‘ve had a few.

Haven’t really seen my mom or dad since I moved out of their home as soon as I could. Life was pretty boring back then, nothing much to do in a small pony town, so I usually had to spend all my free time pacing around the entire house for around a hour or two.

. . . though I still visit them sometimes. You really should’ve seen what happened the moment I told ‘em I was popular. One heck of a day.

My my, a cranky little pony aren't you? Might have confused you for a mule if not for that horn. Then again, when one has already hit their prime and is already on the backslide, I guess a little irritability is understandable. Being angry at the world is all some ponies have left. Any other performers in particular that left you in the dust? Who proved to you that you were already washed up? Or was that just self-evident?

don’t know how to tell you this, buddy, but it was all me.

Maybe it was that I just confined myself to pretty-looking ships, or because I never got to audition for that Nirik of the Opera thing Autumn Blaze put out. The thrills of life just... never get old, not even on this stage in which I prized myself so highly on.
