he USED TO have a nose ring
(+bonus Thoughts under the cut)
this is such a fun lil piece to redraw bc i remember being SO happy with the 2017... and now i can barely look at it lol. then i was SO happy with 2019 version... and again, i can see so many flaws now!
and thats so fun bc i really really feel the progress i made, and it makes me excited to see what the next redraw might look like (it will probably have a more proportional forehead lol)
but to be serious, i still feel a lot of nostalgia and love for the older versions of this drawing. the first one was done during, as you can see by the next vers, 2017 goretober, and i remember i was so proud of myself because i managed to get to around day 10, which is still my record to this day haha. a hanahaki drawing from that challange is still something i think i did a fantastic job with, might dig up the sketchbook to take a photo for another blast from the past
