Born and Raised in Tennessee, Joey was adopted at a young age by a loving family with 5 other children. She always knew that she’d be doing big things one day and with 5 siblings, money/in necessities were hard to come by. By the time she was 15 she had received her first job at a costume shop which she quickly became infatuated with the costuming world in general, using every dime she had to pour it into costume design and schooling to support her dreams. In college she took on a few serving jobs to help prepare and not long out of school she’d received her very first job offer in the theater world which spurred on her career in film where she remains now.
