We spoke with several nutritionists who organized 11 Hollywood diet tips that are well worth following.
Nicole Scherzinger: Only treat at times of your day

"While it may appear just like a diet trend, keeping the number of different tastes on your dish to a minimum can enable you to eat less," Harju said. "When you put in a new taste to meals, it renews your hunger, causing you to consume more. Like spaghetti bolognese - once you add Parmesan cheese, that dish becomes much more interesting."
Heidi Klum: Don't deprive yourself of cravings

"Allowing you to ultimately enjoy a craving (responsibly) will benefit your daily diet by avoiding larger-scale bingeing later," Grace Derocha, an authorized dietitian and wellness trainer at Blue Mix Blue Protect of Michigan said. "That is a slippery slope, though, so people have to be conscious of how they fulfill their cravings
Jessica Biel: Eat multiple smaller sized meals during the day
Celebrity Jessica Biel has touted the advantages of the 3 Hour Diet program before, and while it could sound gimmicky, the idea behind the program can be an old one: eat many smaller sized meals each day instead of 3 bigger foods."
Distributing out several smaller meals or snack foods during the day stimulates visitors to keep an eye on part size," Derocha said. "This forethought and timing properly place people in the driver's chair of what they consume."
Christina Aguilera: Eat by color
While diet plans like the 7-Day Color Diet (which Aguilera swears by) or the "Purple Foods" diet audio ridiculous, there may be some truth to eating by color. "Eating the rainbow" means consuming several vegetables and fewer "white foods."
"One healthy way to consume by color is eliminating or eliminating white carb foods like white bread and rice, and updating them with wholegrain versions," Derocha said. "This introduces more dietary fiber and nutrients from the same foods into your daily diet."
Adriana Lima: Get one of these keto/low-carb diet

"You understand, I'm a carnivore," Ratajkowski told Elle in a recently available interview. "I like to eat meats. I crave iron so I am not the type of person who you will find eating a salad."
Derocha will abide by this model diet. "Proteins and excess fat take much longer (and use more calorie consumption) to break down than carbs, indicating they keep you satisfied much longer," Derocha said. "Kickstarting your metabolism with protein-rich foods helps maintain your energy up much longer, and enhances levels of appetite-regulating hormones to reduce cravings later in the day."
