Navigating the Journey of College Life

College is part of education phase which provides specialized courses or educational program for us to prepare for our careers and obtain the necessary highest honorary award which is the bachelor's degree. This is how the internet describes college. Too boring may seem.

As I graduated last year for my bachelor's degree in Engineering, aside from this definition of college I was able to made an another definition to it. I realize that, college is not just about obtaining the degree but also meeting new people, transforming and mold me into someone where no one--even me is not familiar with.

College life to me is indeed one of my phases of life which allows me not just to pursuit knowledge but also growth, discovery more about me and meet whom I can say my peeps.

As I enter college, making friends seems not an issue since there are five of us from same senior high school, took the same degree and also had a friend from my junior high school. I also meet my college seniors when I decided to join and be part of our departmental organization and college writing group. Being in a organization allows me to explore my interest aside from writing. Who have thought that I can be a leader! Leadership roles is tough, but as I push myself to my boundaries everything was a lightweight. In some way confidence develops.

Academic pressures is so demanding! There was a time where I cry out of the blue, if you ask why did I cry?--- well you'll expect me to say "I don't know?!"
