The weather was finally getting colder, and with the show of the ghosts in the mansion in September, this could only mean one thing. It was her favorite season of seasons. The Halloween season! And with that came, of course, the trip to Halloween Town! A mysterious place that changed most people upon entering it. For Ari specifically, it could get weird, as sometimes she wouldn't change, other times she would change but in more... subtle ways. This year, no such changes occurred. The most that happened was her outfit changing to something more gothic than her usual outfit, but she was going to wear that regardless.

Another thing was how cheerful the young(ish) vampire was. She was quite literally doing loops in the air before going into the hotel to make sure she was checked in. After all, it was the best time of the year! The time to celebrate all things spooky and scary, and to have a great time doing so. Hell, even though she generally dislikes people, it seems like she's in a better mood as well due to the lead up to her favorite holiday. Either way, she's geared up and ready to have a good time.

"Finally! It's time for the best time of the year! Plus... Who knows, maybe it's also the best time for some seasonal pranks?" She gave a mischievous smirk as she thought about her plans for the next month.

If anyone asked her where she would be during the ball, she would absolutely be off by a wall somewhere. While she was invited to a ball, like hell she was going to socialize much. Who did they think she was? A people person? Her? Of course not! So she was probably just going to stick by the wall, unless someone specifically approached her first.

Send "KWEH" to challenge my muse to a chocobo race!

OPTIONAL: if the ask turns into a thread, you can use dice to determine the winner if you feel like spicing things up. Just roll a d20 for each muse in the race and the highest roll wins! Dice not required if you'd rather just plot the race out.

ALTERNATIVELY: send "you got this!" to bet on receiver from the sidelines of a race against unnamed NPCs. Receiver will then use this shindan to write the ask!

While Ari wasn't expecting to be invited to anything, she was surprised to see that she was invited to what looked to be a full on royal summer ball. Not to mention that she didn't exactly go out a lot, which made her slightly concerned. That being said, if she was going to a ball, she had to have a good formal outfit. And thankfully she did, though it was definitely slightly older than probably most of the outfits that folks would have at the ball.

Stinky just looks at the two boys and just sighs. She did not expect the name change, nor did she like it, but she was still the adult and thus had to be responsible. Slightly.

"Calm down you two, it'll be fine. Besides, I'm sure that whatever happened, it wasn't Cheeseball's fault. And hey, it could be worse." She said as she tried to comfort them, while still being reminded of her new unfortunate name. While she would never do a thing around children, god did she need a drink though. A hard one, like whiskey or vodka. She was already so tired.
