Although for a selfish reason it makes him happy thay Cupid doesnt love the man who caused this to happen, it makes him hurt knowing Cupid doesnt have someone to love him and care for him openly and help with the kid. That Cupids kid doesnt truly have a father. Even if thwy aren't dating, even id Cupid never returns Canrys feelings, Canary is going to help Cupid raise and care for this kid weather he likes it or not.*
