a lot of people on this site are like, deeply existentially freaked out that they haven’t been in love by 19 or whatever, and are desperate for any explanation for this that might make it ok. i just want to say, you are completely ok, no explanation needed. this is MUCH more common than you think, especially if you’re not straight. you’re very very young. you’re 100% fine. if you want it, it will happen in its own time.

we’re getting into the groove of things now that school has started. there’s a lot of work to be done, plus a lot of doctor’s appointments happened around this time. i shall persevere!

Classes on consent are being taught in Kenya and rape in these areas where the classes are taught has decreased by 50%. The classes have also increased bystander intervention as well as female empowerment and positive masculinity. 

This should be done everywhere!

week 2 — summer 2018

This week has been very hectic in the end! I went with my partner to visit apartments in Montreal and spent the whole weekend there, and I spent most of the week working and planning the weekend since there were so many things to think about. We might have found a gem of an apartment!
