Mental health education-PIL
India is the suicidal capital of the world and it's a never talked issue through our large stream medias and politicians. But in reality with problems like population, pollution, corruption we are also facing drowing into vicious cycle of suicidal numbers which is affecting the economic growth of our nation. We lose 468 whopping number of lifes everyday for reason which are never covered. We are regularly living with the widespread pandemic never addressed, neglected under stigma which would never have a vaccine destroying hundreds of families every single day. Mental health issues are projected to cost a whopping 1.03 trillion by 2030 and the sad thing is that only 20 percent of mental health patients gets the remedy required.
This situation can only be changed to bringing the mental health education a compulsory subject in our curriculum which would make our children equipped with coping mechanisms and alleviate family suffering.
Please support the P.I.L. to be and bring the change we dream of.

The book serves as a guide for individual understanding and utilising public interest litigation in India. PIL can be harnessed to drive meaningful societal change which enables ordinary citizens to address societal issues by challenging corruption, advocating for marginalised communities and protecting environment.
The book also contains many real life stories and landmark cases where PIL have effectively created pressure over the government to bring a change for societal and environmental benefits. Like the 1982 improvement of labour rights PIL and 1997 Visakha vs Rajasthan state establishing guidelines against sexual harrasment.
A PIL can be filed by any citizen of India, NGOs and also court can take suo moto cognizance to address a large section of society. A PIL addresses various issues like environmental pollution, deforestation, waste management, human right violation adulteration of foods, corruption, poor infrastructure and others.
The PIL s which is concerned on fundamental rights are taken by Supreme Court and High Courts take which are on broader public interest matters. To file a PIL one needs to identify the issue and collect strong evidence and definately ensure the matter is for genuine public interest. For drafting a petition one needs to clearly state the facts and public interest concern adding constitutional provisions or laws which are violated.
After this PIL needs to be filed at right court paying a nominal fee where the chief justice of the court accepts or rejects it further it is heard and judgement is made on it if the PIL gets accepted. The process has many potential challenges throughout and everyone should properly approach the litigation process in a responsible way.
The book offers a great blend of the theoretical knowledge which serves as a catalyst for readers to actively engage in societal issues, challenges injustice and contribute to more equitable future

5 killer habits-Be a Rebel by Sree Krishna Salem
The book revolves around the five essential habits a person should have to understand the real meaning of happiness in life and leaving a mark even after their demise. The first chapter teaches us about an achiever's habit i.e. rising early and have an adequate sleep. Reasearch proved that the wiser and most ethical decisions are taken in morning as the brain has best cognitive and decision-making skills in this time. A healthy sleep is also required to get rid of the waste by brain and it is very essential to take a sleep of 7-8 hours daily. This rare habit also helps us to get rid of health problems like obesity, and diabetes. Early risers are better anticipators, decision maker, and very proactive which helps them to achieve their purpose and goals of their life. The second chapter teaches about the essentiality of having reading habits to impart knowledge and ultimately be empathetic in our life. We really need to read more and more books, because to achieve the right knowledge we can’t trust on a single book. These books are often translated and edited for making it more viable for present generation often compromising real information. Reading books help us to grow in various way like non friction books enriches us with good facts, fiction books help us in developing our imagination and social cognition, and the autobiographical books helps us to know about various eminent personalities life’s mistakes, experiences, and challenges faced in different periods of time. Reading helps us in controlling our impulses and often its seen persons having good reading habits gets good jobs in their future. In the third chapter the author discusses about a divine habit of volunteering. Volunteering is sacrificing time and money without anticipating anything in return. Humans seldom runs after recognition from others and volunteering is something through which they earn it, this is also a method to show our gratitude towards the nature. It also gives us satisfaction, helps to reduce our depression, be optimistic, build a strong character which sometimes gives us our purpose and goal of our life. Spending time in old age homes, blood donation, organ donation after death, and working for sustainable development are the primary roles of volunteering. We should also move one step ahead and take some bold steps like banning plastics, pesticides, leather products; stop using fossil fuel and eradicate various acts of animal cruelty. The fourth chapter is about solo travelling which still seems to be unconventional for many but the great ancient rulers often in their childhood did this with minimum resources in their journey. This might be prime reason behind their compassionate and leadership qualities. In the era of running behind unrealistic greed of human beings this habit would make an individual minimalistic, energetic, virtuous, knowledgeable, and adaptable. Solo travelling to offbeat places would make us learn about the area’s language, culture, and ultimately turn us brave and friendly.Solo travelling is also important to get out of our personal bubble of same known things and make us visualize the real world. The ultimate chapter tells us about the habit of staying curious to be rational, logical person, and understand this world better. The world is full of deceptive information and often less read people falls in their trap and gets forward to the direction of darkness. Often religious preacher tends to bring hatred and darkness in our mind, but we need to understand that serving humanity is the only way to serve the almighty. The religious books contain information which gets distorted time to time, and these sets of information is absorbed by many innocent and orthodox brains by which people lose their logic and reasoning capabilities and start believing what is written as the order of their God. Reading and logical thinking would always make us take the good things from our religious books i.e. serving family, society, and humanity.
