The teen scrap sat down on one of the seats, his eyes looking unusually tired, and his eyes already look exhausted by default, so the fact that he's looking like THAT? oh. Oh boy.

He sighed, and then he looks around the nearly empty mansion. Jasper really didn't want to talk about his emotions, but he knew he would be screwed if he bottled it up. He chewed on his nail, and then..

"So, uh, Sora." He looks at him, and he took off his glasses, putting it on his breast pocket. "I've been... feelin' weird. I think it's about Finn, and—"

"I dunno. It feels not normal to not see her after the whole 'me-going-missing' thing." He adds with complicated hand gestures.

so, to sum it up, Jasper misses Finn.

And by the looks if it, he misses her a lot.

So! So.

2 years since everything.

A lot has changed, obviously. Including one of your friends... Jasper. He's grown more knowledgeable, smarter, and definitely taller. But y'know what else has grown?

His feelings for a certain fortune teller.

Going missing for almost 5 months had it's problems, and because of that, he'd missed a LOT of stuff. Including what happened to Finn. He just heard that she went back with her family, and he didn't know the details.

And so, growing antsy with waiting for a brief interaction with Finn, he decided to talk about it. To Sora. Because he doesn't wanna talk to anyone else.

He knocked on the shorter guy's door, and...

"Hey? Sora, you there?"

Sora was packing up some clothes when suddenly he heard a knock on the door.

He closed his briefcase and walked towards the door and opened it.

“Jasper, what a lovely surprise!  Por favor entre, cariño! Come in!”

He invited the boy inside the almost empty mansion and sat him down on one of the seats of the dining table.

“Do you want anything?”, he offered, “We have hot chocolate, tea, or coffee. If you want, of course!”, he smiled.

“Jasper…ya here???”, Stone called out, “we have a guest!”

Oh great…what did that fucker want now???? You still sorta pissed at him for what he did, but you went out nonetheless.

You then see someone familiar…someone who was like a brother to you…someone who cared for you when no one else would…

He stood there, his eyes widened as he gazed upon you with those gentle brown eyes…

“Jasper…is that you???”, Sora whispered as he slowly walked towards you, “Dios mío! Look at how much you’ve grown!!!”

He was stood a safe distance from you as he teared up.

“Your…a man, now…”

Jasper blinks a few times, trying to fully peocess the fact that the guy he thought was a goner... is standing right in front of his doorstep. Alive. And apparently, with his memories fully recovered.

He looked different. Same, but different. Same goes to Jasper. He had noticably longer hair, and hell, he just. Grew taller. Almost 6 ft. Damn.

The teenage scrap opened his mouth for a second, but nothing came out. He wasn't sure how to respond to the whole thing.

After a few moments, he shakes his head, and he lets out a chuckle. "Ha—HA. I wouldn't say i'm a man now, but anyways.." he takes a step forward, and he opened his arms for Sora (and maybe Stone, considering the fact tha he brought Sora to Jasper safe and sound).

"Hug?"

"... Oh right. You didn't ask. whoops."

He's hallucinating questions lmao /j.

"And yes i AM here to just mess with you. And show off my new fish."

Fish. Bass fish. Its a black bass.

Jasper hits you upside down with a fish and leaves immediately.

Jasper hits you upside down with a fish and leaves immediately.

What was Jasper supposed to do? His big brother figure's memories are... gone. And he has to avoid Sora no less.

As much as he wants to retaliate, to scream, to yell, to shout, the itching sensation to punch something, the urge to cause a problem, he ignored all of it.

Stone looked too distraught, the teen scrap thought. Maybe he was being too irrational on that outburst. Maybe he's being selfish. Sora's alive, right? That's what matters.

He took a deep breath, and then he swats Stone's hand away from his shoulder.

"Fine," The boy grumbled, refusing to look at Stone. "I won't leave. I'll stay, but it's only because you're Sora's partner."

....

It was a cold day.

You were just cooking fish when you hear knocking outside your shelter.

“Jasper, you there???”

Oh! It was Stoner!

And it seemed like he was alone??? That’s weird…Sora’s usually with him.

“Can I come in??? I don’t plan on turning into a human popsicle today…”

The sudden knocking startled the dear boy, and he rushes off to turn off the mini stove (he can't risk burning his shelter down.).

"Coming," He calls out, standing up and walking over to the wooden thing that acts as a door-entrance to his shelter. He moves it aside and then he looks at Stone.

"Hey there, Stone," He greets, a smile plastered on his face as he looks up at the older scrap. "What are you doin' here? And why is Sora not... with you..?" He asked that last question with more concern, his face twisting with worry.

The young boy was... well, shocked. His eyes widen, now staring at Stone. A million thoughts went through his mind, his brain a jumbled up chaotic mess with all the words and images swirling around.

"I..."

He looks down at the ground, glancing at the fried fish for a second, but then he looks up again. His brows furrowed, and..

"What.."

Jasper clenches his jaw, a look of anger appearing in his face.

"What were you thinking!?"

"Summoning a damn spirit of death, of all things!? That's idiotic, you're idiotic, you're ALL idiotic!! What the hell is wrong with you?"

The words spill out from Jasper's mouth like a waterfall, tears slowly building up in his eyes as he slightlt scooted away from Stone.

"Sora's alive and well because of that, but- but his memories are gone! He- he doesn't remember you. He doesn't- He won't remember ME." His voice is strained, fists clenched so hard his knuckles turned white. "Sora's gone. Sora's fucking gone. His memories gone. And if i see him, i have to pretend i don't know who he is." Isn't it fucked up to tell this to a boy so young?

He takes a moment to wipe the tears that threatened to drop down his cheek.

"I'd rather he spends his last moments with his full memories than.. than whatever the fuck you made him to be. He's just an empty husk."

"Give-" He takes a moment to fix his glasses. "GIVE ME MY LOOT BACK." The teen scrap yelled, his eyes locked onto the stranger.

Jasper almost crashed onto Olive when the they abruptly stop, but he managed to not get in contact.

"Wh- Olive?" His eyes slightly lit up at the sight of the SHORT SHORT SHORT SHORT guy. It's been a longggg while since they both talked, he's pretty sure Olive would forget about him.

He stands up straighter, the black curl on the end of his bangs (? I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE THAT) slightly bobbing up and down as he fixed his position. When Olive mentioned a haircut, his hands instinctively went up to his hair.

"Nope, didn't get a haircut," He responds with that sightly raspy voice of his, and his hands fall back to his sides. "My hair did get longer, though. Ugh." He HATES LONG HAIR!! DESPISES IT!!

Jasper's hand stretches out, as he makes grabby hand movements. "Gimme my stuff back."
