Andrew had see all type of people in and out of the hospital. Some are older and you can tell they are sick. Or others coming in and they say don't feel good and they have to check and find nothing. Then there is just every day people who come in with nagging pains and sickness and people are wanting to be seen. But there is never anything like Abigail, and Andrew knew they had to help her. Everyone has turned her away and Andrew knew something was there but he wasn't sure what. As someone who had seen the decline in someone who looked perfectly normal, and healthy, he knew it was possible. That is why he fights for the patients who don't know what is going on.

Andrew knew that Abigail needed this and she needed to feel something was wrong and to get it fixed. The one person who could help was Bailey. Andrew met Abigail in the elevator and seeing a side of he he knows that she is afraid to let people see, he was not going to take that for granted. But seeing as he was overseeing her case and being the doctor in this sense he had to take a step back and really just be the one who did this even when things weren't looking good for anyone else seeing anything. Andrew wanted to help her and he wanted to be the one to find something to ease her mind more too. So he knew they had to do all of this.

Bailey was good and Abigail would get the help she needed and the answers she needed. So that is why she was getting the care she needed and Andrew wanted to be apart of that. But he knew it was going to take time and he knew she wanted to be comfortable and her knowing him, it might make it easier and it might make it something that it worth her getting nos before. Bailey knew what she was doing and knew kind of what to look for when it comes to what is going on. Andrew left the room when she did and wanted her to get comfortable and then he had to go tell her Bailey was coming in and then she went over things and left and then Andrew walked into the doorway to let her know the plan.

Nodding his head with his arms crossed over his chest and he knew they had to. "She will, trust me. She will be asking for everything to see what is the common denominator and see what she can do to really just help you. I know this is scary and I know this is something we all don't like, but just know you came to the right place because she is one of the best." Shaking his head, he knew she wasn't crazy. "You aren't crazy. We know what our bodies are supposed to feel like, so don't think you're crazy. But a tumor is a possibility and we can check for that, Just don't give up hope okay? We got you." A smile pulled at Andrew's face hoping that she knew he meant all of this and something will be done.

"Just, don't get too upset if it takes a few okay? These things take time but Bailey, she is determined and once she finds something, she will be the first to let you know. So relax and we will be back."

When Andrew seen his mom get sick and not make it past the sickness, he wanted to help others and make sure they got the best care they could have. That is why Andrew went into the field he was in and just wanting to be that person for someone to feel like they have hope. His mother didn’t have that and he was helpless when all that happened being he was family and he felt like he couldn’t help. So, now, he was in the best program and he was with some of the best surgeons and learning what he was good at to help these patients when they feel like they are alone. That is all it is, making them feel like their voices are being heard. 

Working with Bailey has been an experience and learning from the best. She was the best, and she was the hardest on everyone, but she knows everyone and what they are capable of. But this case today, he was glad he was with her, Abigail was there and she was trying to find answers. Meeting her by accident, he was glad he did, because her eyes were piercing and he knew she was there for a reason. Not that he judges because she was getting help. Andrew as just glad she had a familiar face in the room as Bailey can be a little bit of an intimidating woman. Not that it was a bad thing, he just wanted to do things right around her, and acting like Abigail and him didn’t have a connection was hard. But he had to. 

Just letting Abigail know the room is never the boring, she’d hear things and rumors and he wanted the gossip that was going around that day if it was possible. Maybe that was asking for too much but that is what he wanted. But he wanted her to feel comfortable and just relax as she was in good hands. “As long as you ask me and I can make it clear, can’t have you thinking some sort of thing about me when it isn’t true. Just, some people have a lot to say before consulting me to see if it’s true, so you have been warned on all of that. Don’t take it all to heart.” 

Nodding his head, he can agree to share his day with her if that will help her relax being she is alone. That is all it is right now, she was alone and needed someone and he wanted to be that person. “I will do that. You can hear some of the people who I work with and the patients we get. Some are good and some need help a little bit, but that is why we do this.” Winking at Abigail and he was gone to get Bailey and let her know her patient was ready and in bed and just waiting for her to hear her out. He hated she was alone and Andrew knew that Bailey wouldn’t like that either and want her parents to be there if they had to do surgery. That was the only thing. 

Andrew finally entered again and this time with Bailey and they could get their exam done and see where to start when it came to Abigail and hoping that they can figure something out for her. He knew if she was in good hands it will be Bailey and she would listen and she would take into account that she was struggling just a little bit but wanted their help. That is all they could do. Seeing the change in Bailey’s eyes, he knew that look and she had something in mind. That is when Andrew had to stay back and get somethings for her and that means a little more time with Abigail and getting to know her and hoping she knows she is in good hands. 

“Now, we won’t ever think you’re insane. You are here for a reason and if anyone can figure it out, it will be Doctor Bailey. She is one of the best and she will know just what to do. Now, I need you to sit back and relax so I can take your vitals and she can see where she can start and see when we can get things going. And if things change and you want me to call your parents, let me know and I will get them here for you okay? You shouldn’t have to go through this alone. You do know that right? Just, think about it okay? That is all I ask.” Feeling a grin tug at his lips and he flashed it at Abigail as he got to work and they were ready to start this for her and get her on the right road to recovery and whatever his going on figured out seeing as she has been pushed away before, they won’t do that here. Andrew has seen these type of patients. From the outside looking in, they look healthy and fit. But have symptoms no one knows and everyone thinks they are lying. That is a reason why Andrew came to do what he does. His father was sick and Andrew didn't understand it until he got older. His older sister protected him from the mess that was his dad. Doesn't mean he doesn't know how to help now, but now it was too late and he was here in Seattle, and he was going to make a difference. Sure, he wasn't doing anything by himself, but he wanted to help those who didn't have a voice, and those who are fighting for themselves and knowing others might turn them away. Seeing Abigail, she was one of those patients that seems like no one believes because Andrew can admit, on the outside looking in, she looks healthy. She was someone he could get to know and really make sure her stay there was good, but he also knew he couldn't cross a line then he wouldn't be on the case and he wanted to really help her figure out just what is going on.

Andrew knew he was going over and beyond with Abigail. But she was alone and she didn't know what was going on. But being alone, that couldn't be easy, and Andrew, he didn't want her to be alone. He didn't want her to feel like no one was there for her or anything else. Andrew was that type of person. He wanted his patients to feel like they are special and everyone is listening and that is just what he was doing. When he had time, and he had time to check on her, he would. Like now, he didn't have to as Bailey was working on getting all of her charts from doctors and realizing what they might have missed. He went peeked into her room, and he leaned against the door frame, and his arms crossed across his chest. He coughed slightly to get her attention.

"Doctor Bailey is calling the hospitals you were at before and getting everything from them. So she can see anything that they missed. Because there is no way there is nothing there. We all know there is something, you know something and we just have to find what is going on." He came into the room a little more and sat down and he rubbed his hands together and nodded his head. "Yeah, once we get everything we will run some test and then we will see what happens from there. But with Doctor Bailey, she won't rest until he runs everything and that is the doctor you have. So you are in good hands."

When people come into Grey+Sloan, they are expected to be listened to, and taken seriously. Sometimes, it is harder to find something when they don't know where to start, or the person doesn't really know what is going on. That is why everyone has to listen and really just take in the signs and then try to help them. That is where they were at with Abigail. She came in and she was trying to explain just what was going on and why she was there. Andrew has been the one who couldn't really help anyone at the time and that was his mother. He was in a place where he could help people and she was one of those people he wanted to help. Because she was younger and she had her whole life ahead of her.

Working with Bailey on this rotation, Andrew considered himself lucky because he knew he could make this work. But seeing her in the elevator, he would have never known she was there to see Bailey about a case, he thought she was there for a job and Bailey was helping her. Andrew had been told he was a good looking guy, and maybe too good looking to be a doctor, but he was there to make a difference, but something about her, he knew he wanted to get to know her, but he knew it was against everything being she was his patient in a way as she was also Bailey's. But he also knew she was alone and that is one thing he didn't want her to be. He knew having someone made it easier.

Knowing she was alone made Andrew want to be there a little more for her. Be in the room when she was alone, because the quietness really did something to people and that meant that he had to really keep her mind engaged in more then getting lost in her thoughts. He had seen patients that have gotten too deep into their heads, but there is something about her he just wanted to get to know more. he knew it was against everything, but he just wanted to really know her and make sure she knew she wasn't alone. Bailey being the best person to tell her what was going on, that is all he needed and she needed. Knowing she would do anything to make sure she was good.

By Bailey's look, he could tell she was thinking something. Just by everything she has written down and seeing the notes, he knew her head was working and he couldn't help but smile at that. But seeing the nerves and seeing the way she was nervous, he waited until Bailey walked out and Andrew cleared his throat. "If anyone knows what is going on it is her. I am not just saying that, but she is good. Better then most I could say, and so, knowing she is taking this on, you have a good shot at knowing just what is going on. Just don't give up on hope. I believe she will find something and you can tell your parents or whoever and we can help you okay?"

Reassurance, he knew she needed it and that is why he said that. He wasn't lying about it all though, it was more just allowing her to see that he meant it and that she could relax knowing Bailey won't give up until she finds something.

Andrew was there to do his job. He wasn't really one who had friends in the beginning. He came in telling people he was something he wasn't and they thought he was trying to get ahead of everyone and just out due them, when instead he was just doing what he knew. That is when he put his head down and wanted to help people, that is something he had worked hard for seeing his mother go through everything she had. His father was a doctor. But he hadn't seen him in a while, and so this is what he was meant to do. Take care of people the way they couldn't take care of his mother and the way he knew how to take care of people.

Bumping into Abigail and seeing she needed help. He knew they had to do something. For someone who has been pushed away from other people, she was certain what she felt and that alone made him think something was wrong, and he wanted to help her. It was more convincing Bailey to take her on, and she decided she would and that meant something to Abigail and he knew that. But who knew that seeing her would ignite something inside of Andrew. He knew it was wrong, and he knew it wasn't something he needed because she was a patient, but there was something about her. Andrew just knew he couldn't cross a line if that meant he was going to help Bailey on this case.

Andrew wanted to make sure Abigail was comfortable. He knew hospital beds weren't the best and she was nervous as it was, hoping to find something she can go back and say this is what was wrong. So Bailey being the best she is, he knew if anyone could do it, then he knew she could. Andrew had started a small talk conversation with her to try to calm her nerves because he knew she was struggling with that in a way. But coming back with Bailey once she was settled and he could tell the older woman was all for a challenge and this might be it, and Andrew was just glad he was apart of it.

As Bailey asked questions, Andrew could tell her head was churning with ideas of what it is. As Bailey walked away to put in some ordered test, he heard her pleas and knew he had to do something. They had to find something for her. "We will do our best. Just know, Doctor Bailey, she is the best and I think she has something she thinks it might be. Just we will work hard, and we will find something for you. If that is the last thing we do. Just relax and we will be back to get you for your test." He gives her a slight look before nodding his head once with a grin on his face and he finally walked out the room and get the orders she was going to give him to continue all of this.

Andrew knew what he wanted to do at a young age. His mother got sick and he seen every part of that. He knew he didn’t want families going through that. That is why he went into the field he was in. Seeing everyone with no hope in their eyes, to having it because they figured something out. That is why Andrew never wanted to turn anyone away. It wasn’t fair and seeing Abigail, and seeing that she has been turned away by multiple people, he knew there had to be something. Bailey was not one who would turn someone away. They would do all the right test and see just what is going on with her. Andrew has a lot of faith in Bailey and knows she can do it.

He could tell she was nervous. Nervous that she was going to get the same answer and no one will know just what she is going through. Andrew looked at her and flashed a gin knowing she needed to feel all of that and make sure she was doing okay. Make sure she was comfortable and make sure she didn’t need anything else. That is what he was there for, and to learn from the best who has done it and the one who can do anything. That is why he knew she was in good hands, but she was nervous. Andrew wanted to make sure Abigail was calm and she knew she had the best as Bailey, she wasn’t one who was going to give up. One who wasn’t going to allow someone to walk out without answers. That is just how it is.

He just wanted to stay there a little longer. There was something about her and he knew this was wrong. So he had to keep it professional if he was being honest with himself. He knew he couldn’t say or do anything that crosses a line, but Abigail, she was like no one he has ever met. And he wanted to make sure she got the best if he was being honest. She deserved the answers she hasn’t gotten before. He just wanted her to feel comfortable and knowing she was in the right place. “We will get answers for you okay? Just, be patient and Doctor Bailey will be in here soon.” Just as he went to leave he turned back and grinned at her before disappearing to go get Doctor Bailey.

But feeling the jolt he hasn’t felt in a while, he just knew he couldn’t cross that line. But her smile, when she didn’t think he was looking, she looked content with him there, and that alone made it all worth it if he was being honest. But he knew he had to get doctor mode on as he went to Doctor Bailey and handed her the chart he had started and she looked it over and they were on their way to her room now. Andrew followed her in and once they heard everything, she took notes and he was sure she knew just what she was looking for. He looked over at Bailey and she nods at him knowing that nod she had an idea of what this could be.

She told Abigail that it will be a few and a few test would be run as soon as she got them. And Andrew had to stay back and get her vitals and everything else. As she walked out, he looked at Abigail. “That nod, I am pretty sure she knows what she is going to look for. I told you, she is the best. Just relax and let me do all of this and then we will get things started.”

Andrew and @impulsiveamore were close. Growing up they only had one another and not that he was complaining because honestly, he loved his big sister. He loved that they were so close, but when he was younger he was taken to the US with his mom and Carina stayed back with their father. He didn’t know why but he just knew he wouldn’t see her everyday. But as he was older, Carina ended up at the same hospital to work and they were back together. They were able to form that bond again. 

Carina was in a car crash and between Arizona and himself; they made sure she was well taken care of. Made sure Carina had the best care she could have. That’s what it was about. But when she got released, Andrew knew Arizona could take care of her but he wanted to see her. He wanted to make sure she was okay, and Carina had asked him to come over. Andrew was off that day, so it was perfect timing if he was being honest. It didn’t take long for him to be standing at the front door.

He took a deep breath and he lifted his hand to knock on the door. He waited for Carina to answer the door and be can finally see how she’s doing as well. Making sure she is okay as he could see with his own eyes as well.

Andrew had wanted to be a doctor since his mother got sick and passed away. He couldn’t save her, but he knew he could be able to save others if he went on that path and tried not to get too far ahead of himself. He was just someone who wanted to help when he could. So getting to come to the best teaching hospital, he seen somethings walk through that door and he was learning everyday. Working with Bailey, shew as smart, and she knew what she was doing, that is why he liked working with her. Abigail walked in and she didn’t look like she needed help, but here he was, getting her settled and he was trying to make sure she knew he wasn’t going to look at her differently, that is not something they do when they are in school. They learn to just keep everything mutual.

She was experiencing some symptoms and Andrew knew they had to mark off every box instead of turning her away because she didn’t look sick. But Andrew knew better. His mother didn’t look too sick when she was in the hospital, so he got it. That is why he was glad she didn’t take no for an answer and just hoping they can find something for her. Bailey was the best in the game with this type of thing and Andrew knew if anyone would find something it would be her. He knew he could help as he looked at a lot of things as well, and he helped the best he could. He know he didn’t get off on the right foot in this place, but he was respected now by his peers and everyone else and he was ready to how he was meant to be there as well.

To say Andrew was shocked when he found her Abigail was the patient he was working on. Because he felt something with her in the elevator but he had to behave and just do his job and then talk to her about everything else after. He knew he couldn’t pass the line, he had seen it before and he doesn’t want to be that person now either. Getting her comfortable and he was in the room, he just hoped she knew he was there and he was the one who wanted her to know they were there. “I am not that type of person trust me. I am one who will stick it out. But right now, I am your doctor. I am going to make sure you get the help you need and we will figure all of this out.” A grin on his face, hoping she knows he meant what he said. They will figure this out.

But he just wanted her to have someone. Being alone was hard and he just knew she needed someone. “No crossing line, but if you ever need someone, you can tell the nurses you need me and I can keep you company. Doing this alone is not ideal, and I think you will find this place not to be too fun, except for the gossip the nurses tend to hear before anyone else, so you may hear some good stories and I except an update when I come in and check on you.” Winking at Abigail hoping she knows it was all good fun and he knew the nurses weren’t too quiet when talking. He made sure she was comfortable and he left to get Bailey. They would be in and then they would definitely figure something out.

It wasn’t too much later after he left and Bailey and him walked in and Andrew was given the task of telling Bailey just what was going on. “Abigail Simmons. Here today because she has been having symptoms that no one can figure out. Her body doesn’t feel right, she has migraines, can’t eat much and doesn’t gain weight. She wants to see just what is going on but doesn’t know where to start.” He looks over at Bailey and she nods her head once and asked for more about what is going on.

Just, some people have a lot to say before consulting me to see if it’s true, so you have been warned on all of that. Don’t take it all to heart.” 

Nodding his head, he can agree to share his day with her if that will help her relax being she is alone. He knew that he would learn how to do everything he wanted to do and more. After seeing his mother get sick and not being able to save her, he didn’t want that to be what he did anymore. Andrew has learned to be honest, but also not brutal. He grinned at Abigail after seeing the smile that pulled at her face. She was more relaxed now that she was there and Bailey and him were working on her case. Just he knows not all people want to come to the hospital if they didn’t have to. It was the last place someone wanted to be. That is why he figured, there was something wrong and he wanted to be sure she got all the answers to her questions. But he also wanted to feel a connection with someone. Something he hasn’t felt in so long. Abigail was special and he wanted to make sure she knew that and to makes sure he could help in finding something.

But he also wanted to calm her and so he of course blabbed everything he did, and what was going on. Andrew was someone who just wanted someone to know him, especially when he felt like there was something there. But he knew it was wrong to cross a line. He just knew he had to make sure she was safe first and foremost and they just do what they can to just talk. “Oh no, you don’t need to thank me. You are here and there is a reason we all know that. It is just the fact of finding it and helping you. I would never treat you differently. Why would I?” Chucking low at the last part and he just shook his head. “I am afraid I don’t want to cross a line, so maybe just keep it to a minimum until you aren’t my patient and then we will see what is going on.”

Andrew just knew Bailey would know. She knows everything so he had to put distance there, but he would be checking in and making sure she was good. “Just know, we won’t stop until we know what is wrong with you and know what we need to do before we take any further steps. If anyone can figure it out, Doctor Bailey will makes sure you have all the answer and give you the option to call your parents before we do anything else. Now, I know you don’t want to, but think about it once we know what is going on okay? But lay back and relax and we will be back to take you down for test. And don’t mind the gossip you hear, Bailey thinks everyone is over the top, and she doesn’t like the rumors and gossip, so you just listen and don’t take anything to heart.”

Winking at her as he went to turn around and leave to walk back in with Bailey and get her set up for everything, he will make sure Abigail is moved ahead and get her test as soon as she can and they can figure out just what is going on.

He knew what it was like, but Abigail, she wasn’t crazy, she was there because of a reason, and he was going to make sure she knew what was going on with her before she goes home empty handed again, Andrew was going to fight for this.

Grey+Sloan was known as the place that was good for patients and found things others missed. That is what he was hoping for. But he knew the hospital talks and he knew she would hear things, and somethings are rarely true when it comes to him and other people. We make everyone feel special, but in your case, I hope it was something that made you smile, and forget about the issues we are going through, and really just hope that we can make you guys feel good as well. So the little flirting, it is kept between us.”

Working in a hospital, you see a lot of people come and go. Andrew has seen is fair share. Back when his mother was sick and admitted into a hospital, to being there and working as much as he was allowed, there is just a lot of things they see. Some people are there because they don’t have a place to go and somethings are wrong with them, or you have the ones that are wanting to get answers to something they can’t control and that is just what Andrew seen when he looked at Abigail. She was in need and he couldn’t help her if he didn’t know what was going on. He knew Doctor Bailey was the best person for this and that is just who who she was looking for.

He could see why Abigail was there to see Bailey, she was good and she needed answers. They will never think she is crazy, she was there for a reason, and they won’t stop until they do everything, that is something they were good about doing. They believed their patients and believed they would find something. He just wanted her to feel comfortable. Hospitals weren’t the best comfort zone for anyone and he couldn’t blame her for being nervous. He was when he wasn’t the one who was on this side of things. But the way to make people feel comfortable, Andrew flashes the charm he learned from his mother. Not that he wanted to cross a line, but Abigail, it was fun for the most part and he could tell it made her feel better and normal for the most part, instead of being a patient.

But what he didn’t count on was gettin caught up in that moment and having to reel it in when Bailey walked into the room. But before that, Andrew wanted to make sure the patient was comfortable and he wanted to comfort her in a way. He didn’t even know she was sick, if you looked at her, she didn’t look like the other patients he had seen during the day, but never judge by that. He had learned you have to check off everything. But she was different and Andrew knew he couldn’t cross the line when it came to a patient and him. He never wanted to be that person. So he was going to refrain and be her doctor and then make sure she was okay. That was what he had to do.

Bailey came in and heard her out and Andrew knew she was thinking about just what she can check for. She was a genius and Andrew was pretty open to hearing her out as well because why not learn from the best. Rolling his eyes in a playful way and a chuckle is heard from him. “How much did someone pay you to say that? Lets just say none of them liked me my first day, which was my own fault, so I couldn’t blame them. I pretended to be an attendee when I was only an intern, so that was rough. You may hear that story sometime.” Winking at her and he checked her vitals and noticed a little elevated numbers. “Have your numbers been running a little high for a while?”

He grabs what he needed for the test along with the numbers and he grabs her arm and he does the work up he needed to do for Bailey and nodded his head once. “Why wouldn’t we believe you? You’re in good hands with Doctor Bailey. There is no doubt about that, she will make sure you get what you need. So, we may work you up a little more, and then run some test if you’re good with that. Just relax and we will be back.”

Andrew had learned to be compassionate. He knew some of the people in the hospital were scared and they were alone most times. That is why he was working on being the best version of himself there so the patients can trust him and the patients can really just allow for each of them to just find their niche. For Andrew, he felt he could do anything, but when he met Abigail, she was alone and scared and looking for someone to actually listen to her. Someone to take her seriously and that is where Bailey comes in and she can help this person. She can do everything to make sure Abigail was okay. To make sure that she was getting the care that she needs. 

Meeting Abigail before getting her to Bailey’s office was a nice way to get to know someone. He never crossed a line but something about Abigail and getting to know her was all he needed to know Bailey needed to find something and Bailey needed to help her. He felt an attraction to Abigail and he knows not to cross a line but he knew if he could calm her, it would be a good thing for someone who seems to be at a loss with how things are going for her. He was told to take her to a room, and that is exactly what he did. He was getting her settled and just getting her up to date on things because lets be honest, people in this hospital talk a lot that was something that Andrew found out. 

Nodding his head he couldn’t help but chuckle. “Trust me, people like to stretch the truth, so I will make sure I tell you the right things if you hear something. Not needed you to have a bad impression of me when I am working with Bailey and you’ll see me everyday.” Winking at Abigail and keeping the banter going as if she was wanting it, and he just felt it would keep her at ease being at a place alone and hoping to find something that will make her feel better. Just Andrew knew he had to keep the distance and not really put himself at risk for the fact he felt a pull towards the woman in the bed. He had to leave and grab Bailey letting her know she was all ready. He wanted her to get comfortable. Relax and they would be back. 

Andrew left and let her get comfortable. He had to go get Bailey so they could work her up and Andrew wasn’t sure if her parents would be there. He had a feeling it wasn’t going to be easy, and he had a feeling it was going to be a long road and he was going to be there for Abigail through it all. Andrew was told to get her vitals so he walked back into the room with a grin on his face. “So I am here to run some test and then Doctor Bailey will be in here. She is the best and I am sure she will make you feel great. I know this isn’t the best part but I have to do this so we know what to rule out you know?” He just wanted her to know and he waited until she was ready. 

“Let me know when you’re ready and I can start I don’t want tomato any sudden moves unless you know I am doing it. But if it makes you feel any better, we don’t think you’re crazy. Only you know your body and you know something is wrong. So no one else can tell you otherwise, so don’t think otherwise okay?”

When Andrew seen his mom get sick and not make it past the sickness, he wanted to help others and make sure they got the best care they could have. That is why Andrew went into the field he was in and just wanting to be that person for someone to feel like they have hope. His mother didn’t have that and he was helpless when all that happened being he was family and he felt like he couldn’t help. So, now, he was in the best program and he was with some of the best surgeons and learning what he was good at to help these patients when they feel like they are alone. That is all it is, making them feel like their voices are being heard. 

Working with Bailey has been an experience and learning from the best. She was the best, and she was the hardest on everyone, but she knows everyone and what they are capable of. But this case today, he was glad he was with her, Abigail was there and she was trying to find answers. Meeting her by accident, he was glad he did, because her eyes were piercing and he knew she was there for a reason. Not that he judges because she was getting help. Andrew as just glad she had a familiar face in the room as Bailey can be a little bit of an intimidating woman. Not that it was a bad thing, he just wanted to do things right around her, and acting like Abigail and him didn’t have a connection was hard. But he had to. 

Just letting Abigail know the room is never the boring, she’d hear things and rumors and he wanted the gossip that was going around that day if it was possible. Maybe that was asking for too much but that is what he wanted. But he wanted her to feel comfortable and just relax as she was in good hands. “As long as you ask me and I can make it clear, can’t have you thinking some sort of thing about me when it isn’t true. Just, some people have a lot to say before consulting me to see if it’s true, so you have been warned on all of that. Don’t take it all to heart.” 

Nodding his head, he can agree to share his day with her if that will help her relax being she is alone. That is all it is right now, she was alone and needed someone and he wanted to be that person. “I will do that. You can hear some of the people who I work with and the patients we get. Some are good and some need help a little bit, but that is why we do this.” Winking at Abigail and he was gone to get Bailey and let her know her patient was ready and in bed and just waiting for her to hear her out. He hated she was alone and Andrew knew that Bailey wouldn’t like that either and want her parents to be there if they had to do surgery. That was the only thing. 

Andrew finally entered again and this time with Bailey and they could get their exam done and see where to start when it came to Abigail and hoping that they can figure something out for her. He knew if she was in good hands it will be Bailey and she would listen and she would take into account that she was struggling just a little bit but wanted their help. That is all they could do. Seeing the change in Bailey’s eyes, he knew that look and she had something in mind. That is when Andrew had to stay back and get somethings for her and that means a little more time with Abigail and getting to know her and hoping she knows she is in good hands. 

“Now, we won’t ever think you’re insane. You are here for a reason and if anyone can figure it out, it will be Doctor Bailey. She is one of the best and she will know just what to do. Now, I need you to sit back and relax so I can take your vitals and she can see where she can start and see when we can get things going. And if things change and you want me to call your parents, let me know and I will get them here for you okay? You shouldn’t have to go through this alone. You do know that right? Just, think about it okay? That is all I ask.” Feeling a grin tug at his lips and he flashed it at Abigail as he got to work and they were ready to start this for her and get her on the right road to recovery and whatever his going on figured out seeing as she has been pushed away before, they won’t do that here. Not at all.
