Heard from several people that you are taking people's money and not sending them videos they paid for. Can you please clarify?

I have had problems editing and getting them sent out so they cant be re-sold. Thats why i prefer live shows! That way noone is dissapointed. I assure that my two fans who have purchsed will be getting their videos as soon as i can figure put how to get them sent :)
