sure, things are a little awkward — but it’s been long enough since the breakup for jade to make the simple and harmless gesture of buying her a drink, right?  the bar she spots her ex-girlfriend at is such a quiet little hidden gem – favored by hollywood’s famous faces due to its intimate exclusivity – that she figures it’s the perfect place to maybe have a quick catch-up. she doesn’t know how things will go — how the dynamic between them will be… after all, they’ve seen each other around the label’s headquarters, events, different social gatherings and parties etc. but if her memory isn’t failing her, this will be the first time they’ve sat down and properly communicated since they cut off their romantic involvement. slipping into the bar stool next to aria, she gives a warm, albeit slightly sheepish, smile. “you waiting for someone, or something? feels weird to see the great aria vega sat all on her lonesome.”

at first , aria didn’t bother to look at who was seating next to her , it was probably just a drunk person that she definitely would ignore , she thought — however , as soon as she heard the person’s voice , aria recognized to who it belonged immediately without needing to even glance at the other . she remained quiet for a while , just wondering if she had the disposition to have a conversation with her ex in that moment — maybe the worst it could happen was that she would be even more annoyed ... well , probably , this was actually a positive thought coming from her  —  on some rare occasions aria tried to have one of those .   ❝  oh so i am the great aria vega , huh ? ❞   she chuckled , no humor in it .  ❝  i guess i wanted to drink but i’m not in the mood to socialize . maybe i should’ve just got a bottle of vodka instead of going out but what’s the fun in that , right ? ❞   her voice came out slow , not a hint of excitement in it even if the words themselves could normally show the opposite . she sighed , finally looking at her side to face the other . brown orbs examined the girl next to her shortly before speaking up .  ❝  what do you want , jade ? ❞   she questioned it calmly , not having the intention of sounding rude .

the sudden ethereal voice echoing through the room almost frightened bianca; flinching a bit in her seat but quickly adjusting once again back to her normal stance, hoping that aria didn’t see her initial reaction. a small smile was placed on her lips, watching as the other sat down next to her. bianca internally noted aria’s choice of seating, now setting her laptop aside to give her full attention to the all-too-familiar artist. “i’m well aware that you enjoy it,” bianca began in response to aria’s suggestion, letting her know that she knew exactly what she was talking about. the same professional smile stayed on her face, now rotating her chair so that she was facing aria. “i’m sure you’re so stoked for this meeting; i know these ones are especially boring, but we’ll try not to keep you for too long.” she began. “in and out like that, i promise.” she snapped her petite fingers while saying that, legs crossed politely.

dimples appeared on her face as a closeted smile grew bigger , proud of her own words & to see that the message got received — giving bianca a simple nod in response . aria’s eyes observed attentively the girl’s fingers before going back to her face . her own expression already showing how amusing she found the situation . the brunette leaned in a bit closer , still a significant space between them  — at least enough so that if someone would walk in , it wouldn’t look like a big of deal .    ❝  are you trying to get rid of me ? why , am i making you nervous ? ❞    eyebrows raised , not for a second breaking the eye contact she initiated previously . clearly she did find those meetings boring , who didn’t after all ? but why would she reply to bianca’s sentence by merely agreeing with it  .   ❝  it doesn’t seem that it’s going to be so bad , actually ... we’ll see .❞

  it had been ages since he had been out by himself at a good dive bar, well at least it felt that way. with his album becoming bigger and bigger, it was hard for him to not run into a screaming fan or two. he had been advised to travel with security to avoid any crazy encounters but still, the Irish man craved his independence. so here was, late at night an almost empty hole in the wall dive bar. he sipped his whiskey open book in hand, enjoying being alone for once when he glanced up catching eyes with someone next to him. he offered a warm smile before asking, “what’s your poison?” 

aria had the habit of drinking , maybe it could say that it was often , however it was a rare occasion for her to be in a bar . yet , there she was , finishing one more drink in a place that seemed too horrible to have anyone with good taste able to recognize her , in her opinion . aria changed her focus from her empty glass to the man talking to her — narrowed eyes tried to observe him , what he was doing , how he was dressed up , what he was drinking ... she raised an brow right after , quietly starring at his face for a few seconds before speaking .  ❝  what the actual fuck ? are you reading a book ?  ❞   she was genuinely surprised by the scene in front of her . it was a real shock for tipsy aria to see a man with a book in a bar .  ❝  god , you’re like one of those creatures ... what are they ? the ones that everybody heard of but no one actually know that they exit ? ❞ she added , too focused on what her eyes caught to even remember his question .

 the  sounds  of  her  bracelets  jingle  through  the  halls  of  cadence  ,  making  her  way  through  the  building  as  she  takes  a  much  needed  break  from  working  in  the  studio  .  she  had  always  been  a  hard  worker  ,  something  that  clearly  ran  in  the  chase  dna  ,  but  she  knew  when  she  needed  a  break  .  turning  a  corner  ,  cosima  finds  a  good  spot  to  sit  and  sets  her  takeout  bags  down  ,  turning  towards  the  other  person  in  the  room  .  “  hey  ,  weird  question  but  have  you  had  lunch  today  ?  i  ended  up  with  extra  and  i’m  definitely  going  to  eat  all  of  it  and  i’m  sure  you  know  that  it’s  a  CRIME  to  waste  takeout  .  ”  she  speaks  ,  giving  the  bag  .  small  wiggle  .  “  only  condition  is  that  you  have  to  eat  with  me  .  ”

aria took a short time to consider the offer  — yes she was hungry , & no , she didn’t want to deny the food . but aria was also extremely picky with what she puts inside her body , she didn’t care about what alcohol could do to her , or even drugs sometimes , yet there was certain types of food she just couldn’t eat  .  ❝  i mean how can i refuse an offer like that , right ? are you taking a break right now ? ❞   she finally said , offering a small smile to the blonde .  ❝  why do you have extra food anyway ? you said it’s a crime to waste it after all ... ❞   she didn’t really care about the waste of food , actually .  ❝  so what you’ve got ? ❞

being in a professional setting with the first girl you’ve ever hooked up with can sometimes be.. interesting, to say the least. it was a pretty average and boring day for bianca, consisting of meetings with whiny artists demanding unrealistic requests. they were all blurs, until the notification popped up on her phone that the next meeting would be with a team that included aria’s name on the calendar. aria was stunning, and bianca had finally gotten used to keeping her cool in front of gorgeous and talented people. but with aria, it was a bit different. she was the first person to actually make bianca question her sexuality. and whenever they were intimate, it just felt so.. different from the rest; in a good way, of course. 

the jet-black haired girl strolled into the meeting room quickly, setting her laptop down and scrolling through her daily e-mails while waiting for aria to arrive. the meeting was essentially about an update chat about aria’s media presence, and new ideas that the team might have for her, so nothing too serious. she was just hoping that her professionalism would guard her well. even it being an essential part of her career , aria hated to be present in those meetings . & this time it was being just like the usual , even getting ready for it already annoyed her . but as she tried to be responsible when it came to business , she didn’t just put effort to be on time as she also took some minutes from her day to be looking her best , of course  — aria wouldn’t leave her house looking anything less than impeccable .

although there wasn’t enough makeup in the world to disguise aria’a expression about certain things she considers negative  —  in this case , it being nothing but pure boredom . however , her bad mood didn’t last much longer after walking inside meeting room . brown orbs landed instantly on the other girl already present in the place as a smirk started to grow on her glossy lips .  ��  oh ... hello ! ❞   she made her presence noticed while staring directly at bianca’s eyes . without wasting time , the brunette took a seat next to the other .  ❝  i didn’t realize you would be here . that’s good , there’s certain things that i like to do with someone as good at their job as you are . ❞   there was a hint of double entendre in her sentence that she hoped bianca would understand . aria wouldn’t let this circumstance stop her from being professional but being who she is , she would obviously enjoy it  .

a frown grew on aria’s face as she kept looking from the girl to the coffees she held . aria had been working the entire day non stop , it wasn’t much of a surprise to say that she was tired at the moment — still , it wasn’t enough for her to drink coffee . therefore , the brunette simply raised her hand as a gesture to refuse the offer .  ❝  vee i think you’ve made a mistake , i literally never drink coffee ? i already have too much energy , can’t put caffeine in my body .❞   she didn’t just hate the taste of it as she also had in mind how she felt when drinking it .  ❝  good news is that you can have two coffees ? sorry about this  ... ❞

Joji’s, Can’t Get Over You is her summer song. It’s irresistibly catchy, and hard not dance around too. The room was empty, thankfully, after a studio session. Rita had her airpods as she danced and moved her hips to the song. She was half singing and humming the words to the song, barely making any words out. She spun around, almost tripping over her feet. Tossing her curly hair out her face, she finally realized she wasn’t alone. She threw her hand over her heart, and yelped out of shock.  She immediately turned red, taking her airpods out her ear.  “Holy shit. I wasn’t ready.“ She said, bending down using her knees for support. She finally got her heart to stop racing, and giggled at herself, “Um, I don’t know if I show apologize for screaming or dancing.”

when the scene of the other girl dancing caught her eyes , aria couldn’t help but stop walking and stand there to watch it . arms were crossed over her chest along with a smirk resting on her lips , quietly waiting for her presence to be noticed . when the other finally saw her , a quick chuckle came from the brunette with rita’s reaction .  ❝  the answer is both ! ❞   she commented while leaving her spot and walked closer to the girl .  ❝  i couldn’t stop watching you vibing to whatever you’re listening to , dancing queen . are you cool ? ❞   a hand was raised in rita’s direction , offering her help to get up .
