I'm going to the dentist on Tuesday and then probably getting 2 teeth surgically removed in May and I have no health insurance but I'm still out here going "how can I make sure my needs are met and I'm improving my life? An anime inspired cardigan will surely help. As will new boots"
#the real kicker is the cardi is on pre order so i wont get it until june/july#and the boots arent instock until AFTER my teeth come out but i haven't paid money for those yet so its g#this is the thing i LOVE about travelling for my job i save so much money AND i get extra money from working overtime#so i still have money for teeth thievery AND clothes to get through winter

the whole "omg i'd be so anxious and embarrassed to eat at a restaurant/go to the movies/go to a concert ALONE" thing is so pathetic to me. like literally what are you doing with your life? just rotting in bed when you don't have a chaperone? i love doing stuff alone....it's genuinely refreshing to just read your book and eat a meal at the bar or go to the movies or a show without worrying whether the person you're with is having a good time....
