✨Bairn’dos Collection✨

Kids and toddlers won the poll last month and I’m actually very glad because 1. I had a bunch of kid hairs just sitting in the wip folders and 2. after actually getting back to playing my game in December I really noticed the lack of hairs for the poor wee bairns, especially for tots. So here we are, 11 new meshes for the two age groups! Would have been 12, but you may have noticed EA converted that DU bob for kids as well, so I discarded what would have been “Mira” for kids, as it was almost identical to my own version, heh. They didn’t do it for toddlers so that one’s still included!😁

🌷🌼🌻The Equinox Collection🌻🌼🌷

by @bowl-of-plumbobs​ & @saurussims​ ~ It’s March, and that means it’s practically spring (at least here in the northern hemisphere hehe) which in turn means it’s time for summery clothes as soon it’s warm enough that your eyelashes no longer gather frost when outside, right? We have been hard at work all Februay to bring you this collection of 20 new items;15 new meshes+3 recolours and 2 accessories!!

Everything is BGC

All solid items come in a new “equinox” palette with 25 swatches

Patterned items have between 15 and 20 swatches

All Hairs are hat compatible and come with 18 EA swatches

In addition to being hat compatible, the June hair comes with an accessory scrunchie (found under hats since you’ll either use the scrunchie or a hat, not both heh)

The scrunchie is a mesh edit of this wonderful scrunchie accessory by the lovely @Leeleesims1 💜 so go check out the original and the hair it goes with because they rock beyond all👌

April hair also comes with headband overlay so you can match the headband to all outfits perfectly ^^ (also found under hats!)

Maple skirt comes with a bow overlay so you can change the colour of the bow if you like, found under gloves.

Everything comes complete with all lods, normals, speculars, shadows, proper tags, and they’re disabled for random

👵Rum Raisin Set👴🏾

A collection of items aimed at our beloved Elder sims 💜 If you’re like me (and enough of you are since this set won the polls, hehe), you actually enjoy having elders in your game, even playing with them, and you’ll probably agree there’s not enough stuff for them to wear or do. Another thing that always bothered me was the lack of skin details for elders, and how smooth even the game’s own default skin for elders is. I like wrinkles, ok. The clothes and hairs of course work brilliantly for non-elders too, but I paid special attention to some details to make sure they look nice on elder body-types ^^ 

 Good to know:

Prune Skindetail: two packages for each sex; one that includes face details, and one just for body if you’d prefer your own face details. On the main version there are three levels of face age details, all matched with three different body types, so 9 variations in total PLUS each of those 9 with additional age spots, brining the total number to 18! Only the 6 (3+3) bodytypes in the other package (see pics at the top of download post!!)

Mari hair, is an age conversion of my own Mari hair for kids and toddlers

Both hairs come in 18 EA swatches, have their LODs, tags, shadows, specs and bumps

Clothes come in the 25 swatch Equinox palette, + 20 patterns for Truffle dress (V2), 9 patterns for Pears sweater for males, and 5 extra swatches for Cranberry hat

Everything comes with complete LODs, proper tags, shadows, bumps, speculars, and is disabled for random.

Hoje é dia do @brendon_luciano e o presente tá vindo tarde da noite, pois demorei muito a fazer. Eu queria muito desenhar o homem lindo e perfeito que ele é, mas como não sou muito boa em desenhar homens, decidi fazer algo que simboliza DEMAIS o amigo e a pessoa que ele é. O Brendon é uma das pessoas mais empáticas e prestativas que eu conheço. Ele sempre está lá para os que ama, mesmo quando a pessoa amada é a louca dos áudios imensos no whatsapp 😂😂 (eu posso mandar 20 áudios de 1 a 5min/cada que ele ouve e responde UM POR UM). Nós tivemos a sorte de nascermos na mesma família, mas foi só quando crescemos que escolhemos sermos a família um do outro, e foi uma escolha linda que quero continuar fazendo pra sempre. @brendon_luciano, eu sou extremamente grata por te ter na minha vida, e agradeço por tudo que sempre foi e é pra mim. Vc é incrível, mas vc já sabe disso haha. Mês passado, enquanto lia Drácula para a aula, tive a ideia de fazer um desenho representando um pouco como eu imaginei as "irmãs" da história, ou como são mais comumente chamadas "as noivas de Drácula". O livro em momento nenhum as menciona assim, e sim como as "irmãs" ou as "irmãs estranhas" (weird sisters). Apesar da maneira como são frequentemente representadas nas adaptações (brancas, de cabelo escuro), e segundo um dos narradores, duas daquelas mulheres tinham a pele ESCURA - o que faz bastante sentido, considerando que a Inglaterra estava em um período Imperialista, dominando vários países, e que Drácula mora na Transilvânia - e olhos com um certo brilho vermelho, e uma delas seria "fair" (bonita, melhor dizendo, segundo os padrões de beleza da época, teria pele clara, com olhos claros e cabelo claro). Por alguma razão eu não quis postar quando terminei, mas organizando meus desenhos agora, deu vontade de postar... então aí está minha versão delas 😊 Last month, while I was reading Dracula to class, I had the idea of make a drawing of how I imagined the "Dracula's sisters" or, how they are more usually called, "Dracula's brides" - although, at any moment the book mention them that way, they are usually referred as "sisters" or "weird sisters". And, even though the adaptations usually represent them as white/brunette women, according to one of the narrator's, two of them had DARK skin - which makes a lot of sense, since England was having and Imperialism time, and Dracula lives in Transylvania - , and a sort of red glow in their eyes; while one of them is said to be "fair", probably meaning white, with light eyes and hair. para o #desafiodananathsmaio (refazer um desenho da sua infância), eu refiz essas duas menininhas cabeçudas que era como eu desenhava a maioria das meninas quando criança. Acho que eu começava pela cabeça e esquecia que o corpo tinha que caber na folha 😂😂. Talvez vou fazer outros depois, mas por enquanto é isto.
