Jevin didn't understand why clothing would warrant being nibbled, but.. whatever. At least he was let go. He gave a nod as a quiet thanks and rubbed the side of his face a bit, looking to the jacket in his hands and then at Simon.

"... major what? Is that-.. a good thing..? Why're you calling Durple that?" Yeah, he doesn't understand the slang. He does slip on the jacket, though, only smelling the faint senses of death after putting it on. Huh. That's concerning. Maybe he actually has bitten someone.. he considered asking about it, but decided not to for now. Maybe he's paranoid. Maybe. He hoped he was paranoid.

He's certainly not as energetic as Simon is. He's never been one for being particularly 'playful', usually just keeping things more calm and serious. So this isn't something he was very much used to at all. He wasn't keen on risking getting hurt, so he just.. kept trying to lightly push Simon off.

"Only as friends. He helped me a lot before the disaster happened, or at least tried to. He never trusted Black and tried to warn me, warnings I didn't listen to and now regret ignoring. It hurts thinking about him. He was very kind."

Ow. Yeah. That-... yeah. He kinda froze up for a few seconds upon his face being 'munched' to process it before trying to push him off a bit, somewhat in a fight or flight response, though he didn’t intend on actually running unless there were signs of aggression. He couldn't help but remember what the Simon in his world did to Brud involving biting. Though this was obviously less aggressive than that, it was still concerning.

"-- uh- can you not bite me--" He said in a bit of a rushed manner.

Ah. He forgot how nice being pat was. Even though he usually denied physical contact, he couldn't deny that he actually liked it. Feeling the aliens paw glide over his feathers, it felt very soothing. He didn't mention that yet, though, just silently enjoying it, staying oddly still as he just let Simon do this.

"Can you tou-..?" He looked confused at you, before realizing why. He wasn't one to show his feathers much, preferring to have his robe over them. Wow, Simons mind sure moved around a lot. He wasn't expecting a reaction about his feathers, somewhat hoping he wouldn't comment about them, but guess he did.

Welp. Guess they're doing this. He took his own cloak off and handed it to the ecstatic alien before then looking over the jacket/hoodie that was tossed to him. Waffle hash browns... he'd have to consider those.

If this was before his world's event, he wouldn't have even considered doing any of this. Even now, it felt odd taking the cloak off, but at least he was willing to do it now. At least Simon seemed happy about this.

Guess if he had to wear anything else, a hoodie would be okay. He generally stuck with his cloaks, but he wouldn't argue about a hoodie. He never thought about how yellow would look on him though.

"Then I guess I won't.." thank god indeed because he did not want him to go in another laughing fit like that again. His cloak would surely tear if that happened while in the position he was in, and Simon would probably pass out at that point.

"It is comfy.. I have more if you want one. I don't think it fits your general style, though, if that's something you worry about. All I have are blue or black. I don't wear the Black ones anymore. They work as a nice portable blanket."

Luckily, he had others like it if that was the case, but it'd still be a shame. At least he was comfortable?? It felt kinda nice to help him. Even if it started from such a silly reason. He let Simon be comfy, his hands just awkwardly on his shoulders.

Of course Simon knew. He was already expecting to hear that name, or at least something similar to it. He certainly didn't expect the second one though. What even is that name? No wonder Durple had to pause and think before mentioning their name. Sounded like something a kid would make up.

He somehow managed to get to the sprunked world. Why? Honestly, he didn't know himself. Maybe he just wanted to feel less awful about everything. At least go away from his own world for a bit. He wasn't even aware this was the sprunked world at first until he saw a purple figure. Durple-? No, but why does he have strings on his head? And no fins? Were they cut off?? Is this-.. no, but the sky's normal, so.. huh. He was now just staring at this 'Durple', as if trying to figure out a puzzle. He didn't seem very aware of sprunked in particular yet.

Durple is adjusting a camera held up by a support, making sure the camera lenses were off, if things were at the right angle, etc, just the usual day for the violinist.
