=Ask A Reset Introduction=

Welcome, to an ask blog made by @snasyblooart

In this ask blog, it contains an AU called “Reset”, which may still be in development, because of character designs, but those will be done along the way! She has a lot planned for this ask blog and AU, and there may be be small little posts containing a bit of story, so keep a look out!

This AU includes Kiibouma, so if you don’t like the ship, this blog isn’t for you. Just know you always have the option to look away, too!

It all starts when Kokichi survives until the end, though sadly Kaito dies from the disease. At the final trial, Tsumugi offers him a chance to be the new mastermind, but the offer came with a catch. One that changed Kokichi's life. The catch was that if he refused, Kiibo would be executed, and if he accepted, Kiibo would live. He would reject and call it a bluff, but he didn't want to take the risk, so he accepts the deal.After that, Tsumugi laughs like a maniac, says some words before everything starts to collapse around him and the others. A piece of the ceiling comes down on Tsumugi, crushing her. Then, Kiibo calls out to Kokichi, but Kokichi didn't hear. Though it didn't matter because when he looked up, he saw a piece of the ceiling coming down to him, and it ends up crushing him.This is where the new timeline comes in, he wakes up in a locker after hearing a voice, and when he gets out of the locker, he realizes that it's Kiibo who he hears because he's the one he met at the beginning of the old timeline. He goes to take the robots hand to get him, but that's when he realizes something strange happened to his outfit, and not only that, but Kiibo doesn't even know who he is. So now he's stuck in a new timeline at the beginning of it all, with all of the memories of the last killing game. He has to relive everything that happened in the last timeline, and he's scared to even reveal the fact that he's the mastermind to end it because the others, and even Kiibo, might hate him because they'd think he started the killing game, like anyone would. But thing is, he was forced by the Tsumugi in the other timeline, but they don't know that. So he keeps it a secret, but thing is, Kokichi tries to somehow prevent the deaths in this timeline, even if he's the mastermind now. He would end it himself another way, but something's stopping him.The something that stops him from ending it is the fact the button to end the killing game is in the mastermind room that he can enter and exit through the closet in his dorm room, but the thing is, it's protected by a special password he needs to know. So here comes a game of riddles and hunting, where he gets hints and has to find out where the next hint is to find the special password to end the killing game. Of course, he could also just reveal himself, but he read in a book in the mastermind room that if a mastermind was to reveal themselves, they were to get executed no matter what unless they ended the killing game before they revealed themselves. So that forces him to find the special password. Keep in mind that it isn't told how many hints there are, so he has to search a lot until he gets the final hint.
