A good habit to make sure you’re always evolving and upgrading : every month or so, make a list titled « Ways in which I am currently improving myself / my life ».
It could be as small as drinking enough water or scrubbing your body, but it really helps you keep track of your progress throughout the year and stay accountable to yourself.
Focusing on your life’s betterment will save you from a lot of unnecessary situations and time wasted. Your future self will thank you for it !

saturday | may 17
i'm spending the day tucked away in the library with a stack of books and articles for my history term paper. it's been harder than i expected to get going on this project; i'm so accustomed to STEM courses that this type of work feels strange in comparison.
that's natural, given how much i've progressed in my degree, but part of me can't help but feel nostalgic for my high school self who would have jumped at the chance to work on something like this.
