Einfach die Schuhe ausziehen und barfu脽laufen. Den Boden f眉hlen, Gras, Steine, 脛ste, manchmal tut es weh, aber immer so unglaublich gut. Besser noch: Einfach Morgens keine Schuhe anziehen und den ganzen Tag barfu脽 sein: In der Uni, im Bus, beim Sport, beim Einkaufen, im Park, im Wald. Oft wird man seltsam angeguckt und abends sind die F眉脽e schmutzig. Ich vermisse es!
Just take off your shoes and walk barefoot. Feeling the ground, grass, stones, branches, sometimes it hurts, but always so incredibly good. Even better: Just don't put on shoes in the morning and be barefoot all day long: At the university, on the bus, doing sports, shopping, in the park, in the forest. Often people look at you strangely and in the evening your feet are dirty. I miss it!
