent than he knew what to do with at the time. They were smitten with each other almost instantly and began dating. Their relationship proved to be unbreakable. They went through many ups and downs but they always managed to move past it.
Fast forward to the age of 40, Ari is one of the most cutthroat and sought after casting directors in the film industry, and her husband is one of Hollywood’s hottest actors. She considers him her muse, and she always gets him the best roles.
They got married 10 years ago and have a 5 year old daughter and a 7 month old son. She adores her little family more than anything!! Tbh, she would kill for them lol.
People often find Ariane rather unapproachable. She has that cold, aloof nature, and she’s quite bitchy. It’s almost organic at this point. She’s been like that for so long she can’t really help it at this point, though she does have a softer side. Especially when she’s around her husband and their babies. Loyalty is also very important for her. She’s fiercely protective of her friends and family. If you find yourself as one of the lucky ones who have obtained her friendship, she will have your back through thick and thin.

dxmnadam·:
Adam stopped people-watching for a moment as the song coming from the speakers changed. He knew this song. He knew this song very well and he wasn’t the biggest fan. “Why’d they have to choose this one? It wasn’t even one of our good ones,” he muttered to nobody in particular. Adam had written this particular song earlier in his career and although it was popular, it was kind of embarrassing for him to hear it now.
The day had been rather hectic. Ariane sat through countless meetings and as the evening approached, she absolutely couldn’t wait to get home and kick back. As she sat sipping her gin and tonic, her attention was caught by the sound of a fellow patron’s voice. She furrowed her brow slightly at their words, trying to figure out who he was for a moment. “Oh, well, it doesn’t sound that bad. I assume you’re the artist, yes? Interesting. I don’t pay too much attention to the music industry.”
