is it too unrealistic to want a partner who, when i blatantly but nicely name my need (“i’d like some attention”), to drop what they’re doing (nothing important, watching yt reels & having a donut) to support my need?
i’d understand if he was doing something important. but reels is not important. and he can eat his donut and give me attention. his excuse is “well i’m not gonna stare you in the face while i’m eating”…
i work all morning and come home to sit at my desk or lay in my bed while he watches yt on his computer for hours. i have to ask him to do anything together. he doesn’t even start conversations with me unless it’s just him telling me something he just saw on yt.
tired.
