Youth capabilities and abilities?
Youth empowerment is an attitudinal, structural, and cultural process whereby young raft gain the ability, authority, and agency to make decisions and implement change in their own lives and the lives of other people, including young and adults. Youth empowerment is a good deal addressed as a gateway to intergenerational equity, civic mesh and democracy building. Many local, state, provincial, regional, national, and international government agencies and nonprofit community based organizations lead programs centered on young empowerment. Everyone seems to be lecture about empowerment these days, female empowerment, workers empowerment, and youth empowerment are just some of the phrases that are flying around. just now what exactly does that empowerment mean, and how can one apply the archetype to their own life? History of Youth Empowerment: The youth empowerment movement started in the 1960s, when students at universities across the united States began to get involved in politics and protests on campus.in time earlier than that, campuses and students had played a large role in the Civil Rights movement and in other political and tender movements, simply for the first time youth and students began to be seen as political and social actors. In response to the Vietnam War, student protests and organizations sprung up, and students demanded the right to be heard. Since those rebellious days, youth empowerment has calmed down significantly, but it continues to be an important part of childhood development and an subjective phase of the transition to adulthood. Typically taking place during heights School and college years, the transition is accompanied by increased involvement in student activities and a growing independence in making life choices and choosing a personal direction

Millennials
Our national hero, Dr. Jose rizal, once quoted "ang kabataan ang pag asa ng bayan." We, the youth, are responsible for the next years of this counry. The challenge is to how can we make this possible with the many problems we are facing. It is indeed necessary that the youth must be empowered to be able to make difference in the society. It would not be possible if there are no outside support. First, family, as the basic unit of the society, must put into minds of the youth their worth as part of the community. It is through our family that we learn our core values . Next, the school must enhance the wisdom of every youth so they can be responsible citizen of the country. The school must inculcate to the young minds the importance of their role. Lastly, the government must also reach out to the youth. They must provide programs wherein they can expand their horizon. They must give support to make sure the youth are on track.Indeed, everyone must extend their support to every youth so that they can be empowered. We, the youth, are the next generation leaders of this society. We, the youth, need every help we can help to survive challenges we are facing. We the youth, are truly the hope of our country

Today's Youth

To prepare our youths for the challenges of live ahead, an initiative that is far more intentional is required a supportive circle of peers and adults, a group where value is placed on truth, connection, compassionate and co-creating lives. -Allison Garcia

Can we save humanity from ignorance?
Well, there are two answers for that, yes and no. Why did I say yes and no in the question? Okay, I will explain everything. Let’s start with the good ones first. First of all, this generation is more likely have more education than the previous generation, we are mostly straight up entrepreneurs, the millennials set their priorities straight, ( and this part, let’s be open minded for this part) millennials are more likely “go with the flow” in sex (literally), and more things that the millennials are better at like education, technology and etc.. And lets go to the bad part about today’s millennials, ( please dont be offended in what I’m saying, alright? ) most of the millenials don’t have knowledge about politics, money, and etc. , also this generation are more lazy and getting into really bad vices like alcohol, smoking, drugs, sex and more. Okay, those are the pros and cons of a millennial. The main idea of this subject is that there are no advantages or disadvantages in this generation of being a millennial. Some people say that “ The machine doesn’t have the problem, it is you is the problem.” means that we made mistakes sometimes but we need to accept the consequences that we make. - Arvee A. Vicente
