Here's the beautiful title panel from @steveteare Steve Teare 's comic, "Artemis and Actaeon," that he drew for the Schuylkill Punch Comics Anthology. Steve was aboard the PHINKWELL Comics Collective since the beginning where he completed his 147 page graphic novel, "Back and Forth," over several years. Last year he did his first Risograph comic "The Spider Grand-Mother." about a "Burning Man" type rave. Here Steve has produced a dream-like impressionistic retelling of the Greek myth in which a hapless youth and encounters the dark feminine! Yup! The SCHUYLKILL PUNCH Comics Anthology project is entering its final days on Kickstarter and we are tantalizingly close to achieving our goal. Here's the first page from @dretimeart Dre Grigoropol 's comic, "Magick Secrets," that she drew for the Schuylkill Punch Comics Anthology.I have always liked Dre's comics. She has a relaxed and intuitive way of storytelling. Dre has been working on new comics in her DEE'S DREAM series for the past five years. She also has had stories published in each of the the annual DIRTY DIAMONDS anthologies. I liked the characters of Lupa and the bird from one of Dre's minicomics. I'm glad she wanted to do another story with those characters for the book. She's outdone herself taking full advantage of the color and page size to render this dazzling story in color pencil! Here's a detail from @anujink Anuj Shrestha's frontispiece that he drew for the Schuylkill Punch Comics Anthology. It was a pleasure to meet and talk to Anuj and I was thrilled he wanted to contribute to this project. Anuj has been doing comics like his science fiction series, GENUS. He also produces surreal portraits like those found in his INTERIORS mini. He is also an illustrator who's work can be found in the NEW YORKER and the NEW YORK TIMES among others. Anuj's whole image is spread across most of two pages and hits you as you open the book - a stunning beginning! Here’s a drawing from @sacredprism Ian Harker’s “Boxers” sketchbook, that is featured in the Schuylkill Punch Comics Anthology. It’s great having Ian Harker in the book. He began publishing my stuff ten years ago. Then, more recently in his SECRET PRISON comic tabloid series. After seven issues of SP, he went on to publish a series of Risograph mini comics by various artists as SACRED PRISM. I’ve always liked Ian’s drawings mostly from drawing with him at the Philly Comix Jam. I gave Ian teal and pink color pencils to get some ideas by working with them. I was immediately impressed with Ian’s drawings of celebrated Heavyweight Champs. You gotta see ‘em all!

Here's the splash panel from Terry LaBan 's comic, "Yardwork," that he drew for the Schuylkill Punch Comics Anthology. Terry has been doing comics since the late 1980's most notably for his CUD comic book series and his EDGE CITY newspaper strip. In Terry's most personal comic in a while, he reflects on three generations of men . . . via yardwork. One of his absolute best short stories!
